Carpenter has been an exceptional vet for our two GSPs since moving to the area last year. Dr. Turner is wonderful with our pups and has taken amazing care of them!! The front desk team is always responsive and friendly, and makes our pups feel right at home giving them snuggles and treats! We absolutely love Carpenter Animal Hospital! 10/10

Disrespectful and very unprofessional. The doctor purposely kept my dog and I waiting in the room nearly 20 minutes before showing up to begin the examination. She only came in after I was about to leave. The assistances are also careless. They can't even remember basic information about your pet. I'm not sure if it's deliberate or just outright negligence, but my dog and I will not be back. These people are so cold and unsympathetic I don't feel comfortable giving them anymore of my money.

Our four dogs are patients at Carpenter. We have left voicemails to get in touch with the groomer, Kim, and never get a call back. Very disappointing. We have had to find someone else while we wanted to keep all of our pet's care needs at one facility.

Where do I even begin…I took our boxer, Chip, to Carpenter Animal Hospital for simple boarding and while there decided to schedule an appointment to have a second opinion regarding his ongoing skin issues. In the last year, Chip’s been extremely inflamed and developed large bumps all over his back, head, and nose. While we cannot complain at all about our other vet (they were good to work with), after one meeting with Dr Turner we switched Chip to Carpenter Animal Hospital for diagnosis and treatment. This place is EXCELLENT! Dr Turner took the time to develop a relationship with us, which is important to us, and thoroughly explained Chip’s condition, various underlying factors that could be contributing to it, and the tests needed to diagnose and properly treat Chip. After every test, she’d personally call in to check on Chip. Chip required one test with Dr Hodges, and even Dr Hodges personally called us to discuss what he saw. Chip has his diagnoses and we are moving forward with a treatment plan that we feel good with. I love this practice and the entire team (including the nicest front desk team and the folks helping at curbside). Thank you for making us feel like family!

Very unprofessional..still unprofessional see reply. Wrong person but I have no plans on coming back. Very much on time. Terrible job trimming had to get it done again..and didn't collect payment at the time of appointmen ts. Called months later demanding payment multiple times a day. Went in to pay and lady took for to give me change, she seemed upset. No reason for it.

Best Vet and daycare I could hope for! Great people, treat my girl as if she is there own pet...

I have brought my dog there fo a few years. I like the grooming service and the staff. It's a bust clinic but the staff are all freindly and responsive. However, I really do not like the vets there. I have met two of them. They are inexperienced to provide any diagnosis. The biggest issue to me is the lack of compassion. It's sad to see a nice clinic without vets who have extensive expereince and training.

I found the personnel to be very caring about my pet. They offered me very good advice on how to care for my pup. They put me at ease and answered my questions honestly. They not only cared about my pet, I felt that they cared about me as well.

I have been going to Carpenter Animal Hospital for the past five years. My dogs are getting older (11 & 12 yrs) and we just got our kitten last year. This is the only place I will take them!! They are kind and caring, and extremely professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Carpenter Animal Hospital, they have been so amazing and always there when I needed them.

This was an amazing experience, this is my son's first pet and we all felt really comfortable with everyone we dealt with, our puppies doctor and tech was just amazing with our little guy and answered every question we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

We’ve been coming here for about a year for our dog and started bringing our cat here too. Every vet we’ve seen here has been amazing, and they’re so good about seeing you quickly if you have an emergency. We moved away recently but we’re going to keep coming here. Can’t recommend this business enough, all of the staff show that they really care for you and your animal’s well being.

Wonderful experience. A bit expensive but they were very professional and friendly. They also gave us gastrointestinal food for our puppy and 1st dose anti fleas, ticks and heartworm for free.

We started going there from last year and we used to deal with Dr. Barrett. He is the best. Then starting this year, despite asking for same doc they scheduled couple of appointments with other vets and the experience was very poor. Two vets that we dealt with were not thorough and didn't know what is going on with our cat despite telling them the entire situation. They ordered blood test and it was not that extensive, so even after spending thousand dollars we were back to square 1. Here is the twist, we changed our vet to the one in Apex and they identified the issue within one visit. Our cat is now back to normal and happy. I won't recommend this vet to anyone. It's costly and they will make sure you keep coming for unnecessary vet visits.

Just moved and went to Carpenter Animal Hospital for the first time. Had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly, and they got my kitty Pixel in and out pretty quickly, keeping her comfortable along the way. Very happy to have found our new vet so quickly

I love this place! They are a very nice, caring, honest staff. I feel very comfortable sending my dog here for doggie daycare and his vet visits. Very convenient and affordable care.
