Love Dr. Lindsey and Teresa! I brought in my 13 year old kitty for a wellness check. Sophie does NOT like vet visits, even with our longtime doctor, and when he retired it was time to find someone new. Dr. Lindsey was recommended to me and she and her staff are amazing! While Sophie snarled, tried to scratch and bite and howled the entire visit, Teresa prevented any injury by holding Sophie calmly and confidently. Dr. Lindsey was able to complete the exam, including administering a shot, and gave me all the time I needed to address my concerns. Teresa then managed to safely give this less than happy kitty a mani-pedi. I highly recommend the services of Yorktown Veterinary Associates for their patience, professionalism and love of patients, even my Sophie.

I recommend Yorktown Vet Associates to everyone and I’m so happy that I’ve been taking both of my dogs here since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. They’re always very responsive and have sent me paperwork I’ve needed quickly. The vets really care about the animals and I never feel like they’re pushing anything that’s unnecessary. I truly feel like I can trust their advice and that I always have a resource if I have a question.

We have 2 pups, and are so happy with the care they receive at Yorktown Veterinary Associates. Our pups are members of our family, and YVA always makes us feel that no question is too big or too small. The whole team there is amazing! They're loving, kind, and genuine, and the veterinarians go above and beyond when we have had situations crop up that required immediate care! We know our pups are in excellent hands at YVA!

The quality of care at YVA is amazing, and the doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. I literally wouldn’t take my little Zooey anywhere else! She was having a little gland issue the day before Christmas Eve and the staff was so accommodating to fit her in. From reception, to the tech, to the doctor, they really care about your animal as if they were their own. I highly recommended YVA!

We recently moved to the area and decided to adopt a puppy. We brought her into YVA for a check-up and to establish her there and we were so happy with our experience. Dr. Carril and Millie were so kind, efficient, and so patient with us as we asked a bunch of questions on our new puppy. They took the time to explain everything to us to inform us as best as possible before making any decisions. We hope we don’t have to visit the vet too often but if we do, we know we are in GREAT hands!

I love these vets! Dr Carill and Dr Thomas are the best! And their staff is so kind and patient. My 3 babies are never upset going there. And I always feel that everyone there is honest and looking out for the well being of my dogs. Would highly recommend!!!

Love these guys! They are kind and considerate of your pets feelings and they are considerate of your expenses. They once suggested I wait to see if my puppy throws up the headband he ate and he eventually did and we did not need unnecessary surgeries or x-rays. Great group of doctors and staff!

Dr Zuckerman and the team at Yorktown Veterinary Associates are AMAZING. They take time at each visit getting to know you and your pet(s) and patiently answering questions. They offer recommendations for your pet(s) but never give a sales pitch on products and services. They understand different people have different budgets and will work with you to find the options that fit best for you and your pet(s). I always leave the office feeling that my money was well spent and that my pets were completely taken care of.
