Great friendly staff. Really know my dog and treat her as their own. Doctors don't push tests just to hike up the bill.

Since my boy Buster Brown have been going to Veterinary Care Group I can see that he looks and feel better than ever. Love this place, All the vet care workers are the bestand on top of everything. Thank you for taking care of Buster. See you guys soon

Dr. Rojas is extremely good with his animals. He is gentle and a very experienced Veterinarian, and all my pets have always received the best care at the Veterinary Care Group- WHITESTONE . I highly recommend VCG- Whitestone for their ability to care for your pet and for their patience explaining the problem and the needed care in office and at home, for your animal. I especially appreciated the follow-up phone conversations that showed how Dr. Rojas and his Assistants care for our pets. I feel like I have found a caring group of people who understand how much we love our pets and want the best for them.This is the place that makes you feel like they understand your pet is a family member. I am very happy to be a member of this competent Veterinary group. They will answer your questions patiently and efficiently. A great group of passionate and experienced professionals! My dog was calm and walked right in without a hesitation, because of the way they approach and understand your pet. Highly recommended! I miss my old vet at Bayside, but she retired and the location is now just for puppy daycare/bording. This veterinarian at Whitestone works under the same company. I only interaction with the veterinarian via phone. Most interaction I had was with the technician at the front door. I did feel I got a more practical advice from the technician while I got a more diagnostic recommendation from the veterinarian. He did not push for any extra tests, but recommended one for my ESA's particular condition. I am trying the recommendation of the technician after doing my own research from veterinary research centers and determining the physiology and biochemistry involved. Be aware, clients are not allowed inside, so plan accordingly. We brought portable chairs. There is a Walgreens nearby too. The prices are fair now and nearly the same as they were at the Bayside location when it had a veterinarian.

OMG Dr Cohen, where were you hiding all my life?? She is an absolute gem and you can tell she is devoted to being a great vet. Shes honest, she is sincere and it makes me feel good knowing my dog is in the best care. All the staff at this location are all amazing and I can't stop raving about them! I've been to numerous vcg locations and this Whitestone and Little Neck locations are by far the best!

Dr. Rojas and Stacy provide high quality care to my family's pets. I appreciate the team's high emotional intelligence, including Diane's, as my pets are treated exceptionally well, and my many questions are directly answered.

VCG Whitestone is the greatest. If you love your dog (and, really, who doesn’t love their dog?), bring them here. They will take care of your pet as if it was their own.

I liked veterinary Care Group up until I noticed that with every visit they kept adding on different fees and different reasons to charge me more and more money. I brought my pet for their vaccinations and over the phone I was told the exam is one price and each individual vaccine is another price so I had expected to pay a certain amount... but of course once I received the bill there's a fee for disposing this there's a fee for doing that all of which were not disclosed when making the appointment and then they wonder why people get upset and decide to stop visiting their practice. Anyone looking to bring their pet to the location in Whitestone make sure you get the full details about how much you're expecting to pay after every visit. My last visit my pet went in for her last vaccination and I was expecting to pay approximately $36 but ended up paying$70 because they charged a $10 biohazard fee, which I was fine with, plus a $25 examination fee which was not disclosed when I made the appointment and she was in there all but 5 minutes. They tried to justify this by saying that the doctor checked her ears and who knows what else meanwhile she was just there 3 weeks ago. Oh and they were all so so kind to suggest I get her spayed there for a beautiful $640. No thanks.

The staff here was very helpful. They explained everything my pup needed and what was going on.. they’re very friendly and welcoming! Over all it’s always a good experience and I bring all 4 of my pups here!

VCG Westbury was a pleasure. I brought my cat in for her first visit (we needed a new Vet) and it couldn't have been a better experience. The COVID-19 protocols were clearly explained and in place. My pet was well cared for and the instructions for follow up care were comprehensive. Dr. Colon, the tech and every other staff member I encountered were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking Veterinary services.

Excellent veterinary group! Always willing to answer questions, reasonably priced compared to other vets, many locations, and the staff at the Whitestone location truly have a passion for animals and are always so kind and loving!! (we’ve only been there but I’m sure they’re all excellent) highly recommend for any pet parent.

They are alway overbooked and don’t have time to see your pets for 2 weeks if your pet comes up with something. Could you imagine waiting a week or 2 when your dog is sick.they are understaffed and not what it used to be. Happened on More than 1 occasion and I have 3 dogs that are regulars there.

As a first time client I was impressed by their attentiveness, professionalism, and compassion towards my dog. My dog seemed happy and Calm with them as well. The reviews were spot on!

My dog almost lost her rear leg to a malignant tumor. Dr Rojas & Dr Cohen & all the staff worked really hard to remove the tumor & save her leg. I am forever grateful to their commitment and love that they showed my baby.

Doctor Oswaldo Rojas and his staff are amazing people. They treat my dog like a human person. They even call me to hear on how she doing with her recovery. I have gone to other veterinarians, and they never bother asking about my dog's health. I'm the one that have to call for lab results. They just gained a new costumer for life.
