Came in the other day needing major help finding some things for my kittens was greeted by a beautiful young lady named katelyn she was very sweet and pleasant off the bat! She helped a lot and even pointed out some other things could help with my kittens the customer service was OUTSTANDING will sure be coming to this location and definitely recommend others do as well

Dog food needed was out of reach and staff was handy to bring it down for me.

Better prices and more services than on line pet supplies. Free delivery (within 7 miles) of course order pick up. Additionally there is the do it yourself dog wash room. Let them worry about the mess & the hair down the drain. Great selection of high quality dog food at online prices.

We took our puppy Rudy to have his nails clipped, this is the first time he has had them done and Kera was FANTASTIC!!! She was kind and good to him and spoke to him like they were old friends!! THANK YOU KERA!!

I love the employees at this store. They are helpful, kind, and go over and beyond. They are the reason I go there. If i owned this store, i would reward them, because they deserve some credit for their customer service and make me want to come back.

I go there because it's close. I don't like that almost every time they have something marked on the shelf it does not reflect at the register. I always wind up asking about it and then I get a song and dance about how it should automatically reflect and maybe I took something from the wrong side....etc. No I know where I grabbed it from. Walk them back then they apologize fix it. It's annoying. And a hassle. I will take the extra 10 minutes and go to pet smart further down the road.

Self dog wash is worth it's weight in gold. My dog is miserable but our "dirty dog card" includes 5 self washes for $25 with soap provided. Also has a shop vac style dryer to use if desired. I bring my own towels because sometimes the store's smell like they got left in the washer too long, but I don't mind that to take any stars away, I leave some in the truck anyways. Saves our bath tub and another is located conveniently by Ellicott Creek Dog park!

They never have even the basic selection of canned cat food anymore. This has been going on Pre-covid. Other stores carry cat food, not PSP in East amherst. I love the response out of the employees, "we keep ordering it but it never comes in."

They were helpful with loading the heavy bag of dog food into my car. And the associate was very communicative.

New self dog wash is really nice. The dogs hated though.

Staff is very nice and helpful and usually greet you when you enter. They are willing to work with you to make coupons work in your favor. The store is brightly lit inside which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Lucy was the best cashier ever. So nice so friendly so awesome. She made my furbaby so happy!!❤️❤️Shes really talented at what she does, Lol!
