Everyone is always extremely nice and professional. It's great to find a place that greets you with a smile and also does a great job. Highly recommended!

My pup couldn’t get groomed at his last place due to being overwhelmed and stressed out. I called Bubbles ahead of time to see if this would be a better fit for him. We got him in for a morning appointment so there would be less dogs and commotion. With the help of some anxiety meds and a great staff, my baby came out so handsome! Very pleased with the staff and how he was handled. Thank you!

The grooming aspect wasn’t pleasurable, due to rude and infantile behaviors of the employees. When my dog was ready for pick up I did not receive a phone call or any alert for that matter. I fear to leave my dog with these women as they might take their personal issues out on the dog. Aside from that, no dogs are crated during the groomings, or in between appointments, nor are they separated at all. Does not seem safe to groom with tools while dogs run and play at your feet. Very unprofessional, I think the front service girl needs a lot more training. She didn’t seem to know much of anything. Her communication with me did not match those of the groomers, making it very confusing for everyone. The owner herself needs to practice kinder human interactions and habits. Will not be back unfortunately. I’ve heard/ noticed, a lot of The reviews on this page are made by the employees and friends of- ,so from a legitimate customer, I highly advise against this grooming service.

The staff and owner were very rude and dramatic . Gave me a very poor experience due to their disgraceful behavior and attitudes simply because I had direction for how I wanted my dogs hair to be and to specifically leave some things out such as not touching the ears because he recently had an ear infection. Did not appreciate the feeling of high school drama and how nothing was professionally handled . Clearly they all need a lesson in Human relations and customer service . If they are so quick to treat a paying customer with several dogs / clients / referrals to them - like garbage - how will they treat or take it out on my pet behind the scenes . Will NOT be going back ....

I took my small dog here about a year ago. I am posting a review late because I have read the recent reviews and wanted to clarify for those who consider this business for their dog. I had dropped my dog off for the first slot appointment in this morning, they told me it would take a couple hours which was no problem. I then called them 2 hours later and he had not been done yet, again completely fine. I then called again another 2 hours later and was told they had never started him and he has been in a CRATE the entire time. My dog who hates crates had been crated for four hours without ever starting his cut. I told them not to bother with the cut and came to pick him up because I was not comfortable with him being there any longer. I have not returned there since this incident. I am writing this now since I saw a review where they state dogs are not kept in crates. This is false information and people should know if you bring your dog here, they will be put in crates, for hours at a time.

My dogs came back traumatized and bloody.

Our favorite groomer from another location had recently retired and recommended this pet salon. We miss her a bunch but she definitely pointed us in the right direction. Bubbles have been fabulous and our Havanese looks wonderful after his cuts. They are very kind and listen to what you want. We have a hectic schedule and they have been very flexible with us when last minute “life” get in the way of a scheduled groom. His nails often need a touch up before his next groom and they do provide a nail service to get you through. They are doing a great job with the hand offs due to Covid and we are thrilled with their efforts.

I’ve been tempted to try this business for my 3 Yorkies but I’ve been told by other customers that they put your dog on the floor with other dogs. I can’t risk my tinies who don’t like other dogs being injured by a big dog after being specifically being asked to not put them on the floor.

my dogs came home and the only thing that was cut was their backs everything else was left like it was before. my new dog has been going their since he was a puppy which is 4 times and the new owner said that he was the worst behaved dog she has ever seen and that was the first time we have been told that. we were told our dogs were muzzled without our permission and they were scared and hiding when we got home.

Yes, I admit it I’m one of those people who are never happy with a grooming....... until now! Cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my shih-tzu’s grooming! Excellent job! He came out happy after playing with the other dogs. Everyone was so nice! Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about Bubbles salon. Kat is my go to girl for my Leo boy. He has weak legs due to ACL tears so he has a tendency to not want to stand for long periods at a time and Kat gives him all the breaks he needs. He always comes away with the cutest puppy cut and smells wonderful. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Please don’t hesitate to book your appointment. You will be more than satisfied!

A business shows its true colors when it has to make something right. My first visit an accident happened and my dog got a small injury. They called me right away to let me know, I took her to the vet. They called the next day and took care of the vet charges. They were convinced they were going to lose me as this was my first time. It was an accident and no one intended for it to happen, the dog was fine. She got a little antibiotic and some treats. I have 3 maltese dogs and they are friendly, accommodating to the schedule, and above all do a good job on the dogs. I would recommend them.

I've taken my fluffy corgi Lola here several times and they always give her a perfect trim and she leaves smelling great! Its one of her favorite places to go!

Cat & the Staff are REALLY nice, Gizmo And Shadow, LOVED THER Grooming experience

Took my golden retriever for his first ever grooming today. Some areas a little choppy but overall looked pretty good and was happy with the price. However, when I came to pick him up a little over an hour after they finished up with him I could hear crying and barking from my dog from outside the building. The woman at the desk was wearing headphones and I was told he was in a crate due to another dog in the shop being aggressive. My dog hasn't been crated since he was a puppy and loves being around people and other dogs, which my wife put on the forms filled out at drop off. The groomer was nice but I was disappointed to pick up my dog distressed when the staff told me that he did great.

Great place! They take amazing care of my two girls. My girls always look and smell wonderful after leaving here.

Inexpensive and they were great!

Mu patients dog goes there now and loves it...its like a doggy daycare. They all run around before and after their bathing, shampooing and such. They're not caged until we return to retrieve them They are happy, not stressed and have a much better experience.

Great place. From the first step into the salon, it is apparent that the love of and for the dogs is first and foremost. My dog has a double coat and hates to be groomed, but they are always able to get him to that good place to where he will cooperate with the groomers. He is always happy and beautiful when I pick him up. So glad Bubbles is close to my home.

Friendly careful considerate. You can tell they love dogs and do their best to please you we make monthly appointment s because they do get busy! They have done awesome special grooming packages too-so check them out!

I brought my toy poodle, Gabi, to Bubbles for grooming. Not only were they super friendly on the phone when I initially called but carried that through the whole visit, from reception to pick up. Gabi looked great! TY Julia! I would definitley endorse Bubbles Pet Salon.
