They made my boy cookies pay all that money and sent his paper work late. YOU CANT COUNT ON THEM. DONT TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PET. Update ; Still no refund or response form these people They don’t even let u inside the office to speak to a manger. Such a rip off. This office should be closed down because they are thieves

First of all, they made me cancel the Groupon and said they will honor the Groupon price when I come to the clinic.Once arrived, they charged their regular price on me which got me super disappointed as they didn’t keep up with their word. Regardless the price, I want my pet to be vaccinated and taken a good care of. Dr Lu walks in, don’t even seem like a pet friendly person, made me assist and do their job while vaccinating. Didn’t really hold the pet or done thorough and satisfying check up.Vaccination and checkup all got done in about 6 mins. What got me so mad is I requested for 3 years rabies booster shot and end up getting yearly rabies shot telling me to come back next year. I personally felt like people working there are very money minded, they don’t really care for your pet and their well being so never ever coming back. If you live in queens, queens animal hospital in woodside has better weekdays package deal for your pets than any other clinics I have researched. Save your money and go elsewhere where the service and care meets your expectation.

they overcharge everything and on top of that make you take a bunch of unnecessary tests so you can spend more money. save your money from this place.

1 everyone complaining about prices should not own a pet guys don’t know how much school and money these vet’s go through to get where they are today . Walk in a emergency hospital see how much they charge you and remember when there’s a “ cheaper “ place it usually is because there lacking on something it’s not worth loosing your pet to an inexperienced person 2 I’m a breeder I breed French bulldogs so I know the vet gets expensive but the people over at this vet treated me nice and respectful even thou they know I’m a breeder . they don’t usually like us but like I said with respect every visit 3 any time I would come the doctor would always talk to me and treat my pets like if they was hers/his 4 I got 8+ dogs registered here and they get attended nicely

I want them to explain how much additional veterinary care will cost before paying the unexpected big payment.

This place is a total rip off. Stay away!!! They gave shots to my cat without my consent just so they could bill me $350.

Great doctor. He shared his own experience and helped us through a tough time and was very sensitive to our feelings. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Thank you very much to everyone there for helping my family and I through a difficult decision and experience.

worst place ever! this place does not care about your pet they only care about the money you bring. they over charge for everything and they do not do the job correctly. the staff is horrible and not responsible, the doctors change everyday so your pet is really not taken care of.

Do not ever come to this place!! I recently brought my cat here for multiple visits, the only result I got is a 4000+ bill and NOTHING. After spending all the money, they just told to pay more so they can find out what’s going on with my cat?! Services they provide are way over charged, and they don’t care for your pet, all they care is how to extract most money from your pocket. Best advice, if you want the best for your pet, stay away from this facility.

Very unprofessional and reliable staff that do not understand that they are only open for the people so if it wasn’t for the people they will not have a job. So make the people happy by doing the right paper work and be reliable. This shouldn’t be a privet vet because hospitals are ran better then this and they are reliable

I already called 311 on this office. They should not be open to help people if they can’t do it.

I had an issue with Tammy sending the paper work late, when I called the office to complain she Chinese guy just hung up on me. so unprofessional they only care about the money and they will wait and slack on doing the work. DO NOT TAKE UR PET HERE

Cookies came to get his paper work here and he paid all his fund but they sent the paper work late even though they knew what day he had to leave. Very unprofessional, they should give him a refund since they did not provide the service they said they will.

Queens Animal Health is the epitome of “you get what you pay for” though pricier but their service is amazing. Very accommodating and by far the best attentive vet I’ve had

I have had 6 of my furbabes as patients in this location and each one has been treated with love, hugs and healing from the nurses to the docs. Appreciate so much how well they take care of our babes.

They were very nice and the doctor was really thorough and explained everything so that I wouldn’t be confused about anything. I will definitely be taking my dog back there.

I've been here before and had a pretty good experienced until recently. Brought my dog to be checked on and the vet that was working on him was very rude. He was getting very personal because I refused a blood test that I had already taken at another vet. On top of that he began refusing to help my dog because he didn't like my "attitude". Not once did they call to check on him, or to setup the second appointment. Save your money and go somewhere they care.

Omg!!!! The bill came out to be1690 total. It’s too expensive!!!!!I won’t go there anymore. Never expected that much price.

They have always treated my little guy (chihuahua) great. They are upfront regarding the bill so I don't spend more than I expect to.

My dog Bradley was sick and needed a surgery on his leg days before. Dr. Lu and his team treated Bradley very professionally and carefully. Our dog is better now. Two yeas ago, Bradley needed to be sterilized. Dr. Lu and the team also solved the problem very professionally and carefully. We are always satisfied.

Very pricey but convenient. I would like to be able to price compare medications and or go to another vendor. Certain over the counter items can be picked up at Amazon for nearly half price of what they charge. Medications such as Sentinel can be purchase with a prescription from Chewy for a dollar less. So that is a personal choice.

Definitely expensive and a Fake place. Don't trust this clinic at all, a Black sarcoma come out on my cat's ear, and they did a surgery to cut it, and they said they send the black sarcoma to do the Pathology laboratory, and charged $3000. But they didn't, it's a lie! Because after the surgery, we called them to asking the Pathology results, and they just told us, good news, everythings good. But the truth about the black sarcoma actually is cancer, the results we got from Animal Clinic of Hollis Court's new exam today! They delete the time of my cat's treatment....
