New to the area. The place is really nice, modern, and clean. The staff is friendly and considerate. It was easy to book on last minute notice. The veterinarian that I met was extremely kind and considerate. She answered all my questions about why my cat was vomiting. I had one minor issue during my visit, but the Director of the practice called me the next day and we were able to get everything addressed. Great customer service.

Very kind and compassionate care for my fur babies

We boarded our 18 year old cat for a week while on vacation and she did very well due to the excellent care she received. She is old and set in her ways plus she has to take medication, not an easy boarder. We highly recommend Lake Pine Animal Hospital

I have nothing but kind words to say about the vets and staff at Lake Pine. The vets are knowledgeable, professional and caring when it comes to the care of my two dogs. Dr. Katz did an amazing job on the toe amputation for one of my dogs and a year later, you can't tell it's missing. Dr. Araba, Dr. Ross, the vet techs and even the office manager were very responsive, tactful, and prepared for when my other dog went into kidney failure. Everyone made sure that she was comfortable while getting her treatments and continually monitored her for 24 hours. If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend this team. The vets are amazing and you can see that everyone there really does care about your animals.

I cannot say enough good things about Lake Pine Animal Hospital. From the front desk to the assistants and technicians to all of the veterinarians, every single person I have interacted with has been wonderful. I am so grateful for the kindness, patience, expertise, and genuine care that they have shown to all of my pets. The prices are reasonable and it is easy to get an appointment when you need one. They always follow up with an email or phone call after your appointment to see how your pet is doing. I can’t imagine a better hospital for my dogs and cat than this one.

Hands-down the best animal hospital I have ever been to! Dr. Araba is the most compassionate, sincere, knowledgeable Veterinarian I have ever met, and I have known a lot. They put your pet ahead of their own bottom line, and continue to follow up (even daily) after the visit to check in on your pet. This is how a practice should be managed! If you have a pet that needs help, this is the place to go - period.

The staff was extremely kind and responsive from those at the desk to the assistants to Dr. Katz herself. My dog can be a stressball and they worked so well with her. Can't thank them enough for their quick but thorough service, especially on a Saturday!

The entire staff at Lake Pine Animal Hospital is amazing. Every time we visit with our dogs, they take the time to listen to us and to put our dogs a their ease. The vets have really worked with us to address one dog's thunderstorm terrors. The vet techs are so gentle and sweet with both dogs, especially the big guy that is afraid of everything. They've been with us since we adopted them from the rescue and supported us and the health of our dogs along the way. Love the new digs, too!

This is the best veterinary hospital in this entire area. Other places try to nickel and dime you, add in random services that you didn’t request, or try to get you on their subscription plan. Lake Pine Animal hospital asked me what I needed for my dog, gave me pricing upfront, and incredible service throughout. I will never take my dog to any other vet in the triangle, and I suggest you do the same. They offer boarding, grooming, all of the shots/tests your pet could need, as well as flea/tick/heart worm in house. I could be a rep for this place I love it that much, haha. TAKE YOU PETS HERE!!!

This was our first visit with our two 6 year old pups. I was able to get them in quickly and at the same time. They were having a yearly physical. We had 2 techs and Dr. Ross doing the exam. They were great! They were very patient and sweet with our pups. They answered all my questions. They quoted me an estimate of how much it would cost over the phone and it was very accurate and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

Lake Pine Animal Hospital is the best! Everyone is so nice and so caring and really treat your pets as their own! The doctors are great! They take time with you and really care about your pet! I recommend them to anybody and everybody that asks about vet care!

We've taken our dogs to Lake Pine for 18 years and have always been pleased with the kind staff and the good care our pets have gotten.

My lab Hunter who will be 15 on September 4 had a spa day with Stephanie the groomer. She knew he could not stand for long and she was so patient and kind to him. He came back to me a clean smelling boy! Stephanie had bathed him, clipped his nails, and cleaned his ears :-)

The entire team at Lake Pine Animal Hospital was great! We rescued four kittens unexpectedly, and they were able to get them in quickly for a wellness visit. The vet, Dr. Araba, was amazing! Since I couldn't be there, she actually talked to me on speaker phone while she examined the teeny kittens. I can't thank the front desk, the doctor, and everyone else at Lake Pine for taking such great care of them! I highly recommend them!

Dr Katz and Melissa kept me informed throughout the dental surgery and recovery. They took great care of my 2 cats. They took extra time with me, walking me through their rationale for extracting teeth, showed me the X-rays and before photos. I have been taking my dogs to Lake Pine Animal hospital for 8 plus years. I just love the staff and doctors there! They take their time to sit with you and answer all of your questions. I never feel as if I’m rushed out the door. There are so many little details that make my visits personable. After every visit they always call or send an email to check in on my dogs to see how he or she is doing. They have been with me through the sad moments of having to say good bye to one of my sweet four legged boys as he crossed the rainbow bridge and through the happy times as we have added a new four legged family member to our family.
