Is not bad and cheaper than regular vet

This store does not communicate the “12 month wellness plan” contract properly. I wasn’t even aware that my account was being charged for ten months. I missed the last two payments (not aware) and they immediately reported it to the credit bureaus causing my score to decrease by 43 points.. $126 caused my score to drop that much. If I pay it off my score will only increase by 23 points. They could have avoided it all by simply CALLING me like they used to do ???? The optimum reps are INSENSITIVE and very RUDE. I will NEVER use them and do not recommend them AT ALL. Go somewhere else! It’s a money hole they don’t care about you or your pet.

Never got a call back when I called in about my sick dog.

First off Dr Foreman is just Awesome with my pets and with us humans too. When our 15 yo Honey Bee was diagnosed with mouth cancer it effected Dr Foreman as much as it did our family. She helped us keep bee comfortable until it was time for her Rainbow.???? Now my 9yo cat and 5 yo terrier mix go to see her. If she should ever go somewhere else, so would I...

We pay a montly fee for vet services which i have to say is not worth the cost. My dog had a minor injury that was causing him discomfort and when we called the vet we were told the next appt was a week out. Why pay 50 a month when you are not provided the services needed in a timely manner. I would not recommend the monthly plan and cannot wait for the contract to end.

Do not go to the Banfield Hospital in Burlington. They are extremely poor with their COMMUNICATION. When they get you to sign up for one of their wellness plans what they don't tell you is that if your dog is not neutered within the first 12 months that it will not be covered. Our dog was just over a year old when we scheduled the surgery and everything we paid in the first year just went down the drain. Thanks Banfield in Burlington for nothing!

Your pet is like a member of your family and the staff at banfield has always treated my animals as if they were checking a human especially Dr. Willis.I personally will never use another veterinarian.

Had to give it a 1 to be able to leave the review. Don't take your pet here. They are all about money and will try their best to convince you to spend so much extra money that you really don't need to spend. Has to be one of the most expensive places I have been. They will tell you one thing then when you get there the cost is higher. With the exception of a couple of people they are rude and try to navigate around your questions. They take forever to call you back( well right now just your pet) and I feel like they are abusing the fact that you can't go back there with your pet. Just avoid this place at all cost!

Location was extremely helpful with our new puppy. It is also located within a PetSmart which makes it extremely convenient to pick up other items, without the usual veterinarian markups. Overall great experience.

the wellness plans that they offer more than pay for themselves within just a few visits because you get a free office visit each time. the staff is super friendly and they always have kind words and treats for my babies. i always feel like my concerns are addressed and understood, i just wish they had more last minute availability. i've had to wait longer than i wanted to get appointments, but i know they're super busy, i can see that everytime i'm there. the wellness plans allow for me to take my babies to any Banfield location, anywhere, so i always have options. my babies are very important to me and i appreciate all that they do for me at Banfield. i'd highly recommend them to anyone!

They always take such good care of Bown and Baby especially during emergencies! They’ve legit saved both of my dogs lives with emergency procedures!

The vets are sketchy, pushy, and rude. They took my dog back and I wasn't allowed because of Covid, that's fine. They proceeded to do things to my dog without my consent. They tried to hold my dog from me. I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible.

If I could give a zero I would .... Wellness Plan is a waist of money and very difficult to work with ... I would suggest looking elsewhere. Very unprofessional. More concerned with money than animals.

Wishing there was a zero or negative star option. DO NOT DROP YOUR FUR BABIES OFF HERE! MY KITTEN WAS DROPPED OFF TO BE NEUTERED BUT RETURNED WITH BROKEN TEETH AND DRENCHED IN URINE. WITH NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE. ANIMAL CRUELTY

I had the wellness plan for my dog for two years. The vet techs were amazing and nice to my dog. If my dog was the slightest bit wiggly on the table with the vet though the vet would say “you need to stop moving or I’ll have to label you as difficult to treat.” My dog was never aggressive just wiggly but I let it go. My husband and I were moving back to our home town though and there wasn’t a Banfield near there so I told them at her last appointment that we were moving but her plan didn’t run out til august so we’d drive back for her visits until it ended and we’d finished paying. We paid for August and then opted to not renew. Our dog was due for some shots in August, not after, but they told us unless we renewed then they wouldn’t give them to her. We always paid our bill for two years and our dog maybe got sick and had an extra exam twice ever but we were denied the shots she was due in a month that we paid for because we weren’t renewing the plan for another year.
