Kim has a calming influence and does a fabulous job grooming our high energy, excitable PWD. We won’t take our dog anywhere else.

I have brought my Bernadoodle to Sables several times. They are great with him. He always looks handsome and clean after his visits. Kim is very friendly. I highly recommend.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. They accept walk-ins, and can handle my anxious pup when it comes to her nail trimmings. The place is clean, the staff is efficient, and I'm a repeat customer thanks to the wonderful staff at Sables!

Horrible experience. After having just moved to the area I took both of my American eskimos to Sable Salon for a bath, nail trim, teeth brush and hair cut. After I picked them up they looked as if they were only bathed and barely any hair cut. Obvious places where I really wanted them cleaned up like around their face and ears and legs looked like it wasn't even touched. Frustrated I called back and said I was hoping for more of a haircut and asked if I could bring them back to be touched up. Kim seemed a little annoyed with this but told me I could. When I brought the dogs back I had a photo so I could show her what I wanted. As I'm trying to point out certain areas, Kim starts taking my dogs and walking away completely tuning me out. After I left, I realized I didn't get a chance to ask what time I needed to pick up my dogs so I called back and left a message asking for a phone call to know what time they closed by. At 2:15 she calls me and says they are ready and she closes at 3:15 and that's what time I needed to be there by. Her hours are not posted online or anywhere and I've never had a groomer tell me they close at "3:15". By the time I could get the dogs it was 3:30. When I pulled up with my sister in law she had locked the doors and had to let us in. When we walked in she didn't say a word to us- just went to get my dogs. When she brought they out they had a noticeable haircut and I immediately saw little areas on their body where it was uneven. However, I've had them groomed numerous times and know it's not going to be perfect. She asked how they looked and I said they looked good and left. Looking back on it now I wish I had looked at them more before we left because as soon as I was halfway home I noticed both of their faces were completely jagged cut and uneven. I got them home and realized this was everywhere. I have included photos of the face to show how bad it looks. There is no way a professional groomer that has been around for so long would think that it looks good or even close to okay. I'm not sure if Kim cut them or had someone else but I will never go back. I even called the next day (since she closed at 3:15) the same day and left a message. I said how unhappy I was with it and that I would like a refund since I will now have to take them somewhere else and spend more money to have it fixed. Kim has not returned my phone call.

Great! Very professional and compassionate. Provide a great service and treat their customers and your clients(dogs) wonderfully!!!! Highly recommended without reservation!!!!

Brought 2 very matted long hair cats into the salon. Instead of shaving them & giving them a lions cut, Kim was able to comb out all of the mats leaving these 2 raggy cats now looking handsome with glistening coats.

Everyone there are friendly. Kim especially takes care of my min pin due to his health condition. I will only take my dogs here.

A ONE IS ACTUALLY TOO HIGH OF A RATING. Made an appointment for my dog who had been there before Got there and she refused to take him I explained he was overdue that he had hurt his foot she was Very rude and insulting Do not recommend this groomer

Sable's does a terrific job! My fluffy, furry, fuzzy lil monster (Cleo) is not always well behaved, yet Kim and her team ensures she gets a beautiful grooming every time! I deeply appreciate their on-going patience and kindness.

They do a good job on dogs, but don't ever apply for a job there. I worked there for a little over a month, was told that they would call me when they needed Me again but I never got a call from them again. They never complained, nor did they tell me I was doing a bad job. I was not told that my last day was my last day, so because of that I spent nearly a month jobless. Horrible way to run a business.
