When I moved to NC I took my precious boy to the “National” brand pet store/groomer. He had always been cut like a Bichon but the “National” company couldn’t get it right. I gave up. A friend, Bea Young told me about Woof Watchers. I brought him today and here is the end result. He looks like my little boy again! I am so pleased! Thank you Woof Watchers! I have scheduled 2 more appointments with them!

Love coming here for my chihuahua nails. The owner does a fantastic job. Petsmart would not even touch my dog because she is extremely shy and timid. Awesome place

My malamute was a mountain dog, her baths were in the creek..lol. They did a awesome job and got her undercoat blown out and she came back to me 20 lbs. Lighter and brighter. They also let her stay at their doggie daycare while I worked which was wonderful. I know the person who groomed Nanuk went to bed exhausted that night. I have 2 more that they will groom..get ready ladies!!!

Thank you Woof Watchers for such a great experience. I have a older poodle who past groomers have refused. Woof Watchers and the staff there welcome us both and kept me updated on how Molly was doing throughout her groom. I felt very safe leaving her there! We will be coming back.

Emily is the best groomer my dog Bear had ever been to. He totally loves her too! Bear is a pomeranian and the sweetest dog I've ever had!

This was a high quality, clean facility with friendly staff, ample grooming resources, and incredibly reasonable prices ($10 self-service on Mondays!) that allowed me to give my long-haired GSD/golden retriever/Bernese mix a spa day with a blowout and a nail trim. Hands down the best self-service dog wash I've ever been to. AND they have a friendly receptionist's assistant, even if he does hog the chair.

I had a very terrible experience today. First off, I have been here many times, and my experience has been always positive, but today was dreadful. The first issue was I called multiple times with no answer, left a voicemail, no call back, eventually I arrived in person and was told nail trimming services could be rendered for my pit and bluetick coonhound. The young receptionist with long brown hair was very polite and cordial throughout my visit and was who I interacted with first. I explained to her that previous groomers there have a lot of difficulty with my coonhound. He is terribly hard to trim and it takes 2 people and I bought him a muzzle specifically for this because he howls, and so as to help with the comfort of staff even though he has never bitten anyone. During his trimming with the dremel, a second groomer, with blonde hair shaved in the back came to help. This is where all the unprofessionalism began. She was offering much needed assistance and I was trying to come help to but could not open the door, but rather than stop she said she didn't want my dog to back off the table and continued. She then told the brown hair girl she wasn't hold my dog secure enough and began SHAKING MY DOG BY HIS HEAD to emphasize the point! Halfway through she made the decision to quit letting the brown haired girl used the dremel and had her stop to go get her nail trimmer. Yet, she wouldn't stop to let me in to console my dog? Where the brown hair girl took her time and did the Drexel to the back nails, they look amazing. She was calm and patient. The blonde woman kept getting louder and more anxious and told me she was going to clip the front nails because the dremel scared my dog to which I replied calmly "It all causes him to be anxious." The blonde woman continued with her escalated tone and body language that eluded anxiety and stress until completion. During which while she continued to loudly tell my my dog was so anxious, I told her "it's okay, no reason to get stressed. I've was an ER nurse 8 years, it does no good." To which she replied, "yeah, I've been a dog groomer for 12." Irrelevant to how she was behaving. Now my dogs front nails - BUTCHER JOB! Barely cut, still so long they curve to the side. They look terrible. You can't tell she did anything. All that stress and anxiety she had, she let it affect her ability to slow down and calmly perform a decent job or stop and stay we cannot finish this job. I wish I knew how to add pictures because I took several when I got home. Then, she continues to exclaim about how bad and difficult it was. Discussing her past grooming experiences and at one point showing everyone a cell phone picture of HER BRUISED BREAST FROM A DOG BITE! And telling me my dog needs to be medicated. I told her I know, he is and he usually goes to a vet for nail trims. And she asked on what, trazadone? I said no. Another customer pitches in about hemp options before she returns to drilling me, "well did you or didn't you medicate him?" I told her yes, but my vet uses gabapentin 300 mg. Then she tells the other lady who shows up, a really nice brown hair woman with a septum piercing that its 30 dollars for that hack job on my dog. I told the lady I would pay it, but I wasn't pleased with her demeanor and my dogs nails look like they weren't even done. I know my dog is difficult, but she could have quit, not charged me double! My other dog was only 15! The lady offered me the owners number and when she would be in office and did a lovely job of customer care, but I told I kind of felt like what was the point, I would not come back even though I have been coming here for years. I hate to mess with people's bread and butter and way of making a living, but I would never speak to a patient or act in the way that groomer did toward me. All the other staff was amazing. I have never wrote a back review. I am so sorry I wrote one today, but it was so bad.

It was my first visit. It was so easy. They trimmed the nails for me first. Then I bathed my Doberman and they provide everything that you may need. I highly recommend. We will be going back.

I took my mini poodle here for a grooming, and told her to be creative, but make it a poodle cut.. 2 and 1/2 hours later I pick up my dog that at 1st smells good, but the perfume factor has given me a headache & the overbearing smell has lasted a good nine hours! He came home and shivered every time I touched him. It’s the farthest from a poodle cut I’ve seen, and it was $60 without anal gland expression nor nail clipping!!! His ears are short, has no poodle curls, and we both are very upset.

My pup has been going to daycare for over a year. We both love it. He goes to daycare, I go to work and when we meet up in the evening, he is worn out and ready to hang out with me at home! Daycare helps my pup get out all his energy in a fun and healthy environment. The staff are great and love my pup as much as I do. They are also very accommodating to my schedule and my dog's needs. I highly recommend purchasing a daycare package and booking in advanced. Thank you Wood Watchers for all you do, you guys are awesome!
