Due to prior bad experiences with Banfield locations inside PetSmart wr have avoided them like the plague. When our usualy stand-alone location was fully booked for multiple weeks we elected to take our Golden Retriever to this Banfield location due to a pretty aggressive ear infection he was dealing with. The staff treated him like a super-star, they were very friendly and easy to deal with. The Vet also ensured to call us to let us know how our dog was doing, what was done during his visit, and gave us upfront short and long-term solutions to address and prevent ear infections.

I go here for my day to day pet needs. Frozen rats for my snake and food for my German Shepherds and fish. They always have what I need and the staff is always super friendly so not a bad thing to say! Thanks y’all!

This Petsmart Location is Sure Very Awesome and Very Incredible!! It is very spacious and it sure is neat and clean and Very well organized! The Team of this Incredible Location do Great and Amazing and Very Fantastic Work and it had everything that we needed for our kitties!! Cashier very friendly. Hamster cages were full of droppings, wheel was nasty! Animal care was at best minimal. It was heart breaking!

I’m extremely upset. Being that I am a regular customer and often get my large dog groomed here once a month I thought there would be no issue in getting my small child to have the same service completed on him, a grooming. When I called a women named Alice said that this would not be possible, my child is three and his size is equivalent to a medium sized puppy so I couldn’t see the issue in getting him groomed. Poor service, taking my business to PetCo where the employees have no issue grooming children!

Lots of choices and they support foster and adoption groups. Don't recommend pet care or grooming or training - but shop at store all the time.

I’ve used the curbside ordering many times this past year, it’s so easy for me to just swing by after work and have it loaded in my car. Last week it was unfortunately raining when I came to pick up my order. I parked right out front for them instead of in the designated parking spot. The employee came to my car. I said hi how are you doing? No response. He then proceeded to put the 30lb bag of dog food on top of my Target order I just picked up instead of beside it. He didn’t say anything when he closed the door. No goodbye, no have a nice night; just an annoyed look on his face. He didn’t even put the food all the way in my trunk so my door wouldn’t close; I had to get out anyway to close it. Since I was made to feel like I was such an inconvenience I will be sure to do my purchasing elsewhere.

This store is sometimes a little cluttered and short of front end help but, I still would have rated it at least a 4 if it wasn't for the grooming. The staff is 8/10 times rude, like you are interrupting your day. In the last 6 months, I have gone in to get my dog a nail trim and have been told no walk ins, then when I call nail trims are done by walk in and then today we aren't doing walk ins someone called out. You know, I think I just need to drive past this one and go to Holly Springs.

Lacey in the grooming salon took care of my pups today and was so incredibly gentle and loving! They look amazing. You can tell she loves what she’s doing and great at what she does!

Great experience! The staff are always friendly. The grooming services are quick and affordable! I was able to take my two dogs in for a walk in pawdicure.

First curbside order was a mess. Website didn't half work and then they could not get my prescription dog food approved in a fair amount of time. Then waited online for 20 minutes to get a rep to cancel the order. Never ever shop at this place. Their customer experience is horrible. There are better places to give your money.

I took my dog Lola for her first ever nail grinding and she is not the greatest with strangers she gets very scared and skittish. They did an absolute amazing job they knew exactly how much love to give her and how much patience to give her to warm up they made her feel super comfortable and happy and as a dog mom that’s all I can ask for so I highly highly recommended here for any grooming service 10/10

If I could give 10 stars I would. Caitlin helped me with my 75 gallon aquarium and stand combo purchase and gave me the most incredible customer service experience. She and the other young lady went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase getting everything out to the SUV. They are definitely apart of a great customer service team and I will go out of my way to patron this particular store location in the future.

Told me they only sail male guinea pigs and I bought 2 and found out one was female and that cost me a lot more in vet fees

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The employee was really busy but took the time out of her busy day to help and explain an item for me. Lines were long, but other cashiers jumped on and were quick after that.

The last three times I've shopped here, the checkout line has been held up by the single cashier having an issue processing items. Help doesn't come for 5-15 minutes. It's not the cashier's fault - probably a preventable inventory issue - but I've seen the line intersect with the Banfield line in the back. Also they're almost always poorly stocked with Purina Pro Plan wet cat food.

I made a phone call to verify/inquire details about a specific reptile need and was very pleased with customer service rep. I arrived and was greeted and explained in detail the needs to take care of my reptile with the same love and attention I would want for myself. Thank you to Rebecca and all the staff that extended their "above and beyond" customer service this evening. Very much appreciated- it goes a long way. I will be back and pay it forward.
