The staff here have been extremely helpful keeping my cat's asthma prescription going, despite us moving out-of-state and no longer being able to visit them.

The staff is wonderful and took such good care of my fur baby while he was there for his dental. They kept me informed the entire time and went over everything they recommended. I was also never surprised with the price of everything because they informed me of everything along the way. Thank you for everything!!

My fur baby and I both love coming here! Being a first time dog mom, I have had so many questions. Staff is always happy to answer anything and everything we may need. Good communication, friendly and quick service, they really go above-and-beyond! We LOVE Dr. Phillips, receptionists, and all the techs! We make the trip from Greenville just to come here!

Brought a found pup here to get it scanned for a microchip. The tech that helped us was wonderful and was able to help us reunite the MAJORLY good boy with his family!

I have had several dogs over the years as patients at Gentle Care (formerly Creature Comforts) including my current 3 dogs. Have to admit that when my former vet decided to leave Creature Comforts I thought it may be a good time to shop around for a new vet. However I’m so glad I didn’t shop around because I am thoroughly impressed with Gentle Care, from the front office staff to Dr. Patterson. At our last visit they sent home lots of goodies including a stuffed animal that Daisy loves!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! They truly go the extra mile. Dr.Davis is very knowledgeable and takes the time to really explain everything.

My parents have been going here since they opened. When I got my new dog we knew exactly where to go! My dog and I went on a Friday, they were extremely accommodating and super nice!! The vet was very knowledgable and explained what was going on with my dog! 10/10 recommend!!

Just bad customer service and price nickel and diming. I took my business elsewhere. Got fed up. Shameful practice.

They took great care of my dog who recently had an ear infection. Prescribed an ear drop for him and it started to get better immediately. Dr was patient and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly!

I wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Patterson and his team. They always are very attentive to my senior Golden Toby and take the extra time with him and his special needs. Kristina is absolutely wonderful and always answers my questions or concerns. She is helping a family get in touch with fostering so it’s a winning situation for all. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Great practice !!!

I really like Dr Patterson and Dr Chen. They explain everything you need to know about any problem your pet has. They are a little expensive but better that Banfield.

We recently had our 2 long-haired dogs groomed by Lindsay. She did such a beautiful job! The best haircuts they’ve ever had! They look so adorable, and they’re even better behaved now! Go figure! Thanks so much to Lindsay and to GC@ Ten Ten Rd! Vivian

Teagan had her first vet with the staff at Gentle Care Animal Hospital. The staff could not have been nicer. Teagan can be a little shy with new people but she warms quickly if not pushed. All the staff gave her the time (about 10 seconds) she needed to feel comfortable with the people around her. The staff were informative and considerate and genuinely had Teagan's best interests at the heart of all conversations. Thanks for making a routine vet visit less stressful for both of us.

Entire team was exceptional. Very caring and thorough. Dr and team are great. Wasn’t sure how we’d like it due to recent change. Loved it.

Dr. Bailey and staff provided great care for the pet cat's dental care/tooth extraction. She was quick with a follow up phone call- appreciate the communication.

Dr Bailey and Becky worked well as a team in caring for my dog, Oreo. Dr. Bailey was very patient in explaining to me what she was doing during the exam and expressed her concerns in a very professional and caring manner. It was obvious to me that Oreo's wellness was her priority. The whole experience from check in, exam, medical procedure and, later pick up was exceptional.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bailey. We used to see her at the Kumar court location, so we’ve known her for a while and I’m thrilled she’s at the new location, closer to where we live. She is extremely knowledgeable, very caring, and is great at explaining what is going on with your pet and the best course of action to take. I also really like that they are upfront with the pricing, so there are no surprises at the end of the visit. I’ve only seen Dr. Viera once, but she seems like a fantastic vet as well and took care of my cat as if it were her own. Highly recommended!

So Amazing!! Never been there before and had to do a drop off so i could get to work. SUPER nice people,. Called me with updates they the day. I think they even have a 2nd location. Totally recommend this place!

Had our Wire Fox Terrier groomed by Lindsey. She did a very nice job and she is very open for suggestions as to how to groom a wire. She was very accommodating regarding her schedule for me as I was driving over an hour to her location. I will definitely bring our guy up here for grooming again. Lindsey is very professional and very nice when it comes to dealing with your fur baby!

I have many dogs and they all go to Gentle Care. The care they receive is personal, caring, compassionate and top notch. Dr. Bailey, Dr. Krahn, Dr. Mallo and Dr. Waffa, all give you their undevided attention and treat your pet as if it were your own. They will always offer you the best care, it is up to you to decide what you want for your pet. If you love them like family...treat them like family.

I knew I was paying too much but believed Dr. Betsy and Dr. Bigsby were worth it. Brought my 2 dogs for annual check ups and got the new "Petsmart" doctor though I was told would be Bigsby. Ended up paying $17 per dog for nail trim with no discussion of charge. This vet is all about upselling. They are losing staff and it is a revolving door...no surprise. Find another vet.

We recently moved from the Midwest and were apprehensive about finding a Vet we liked as much. But we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a great staff and Vet at Gentle Care Animal Hospital. We look forward to a long relationship with this office.

Great Vet clinic. Super kind to the needs of my dog during an emergent visit. Professional and dedicated. I have been taking my dog there for 4 years, no other place to go!
