Great place. Only the best for my furry family member!

Walking through it was stuffy, and smelled of urine. Mark is nice. I believe it was his wife, was not a kind woman.

Love the staff at Green Level. I’ve been boarding my dog Yogi with them, on and off whenever we need to go somewhere we can’t bring him, for over a year now. Our first experience with Green Level was last year, when we had to kennel him for THREE MONTHS while our mortgage lenders got their $h*t together so that we could finally move into our new home. Green Level treated Yogi with TLC, and Yogi seemed to feel right at home. Since then, I’ve always trusted Green Level to treat Yogi like their own family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Mark and his crew always go out of their way to make sure our pup was loved and cared for. We were always tension free as we knew he was in good hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Green Level! Our dogs are always so excited to see everyone there. It’s clear to see Mark, Karen, and staff love all the animals that walk through their doors which makes this dog mama’s heart swell! I can head out of town knowing they’re in good hands. Will never board anywhere else!

Have taken Sophie here several times. Sophie seems well taken care of and happy. Always pleased.

All the staff was super friendly. My dog is finicky and is pretty tough to trust individuals. She really enjoyed her stay and as we went to leave she was by my side but had to turn back and head over to one of the staff to say bye. She got her pets before we headed out.

From the people who take care of our border collies to the facilities where they get to run around, Green Level Kennel is a place where my dogs get excited when we drive up.

Best Kennel in the Cary/Apex Area. Our dogs love Green Level. They play in small groups that are appropriately sized with dogs of similar temperament. Well supervised. The staff and owners really care about your pet. We have been using Green level for a long time. Totally recommend

Well run. Organized. A bit expensive but nice kennel.

My dog is always happy to arrive at Green Level Kennel and never in a rush to leave. One time I went to puck up my dog from them Izzy my dog gave me a very warm welcome to only turn around and try to walk back in. Friendly staff and kennels are clean. I've boarded my dog here numerous times with a 100 percent satisfaction level from me. Highly recommend them!

My dog loves it here and she is very picky and does not like being separated. She gives it 5 wags. i feel better about leaving her since she approved. Well run clean and they take good care of her

Not for.the cats, please don't leave your cats there they don't have anything to offer for the cats just a small cage. Maybe good for the dog. Costumer services was good economical too.but my poor cat.

My dog had a non- emergency medical issue while there boarding for the week. Karen was wonderful sending me photos and messages so that I knew what was going on. My vet suggested a visit, so she took her her back and forth, gave medication as prescribed and kept me informed . I knew Murphy was in good hands!

We board our husky mix there every time we go away and he comes home happy.

They take very good care of our dog. He does not look back when we drop him off and he makes sure to say goodbye to everyone in the office when we leave. He really likes it there!

What a great place, nothing but high praise for the the Staff and facility. Mark and Karen are so kind and thoughtful about every thing they do. You could not be disappointed with there great service.

We have been boarding our dogs here for years. We love that 2 dogs from the same household can be boarded in the same run, and that they get so much outdoor exercise time, with or without other dogs. Our younger dog is very shy with new people but the staff manages her beautifully and she's gotten to the point where she's happy to see them. I trust this place 100% to take great care of our dogs.
