Great staff and always always a good experience.

As a first time fur-mom I have no idea what I’m doing or what to expect but all the worries and anxiety disappeared when I brought my puppy to Dr. W! He has treated & cured my boy for many different issues over the past year. Whether it has been a clinic visit or phone call he always takes the time to thoroughly explain the problem and his prescription giving me the confidence and reassuring me that my boy is getting the absolute best care that is needed and deserves!

Great staff, all very friendly! Dr. Raclyn was patient and thorough and took exceptional care of my fur baby!

Highly recommend! Dr. K recently saw my 2 dogs and was so helpful, compassionate and professional. He listened to all of our concerns and treated my dogs like his own. The staff echoed the same qualities and put my dogs and my family at ease! If you’re looking for the best veterinary center around, you’ve found it!

I took my puppy there after a routine spay through SPCA. Not knowing she went into shock and acute kidney failure after the surgery. No ones fault just that one in a million reaction. Yorktown Animal Hospital treated my Xena and for the first few days we didn’t think she would make it. My puppy is not only alive and well but no restrictions. YAH never gave up even when I was starting to. They fought for my little Xena. The staff there is amazing. They made Xena comfortable spoiled like we do our children when their sick. I think all their hugs and kisses healed her on some level. Xena never felt alone there. I can not recommend YAH and their staff enough if your looking for a vet. I’ve been using them for 9 years and 4 dogs later and will continue to let them treat my most valued fur babies

I recently moved to the area and my old vet is an hour away. After reading all the negative reviews I was concerned about taking my dog here. She had blisters on her paws, they were red and irritated and nothing I was doing at home was working. I spent over $200 on gels, creams, sprays and shampoo and nothing was working. She started getting bumps on the top of her head and started losing hair and I was worried, I didn’t care about the reviews I needed an experts opinion on what was going on. I called on Saturday and was able to make an appointment for Monday. I called when I arrived and they brought the forms to the car for me to fill out and called me back to tell me when I could enter, the wait was less than 7 minutes. When I entered the front staff was very welcoming, polite and professional, Hope and Shaina were a great help and made my check in and check out process a breeze. Dr. K was the vet that treated my dog and he was the best, understood my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions and was kind towards my dog. I have a 112lb blue nose pit and most people are terrified of them so I am overly protective and defensive, my dog is a part of the family and that’s how they treated her.

We wanted to thank you for helping us send our beloved Tyco over the rainbow bridge. It was just as he would have wanted, outside surrounded by his humans on a beautiful sunny day. The grief is heavy but our experience with you Dr. Kasanofsky and your wonderful team helped lighten the load.

Amazing staff- friendly & knowledgeable!!

They are very professional and nice. I understand its Covid but I really wanted to go inside with my pet.

First time using this Vet and very very pleased. Found them in a search result on the web. From the initial call to the moment we left staff was kind and courteous. I was worried about upfront payment and the woman who answered the phone helped me with options - scratch pay. The day of appointment staff was service w a smile. You can tell they truly care about the animals they serve. The vet actually took time to speak with me about my pet's care -- not just a 2 second call but an actual conversation. How refreshing. You can tell the vet cares more about the animals than money. How refreshing. I would highly recommend this vet and will def be returning.

This place is the best! They always treat my dog with comfort and care, and he doesn’t freak out when he goes inside. Dr. Raclyn is a great veterinarian and runs a great animal hospital. Thanks for helping us and our dog out so much!

This vet schdules appointments ever 10 mins. My first visit i sat outside a total of over 1.5 hr. My second visit i gave up waiting. Very unprofessional. Then the office wrote nasty comments on my pet record. No vet can treat an animal in 10 mins. Assembky line medicine

My Interaction was with Dr. Raclyn and I have to utmost confidence in him taking care of my pets. He's very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessments, I highly recommend his services

Exactly what I want and need for my pet

Our Daisy who is a 10 year old beagle has been going to the Yorktown Animal Hospital ever since she was 6 weeks old. Recently we had to make a tough decision to have several teeth removed due to some serious dental issues. It was the right decision! We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Daisy is so much happier. She is back to playing like she used to when she was a lot younger. Our thanks goes out to the Yorktown Animal Hospital, their doctors and their staff. My 10 yr old boy Reggie just had dental surgery last week at Yorktown animal hospital . The surgery went great from the minute we walked into the hospital until he was ready to be picked up . The staff and doctors are very thorough in explaining what was going to be done and answered any questions I had . I was very nervous for my boy and have hesitated for years to have his teeth worked on. The only negative thing about it is that I didn’t do this sooner . The way Reggie is acting now after a few teeth extracted is night and day . He is showing me that he must have been in some pain for a while . He is even playing with his puppy sister who he wanted nothing to do with . Thank you Yorktown animal hospital for making Reggie pain free and a happy pup again !

Dr. Raclyn and his staff are amazing! I would not trust anyone else to care for my animals. Their professionalism and love of animals truly shows through the care that is given.

They care more about money and take advantage of insurance policies.

We have been going here from Ct and we find the doctors and staff great. The dog was throwing up blood and they had us bring him in and they had to operate on him. They were great communicating with us, staff and doctor were very compassionate and gave him excellent care. We had to take him to an emergency hospital which could not find his problem. Yorktown Animal Hospital found it and operated and cared for him. The other hospital said, Yorktown did a great job. I was so appreciative to the doctors and the staff for all the compassion. I thought I brought in a healthy dog. I didn’t realize how sick he was. They called many times to see how he is doing and of course he was great. We had the follow up appointment. So far..so good with him. I highly recommend Yorktown Animal Hospital!

Expensive as hell but they're good

We just started using Yorktown Animal Hospital. We have two morkies at home and just adopted a third puppy. Harley has been sick since have gotten him. I have never spend so much time on the phone with the vet's office. I have also been back and forth now given the illness. Every vet has been wonderful helping Harley. We are still waiting on test results, but everyone dr there has been great!
