We have all our cats health care with them since 1993. Previously Dr Bailey was an excellent dr but he left the practice months ago this year. I am not quite sure with the new recent young doctors yet.

Great people, great groomers, great and clean office.

Ive taken my dog for two visits and the staff is very nice and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long to book the appointment or once I got there. I’ve met two of the Veterinarians and they were also friendly and good communicators. I definitely recommend this hospital!

We've used this vet practice for years. Taking a skittish rescue in for the first time gave pause, but the staff was extra sweet to Rosie! Also gave some good suggestions to reduce any anxiety, and improve socialization. Great visit!

So glad I found this place. Obviously cares a lot about our pets. I asked a million questions and the vet patiently answered them all. Highly recommend.

As a first time client, I was surprised I was able to get a next day appointment. The Vet spent a lot of time examining my senior dog and explaining all of my options for his arthritic pain management. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Dr. Alberti was really thorough in explaining his thoughts about our dog's condition and his rationale for the treatment he selected (even though it was a very minor issue!). We feel like she will be in good hands here. We also really appreciate having weekend availability and being able to schedule online.

I am very impressed with everything about this vet office. They are very caring and responsive. The best vet office i have taken my dog to and will continue to take him here.

I was super worried about my cat and was trying to get her seen asap. CVH was able to see her same day and set me at ease. The assistants were helpful and sweet and the doctor set me at ease and was clear with diagnosis and care instructions. Will be making this my cats vet home!

I really love this hospital. They are always wonderful with my pets and are very attentive. Especially today, my old man cat hurt himself and they squeezed him in and made sure he was ok. Can’t recommend them enough!

My dog recently had an accident at a dog park which required stitches. Within a few minutes, I had a same day appointment lined up (as a new patient) to have him checked out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took great care of my dog while they fixed him up. I had him back home after his procedure with the necessary medications less than 4 hours after the accident occurred. The visit, procedure and medications also cost less than expected, especially considering we had it done day-of as a new patient.

Always very sweet staff that walks through everything with you and clears all procedures before doing it so there’s never any surprise charges.

Great practice with really caring staff. Our dogs are given loving care at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

This is probably long overdue but after my visit with my dog this week I figured this would help many others. I have been a client at CVH since January 2020. Unfortunately I was upsold on the paw plan and had used up just about all of it less than 6 months into the yearly plan, leaving me to pay monthly for basically nothing. If it is a yearly plan, shouldn't the included items last at least close to a year? Since I have been a client, at least 2 of the vets have up and left the establishment. At a point last year, I specifically requested an appointment for the vet to do just a gland expression. He (the owner of CVH and vet) went on to do a full exam without my knowledge and I was charged about $150 for this visit. I took my dog in yesterday due to him needing his ears cleaned (turned out having an infection in both ears, common for doodles), excessive sneezing (unrelated issue) and asked for the vet to check his glands. The vet basically had no idea what was causing the sneezing. They returned saying they had gone ahead and expressed his glands and said they were "completely full", then changed this to "mildly full". This is probably the most vague description possible. What she really meant was there was not much in there at all. I wasn't even at the vet for 45 minutes and the bill came to $230. Not to mention this was probably for 10 minutes of actual work. They also couldn't seem to keep straight which vaccines he had received at which vets (went to a vet in Greensboro earlier this year and paperwork was handed to CVH in person). To add to this, the vet started giving me the whole spiel about gland expressions and why dogs sometimes need them. If she had taken 2 minutes to look over his records, she'd know he has had this done at CVH multiple times. I won't forget to mention that after having a thermometer in his rear end for at least 2 minutes, the vet simply set it on the counter (also not wearing any gloves). I'm required to wear a mask in the building but a thermometer with poop on it is just set on a table. Overall, there seems to be vast miscommunication between the multiple vets, techs, and front desk people. Cleanliness and professionalism are lacking. I understand that at the end of the day, this is a business but the prices do not match the quality. All of the "our goal is to provide the most exceptional care for all our pets" just seems as one big façade. I will not be removing this review and will most certainly be switching to another vet.

First time bringing Max in. The whole staff was very courteous and took great care of him. Will be back every time we need a vet. Highly recommend.

We started taking our dog here after we had a bad experience with a chain vet. Staff is always super friendly and helpful! They are great about remembering who I am each time I call! I take both of our dogs here and it is an easy and pleasant experience each time! Would highly recommend!!!

Love this vet! They're very communicative when your pet is with them, giving you twice daily updates; and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat.

One of the most important things to me is that the people handling my dog are friendly and respond positively with him. Cary Vet Hosp meets those two requirements and their service was great. Covid guidelines were followed (I talked with them on the phone outside the hospital). But Dr. Bailey was thorough, attentive and answered my questions. No complaints.
