I was interested in bringing my fur baby to this facility & when I arrived to the store I wasn’t allowed in the store. She wouldn’t even let me go inside to inquire about my dogs stay in the facility. It was horrible customer service. There is a sign that says inquire inside but I wasn’t allowed to step foot in the door.

Employee was very rude. I went there today Sunday afternoon 2/16/21 and she was very short with me and I felt like she wanted me to leave. She didn’t want to answer any of my questions.

Went in there for some questions, front desk was condescending with how she approached me and talked to me along with her expressions. There had seemed to be some miscommunication which I wanted to clarify, but front desk person really made me feel stupid. Never again.

I recently got a puppy and wanted a place that would take great care of him when I had to run to the office or had a busy day of meetings. I found Waggers after doing some searching online, and was incredibly impressed by how many services they offered. My dog goes to them for his daycare and grooming, and I have never had a complaint. Since being a client of Waggers, I've always been given the best service, all of my questions were answered (and I had a lot of questions), and the staff has shown incredible care for my puppy. Better yet, you get access to their cameras if your puppy is part of the Waggers crew, so that you can watch your Lil one play while you work. Shout out to Patricia and Amber for always answering my questions, and providing the best service, and to Janet for an A+ puppy grooming every time!

My 4 month old puppy contracted kennel cough and intestinal issues at waggers. I spoke to the management, and they informed me that they knew kennel cough was going around in the state, but they neglected to mention it to me before I dropped my puppy off. While kennel cough is a risk at every doggy daycare, this establishment does not seem to care about the health of your dogs. I would not recommend using their services.

I used to live in the city and moved to Queens. And I always worried about my hairy kids health. Dr.Huang and the staffs here are the best. I always seek her advice and opinion. You can tell she has the experience and loves and care for your hairy family member. I no longer live around the area but I still go there for my hairy kid's checkups and visits.

Place is okay the area is only so big for the dogs. The staff is friendly. What slays me is a full day is 12 hrs a half day is 4 hrs and it only cost 10 dollars less. That sh!ts robbery in my book, last time I was in school 12/2 is 6 not 4...

This place is amazing for veterinary care! They will take their time to answer any questions you have, make multiple follow up calls, and will remain patient through it all. My kittens come out happy and sleep the whole car ride home, they now know the carrier means the vet but they still have no problem going inside. I cannot sing higher praises for this place.

I have been bringing my multi poo here since he was a puppy... he is now 4...been very happy with Maria. When I made the appointment I had to leave a 20.00 deposit... that was ok....when picking up my dog I was told the 20.00 would be applied to the balance....fine.... checking my cc I see an additional charge of 72.00 !! He is only 10lbs! I called & asked about the charge & was told they increased their prices....advised them I was never informed !! ( plus I left a cash tip for Maria) ....I will be going somewhere else! Just the principle of never being informed!!!

This place is a scam and fraud. This surgery was done for $250. Then when we finish the procedure, they told us that it might come back. 2 days later the bubble he had came back. We went their and they said it wasn’t there problem. $250 wasted. Please trust me, don’t ever go to this fraud store.

Such a great experience being able to check up on Louis throughout the day via webcam, knowing caring staff was taking good care of our boy!

María has been my baby’s groomer for a few years now. I have moved to NJ and still drive the distance just to ensure my baby gets cared well while being groomer like the princess she is. Will continue making the journey just because Maria is fantastic as well as skilled and the other crew members are just as sweet as she is.

We love Joselyn she is very talented! She gives my pup Archie great haircuts and she always knows how we love him groomed! The staff at this location is fabulous and I will definitely keep coming back! The pricing is perfect for the great results one gets!! I always recommend them to my fellow dog moms in forest hills! Definitely worth the ride out to bayside. That being said we will continue our grooming appointments with Waggers and of course follow Joselyn! Thank you so much!

I recently moved to Queens and I was in need of a new groomer for my ten year old shitzu-poo. I did my research and found great reviews for waggers. I gave them a call to schedule an appointment for my pup and they were extremely efficient and helpful. I loved that they’re strict about updated shots and making sure each dog is healthy before entering their facility. The day I brought in my dog, everyone was so friendly and his grooming session only took about an hour and a half. I loved the cut they did and my dog seemed so happy as well! I definitely recommend this place.

Updating my earlier review! Waggers reached out and has taken steps to minimize the noise and odors, possibly to halt construction. They seem much more ready to consult the neighbors. Thanks you Waggers! Earlier: Waggers is building a new spa in Williamsburg. They are actively tormenting their quarantined neighbors with chemical odors, epoxy fumes, day long noise, dust and debris. They claim to have an exemption to build but it is unlikely. If they do, they paid someone off. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. They care for profit over people, and probably over pets too.

Always a good experience with Waggers. I usually have my baby's check ups and groom done at the forest hills location and recently I had her groomed at the bayside location and im truly happy with the service, quality of work and the sincere care they provide. Really awesome team.

We have been going to Waggers and seeing Dr. Huang for a few years now. Everyone is just awesome from daycare to boarding to dog training to the vet experience. Highly recommend!!

I bring my dog Theo here for our veterinary care, daycare, and grooming! All of the staff are always super kind, especially Carlos and those that work at the front desk. I know Theo is in great hands when I drop him off. They also have a great camera viewing feature for daycare/boarding, which makes me feel better when we are away.

My dog loves going here whenever there's thunderstorms or when we go on vacation. It's honestly the best place to board your dog since they have an open area for small dogs to roam around in. It has helped greatly in improving the social skills of my dog.

If you need daycare and live in Bayside this is a great spot. Real doggy people and very clean. Dogs play in 4 hour shifts or you can book the 8 hours if needed. Appeared to be a regular group of furbabies ranging in small to large breeds. Screening before allowing to attend was very thorough. They checked all medical files and vaccinations. Then they do a free assessment to see how well your pet fits into the pack.

This place used to be great for grooming until new management came in. I’ve been a customer for 7 years but after my dog’s last grooming, I won’t be going back. They no longer pay attention to detail - that goes for the groomers and the staff.

Several days ago, I stopped in Waggers to purchase Science dog food for my new puppy. I was told I could not purchase this dog food because my new puppy was not a “client” & I needed a prescription. I told the 2 male employees at the counter that my prior dog ( who died in March) was a long time customer at Waggers. This made no difference - my current puppy was not ! Needless to say, currently my puppy was not in need of grooming or vet services - I adopted her only weeks prior and her vaccines were given at the shelter. Let me also mention that both Petco in Westbury & New York Puppy Club sold me the Science dog food - no questions asked. I only went to Waggers because it is closer to my home & I considered services in a few months. So, for obvious reasons, my new little pup & I will go elsewhere for our doggie needs These 2 men at the Wagger counter were clearly not “ dog people” . I miss the prior Wagger employee - he was a “dog person”.
