Fetch! Pet Care Burlington, North Carolina

I have not used Fetch. Not for any particular reason other than I found another service first.

We utilized Fetch for the first time. The experience was awesome! Our sitter, Melissa, was humorous, the animals loved her, and the pictures were awesome. The peace of mind this service brings is every bit worth the price. Knowing our pets are being taken care of reliably removes the stress of being away. Great work! We will utilize you again and recommend you to others. Thanks!

We have two homes, one in Chicago and one in Greensboro. We have used Fetch Pet Care in both locations and have been happy with each. However, the Fetch Pet Care in Greensboro is by far the better run. The responsiveness and professionalism of this operation is impressive, and the friendliness and concern are warm and genuine. The sitters have been uniformly good.

I have had good experiences with Fetch. I have two dogs that are rescues and can be difficult. My sitter, Karen, walked these two around the Elon University Campus. That was great.When I returned, I found them as I left them. I hope to use them again soon.

We had a great and very easy experience with Fetch! Pet Care. I have never used a pet sitting service before, as my Mother In Law used to take card of our cat whenever we travelled. But she recently moved four hours away so when we went to NYC for our anniversary we decided to give Fetch! a try. Our cat is pretty easy to take care of and doesn't require much, so the service was really a great deal--I've paid a higher price to friends and neighbors! Our cat seemed happy and we appreciated the daily updates we received via text to assure us everything was going well at home, giving us peace of mind to enjoy our trip. We will definitely be using Fetch! again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

A wonderful service that enables me to leave my pets in their comfort place while being given care and attention. That has made decisions to travel so much easier. And to receive a picture of the little guys each day shows me they're doing just fine. Takes the weight off my shoulders. Well worth it!

We have used Fetch! Pet Care for several years and are more than completely satisfied with the care our dogs get when we are away. We can now travel without any worries, knowing our dogs will get the same attention as if we were there. Samantha, our regular sitter, has gone way beyond regular service when any of our dogs required special attention, and Meghan has jumped right in whenever Samantha has not been available. Like the old Post Office, through rain, snow, sleet or hail, these people will deliver outstanding pet care.

I use Fetch weekly and could not be happier with their service. They have always been flexible to meet my needs. Our sitter continually goes above and beyond what I would expect a sitter to do and even visited our dogs after hours when one was having medical issues. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a customer of Fetch! Pet Care for over three years. Maghen and her team are detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced. The level of customer service is exceptional. I've had a handful of sitters over the years. I am so impressed that every time there is a new sitter involved he/she comes out to do an initial consultation. It is so knowing that I have met each sitter and that he/she has been *shown* the routine rather than just going off a piece of paper. It's always fun to see pictures of my animals' antics while I'm away and I enjoy reading the "report cards" on my return. After many years of using neighbors or teenage sitters there is no way I'd go back! As a busy professional with a somewhat unpredictable schedule Fetch! Pet Care takes away any worries regarding pet care.

I used Fetch! Pet Care of Greensboro/Burlington many times. Maghen and Jon took excellent care of my fur babies. If not for having retired, selling everything and moving onto a boat, I would still be a loyal customer.
