Amazing woman who's name escapes me talked to me about rats for over an hour on Christmas eve! Very clean place and all the staff was willing to help.

Chris and staff ROCK!! I will ALWAYS go here!!! My dog loves the baths, excellent nail service!!! Store ALWAYS have what we need. They save our dogs bones for us when they come in and even treat him with a cookie!!!! AAAAAAAA+++++++++++++ THANK YOU LOCAL PET STORE!!!!!

It's a pet store. They allow you to take your dog in and there's a self wash too. Nice staff.

Shopping at Pet Supplies Plus today was GREAT! We got all the fish and supplies we needed. Visited with the pets and got 25% off on top of it all!

Always helpful and friendly staff, and their do it yourself pet bath is really cool! They even have groomers if you need to choose that route. Generally find most of our pet supplies here..

Masks are not enforced at all by the management. There is no sign for masks being required, Employees do not sanitize anything, health and safety are not even a thought for this management team. Avoid this business if you care about your health during this pandemic, Covid Detection Agency has been notified about this business blatantly operating against Covid regulations.

I normally go to the store on transit and they have been so wonderful to me for years. I was very excited when this location opened, because I work so close to the williamsville place plaza and I get my pet supplies from pet supplies plus. I spend a lot of money at pet supplies plus every year. I was absolutely upset after leaving and I have quite a bit of patience. I originally put the as a 1 star review, but I appreciate Chris' phone call after my review. He was very professional and apologetic. I may try this store again. Possibly

The staff member who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed, she took her time to showing us products. When we selected a collar she actually tried it on our dog to be sure it fit properly. We are very happy with the service and products at Pet Supplies Plus.
