I have a friend that has been working in the vet industry for years and she recommended them to me since I we live in Mebane and didn't want to drive to Chapel Hill or Greensboro. Well, we notified them ahead of time and they met us at the car and took our Dog in and came to explain everything to us. We didn't have to wait long for a diagnosis and they could not have been nicer.

Sharon, the vet, writes her personal feelings/OPINIONS about dog owners’ personalities in the notes for a SICK PET! What a joke.

This is a really good place and reasonable to take your furry kids to they do not let you in the building but they do take care of your pets not understanding why someone gave them bad reviews but honestly I'm pleased

I ended up having to go the night before Thanksgiving, and thank goodness they were so awesome. Not only is a customer service amazing but they truly care and they do things in a timely fashion

I don't think I've ever planned for or anticipated my fur baby getting sick, but when he did, I rushed him to All Paws Pet Emergency. The two ladies who worked the early morning of 11/28 were heaven sent. They were very professional but very honest, patient, and encouraging as i was very emotional. I just want to thank them on behalf of myself and Zeeke. ❤

I brought my dog in at 6:43 pm yesterday evening as he had eaten some dark chocolate and was vomiting blood and they told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait, and that I needed to stay in order to keep my spot, “first come, first serve” they said. Around 9:30 another person pulled up with her dog, and they took hers in 20 minutes later. I was curious as to why (already been waiting almost 3 hours at this point) this other dog was seen before mine considering they said “first come, first serve”…I rang the bell to ask and they say this dog ingested some yeast and it COULD be “time sensitive”, but my dog vomiting blood is not apparently. In the end, I ended up waiting right around 5 hours and left at midnight. It just doesn’t feel right.

I think I’m just going to make this my permanent vet. Even though it’s twice as much it’s well worth it. Much faster and higher quality of care in my opinion..

We unfortunately had to take our beloved Hank here on Dec. 3, 2021 to be put to sleep. Everyone at All Paws was wonderful. They were kind , compassionate , and considerate to us. They gave us space to grieve with Hank. Thanks to everyone here and I would highly recommend All Paws Hospital.

Go to another vet. I'm sure there are others. Took my puppy in with bad stools. Told to check for parasites and bacterial first before parvo test done. They said test on parasite was negative but come back with bacterial issue . They ran parvo test...all their tests come back negative. If a clinic isnt set up to run giardia testing then have it sent to lab..they said they tested for giardia and it was negative...no worms not even tapes. Got meds...very expensive ones ...come to 425.oo. pups stools were getting better yet still a little off here and there. Finished meds up and sat night took her out to potty and she passed this big long blob of a tapeworm. Took it up and showed to vet and he said was a mucous glob. . I called him out on this and seems the vet doesnt know what an adult tape worm is. Meanwhile we heard the tech tell a man for him to be with his cat to be euthanized its be 100 bucks more. Yeah. So mean while I've got to still take my tiny toy pup in to be wormed after 425.00 ...run...do not fall victim to their incompetence and money hungry. Feel like I was scammed.

We took our mini dachshund here 2 1/2 weeks ago on Friday of Labor Day weekend. He was in excruciating pain. The vet comes out BLUNTLY and says he’s paralyzed. No bedside manners whatsoever. If she truly cared about animals she would have told us this in a more gentle manner. She said if you are going to do surgery then “TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE”. My hubby and I were still in shock so told her to call someone. She then said, “well if I call are you going to take him there?” She implied she didn’t want to waste their time or ours if we weren’t going. After 30 minutes she informed us no one could take him and for us to take him home and contact the neurosurgeon Tuesday. This is 4 days later. I then said, “you said time was of the essence”. She said “oh he will be ok till then”. After leaving there and driving 30 minutes home we just knew this was right for our precious dog. We called Carolina Vet Specialists in Winston at 11 pm and they said bring him on. (I thought this was a place she “supposedly called that couldn’t see him but I’m not positive about that). They immediately told us they would start IVs and have the neurosurgeon look at him early the next morning. By 11:30 Saturday morning, our dog was out of surgery and starting the recovery process. Tuesday we brought him home. (Now remember this is the day she told us to carry him to the neurosurgeon). If we had waited till then the damage would’ve been too great and he would never have walked again. Thank God we listened to our gut instead of the “professional”. If you love your animals don’t waste your time here go to Carolina Vet Specialists. They have offices in Greensboro and Winston. I will NEVER step foot in this office again!

I had a Sunday night emergency with my dog and other emergency vets were over capacity with 4-5 hour wait times but All Paws was available to see my dog and provided quick and quality service. I am most appreciative.

Good service, helped our dog after he swallowed some pills. But long wait times when busy, we weren't a life or death emergency so maybe understandable in our case, but frustrating to spend an entire evening there for some blood work.

I had a fur baby emergency on a Saturday night - staff answered my call and addressed my concerns promptly, a visit was needed ASAP. I brought him in; everyone was kind + professional, prompt + considerate. The cost was very reasonable and in line with veterinary norms. Staff was very kind and compassionate, vet was very knowledgeable - can't say enough good things about them. No one wants to go to the ER (human or furry) but this was better than I could have asked for.

The Vet was quick, efficient & didn't mind or hesitate to answer my barrage of questions!! Our Kitten at the time was less than 8wks old and we hadn't had him a whole month yet but he was already part of our family. The Vet explained that the person we got our Kitten from likely lied about his age just to be able to get rid of him. We thought he was going to be die. He couldn't walk or really move at all and was too young for what we were told was the standard medicine they'd usually prescribe for his illness. But the Vet, did his best and mixed up the lowest dosage he could all while making sure we were aware that there was a chance it wouldn't help him since he was still so small. And he gave us a wks worth of premeasurred infant medicine syringes to help break Thors fever (since apparently cats don't have pours and can't sweat) He was extremely fast with a great bedside manner & answered every question, even the one's my Autistic son kept bombarding him with, without skipping a beat or wasting any time. The very next day I woke up to the sound of my sweet little kitty climbing up the side of my bed (like he usually did before he got sick and couldn't move at all), so that he could come snuggle on my chest???????????? And I cried like a baby. All Paws saved my sweet boy and even called to check up on him after a few days!!

The techs were sweet and helpful with my big baby girl, Domino. They thoroughly explained what was going to have to he done to help her, and her aftercare. The staff answered my calls promplty and politely answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The price was not unreasonable, way less than I expected it to be, and what a friend who works in veterinary care told me it should be. Hopefully I never have another doggy emergency, but if I do, I'll be a return customer.

Run. They aren't not veterinarians. They are out for the quick buck. It's better to bury your dog then take it to these jokers. That is the reason they are an overnight veterinarian because they catch you at your desperate times. I would never recommend taking your animal to this fly by night company. Good luck y'all

Had the worst experience. Will never bring my baby back here. Also was asked what my "cap" was before they even took her in. Then when leaving was told "she's in God's hands" after the bill was paid.

My only complaint is we had to put our dog down and instead of putting us in a room for privacy . We was placed in the front part with everyone in their cars watching our pain. To me this showed no respect. The doctor and tech were all respectful and kind ,I understand that rule was not of their doing.

I had to rush in my 8 week old kitten and the doctor was great. He gave my kitten fluids and sent us home with antibiotics. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my animals here again. The other thing was that I thought the $100 exam fee and the cost of extra services was great for what I received. It is a relief to know that this vet is around if I ever need it.
