I’m so grateful for Blairsville Animal Hospital!! I picked up a dog Sunday evening from a person that was selling her online, one year old, CKC registered Shih Tzu. Bless her heart she was a hot mess! She was in heat or so I suspected, she had worms, no known vaccinations, her dew claw was growing into her paw. Monday morning I called them! I’m sure it may have been the distress in my voice knowing this little gal was in distress. She is on the mend, and over the moon with her new family!

Dr. Colbert is great to work with, takes his time when looking at your pet. The Tec's are always friendly and nice.

Being part-time residents, it is wonderful to have found caring veterinary hospital and staff. With a recently diagnosed fur baby with diabetes, you all worked us in and checked out our sweet boy. Thank you for not only taking excellent care of him, but for all your encouragement and taking the time to listen and answer our questions. Thanks especially to Drs. I was allowed to bed with Dinkey during her visit ti see Dr. Colbert. The tech e as cheerful & friendly. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. All my questions were patiently answered. High quality vat care!!

The only downside for me personally is the distance to reach them, otherwise it's all thumbs up! Decided to try them out after past experience with local veterinarian business in Blue Ridge. The difference in their practice is amazing compared to what I experienced previously. The office staff is courteous and acts like your business is appreciated. The Vet is professional and personable, plus actually takes the time to speak with you regarding your visit even if he has to walk out to your car to do so, rather than a tech just bringing out your pet and then receiving an amount owed for services rendered. The office also ANSWERS THEIR PHONE, unlike my previous vet that completely depends on the answering machine for all incoming calls. I am glad I found this business, even if it requires a half hour drive.

My dog loves Dr. Jarret and her techs, so do I, they are all very knowledgeable and caring, and they treat my dog as their own. They give me peace of mind, and a happy dog.

Excellent instructions pre-surgery. Great care during the procedure. Outstanding support afterwards. Everyone has been so supportive and helpful during this stressful time. Dr. Livingston, Dr. Colbert and all the technicians and staff have kept us informed and helped us with treatment decisions throughout.

Have been here practically since it opened. Very efficient and professional. Doctors are caring and competent. Office staff is very helpful. They are always busy !

My dog had a ear problem and they got her in to see the vet in several days. Very busy but nice folks.

Great place to take your pet. Staff is very friendly and professional. The office is using covid safe protocol. This was my first visit with my German Shepherd and he liked the people. We will be back.

Knowledge, helpful staff. However our 3pm appointment turned into us being seen outside at 3:45 with additional 15 minute wait inside before we saw the vet. With an anxious, older dog this was extremely hard for her. (Which is why we booked an appointment) The other disappoint was the free get to know you visit was not included in the bill. Price was reasonable for what we r eceived, just not what was advertised. Two days latter still waiting on blood work. Was told to expect a call the next day. Overall, knowledge staff, but way overbooked. Glad Roxi's appointment is annual otherwise we would be looking for an alternative.

I’m not local to Blairsville, but had to make an emergency visit to this vet after my dog was hit by a venomous snake on a hike. The staff helped me and my pup quickly, and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. They made time to see me even though they were very busy at the time. The vet even gave me the medication that my dog would need to save me some money before I rushed to an emergency vet to get the antivenom that my dog needed. 15/10 would recommend these guys to anyone in the area and will definitely come to then first if I’m ever in a similar situation in Blairsville. Thank you!

We were assisted by Jackie who always does a great job. Kristen assisted Dr Jarrett and they were both wonderful. I can’t imagine a better vet experience than what we experienced at Blairsville Animal Hospital. Thank you for taking great care of my pooches and for all you do for all the sweet critters.

Dr. Jarrett is the best vet in town. She takes great care of our pets and is so caring and knowledgeable. I love how she takes the time to explain every aspect to us. We've tried other vets and she is by far the BEST! We trust her completely with our fur babies.

Initial greeter pleasant and thorough. Doctor took time to explain items; never felt we were in a race against the clock. Conveyed knowledge & caring.

Our cat, Meme, 10 years old, has been sickly and loosing weight. The doctor and nurse spent almost 3 hours with Meme, constantly updating me, informing me of every step, providing options, etc. In house blood work, ultrasound, comparing previous records. Somewhat of a mystery with various symptoms, but the doctor shown great concern and was determined to diagnose and start treatment. We are awaiting biopsie and may not have good results, but the care and consideration for Meme was extraordinary. Pets are family to many people, and it is great that this facility treats them specially as little furry patients. Thanks.
