I come here pretty much biweekly for freeze dried chicken for our ferrets. We went this week and fell in love with one of the ferrets. The staff were very friendly, let us hold and decide which ferret we wanted. Ferret is well fed, alert and active.

Great place to get bugs and mice to feed my 3 hedgehogs

Third time I've simply left because I couldn't get staff help.

Found the 2 different types of dog food I was looking for in the size package I wanted. So - variety and availability.

Ok pet store most the time if you are just looking for the essentials you will find what you need, but anything else you'll just have to get lucky. they do have some great deals on tanks though.

Shop is ok. Staff could care less.

I'll never go here again. Their vets gouge and charge full price for boosters. It's costing me over $400 for what going to a regular vet would cost $150. Their groomers don't do as their told. My pup has been trimmed before and because it's her first "trim" there. They only do paws, butt, and face. When I specifically instructed them to do a full haircut. I'll never go to this place again.

Always a friendly staff, clean store, and great selection of items. I've been coming to this store for nearly 20 years and will continue to do so.

I use to love this store it was my go to store for all my pet needs but I had such a horrible experience here and I doubt I will be going back there.the cashier was so rude when I was being rung out. There was no one even at the Register when I first walked up to check out.

Freshpet refrigerator is always empty forcing me to go to Walmart. Nice staff. Pretty clean. Parking lot is a bit of a hassle

Me and my family enjoy shopping at Petco for our dog and fish needs because the variety is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

I am continuously blown away by this location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really take the time to answer every question (and I always come in with a TON of questions), and their reptile experts on staff are amazing!

Everyone there is nice. It's a big store. But I was given coupons for free cat food for my rescued kitty and it made her lose hair on her back and tail.

Price check everything online first because store prices are marked up so much more. And if it's sold cheaper online you can tell them. FYI it's always cheaper online. So have that smartphone out and handy. Save alot of money guys.

The employees here are so friendly. Whether I'm picking up an online order or come in to browse the cat treat selection, they're always very helpful.

Friend and I went to pick up some stuff for our tank set ups as we both have bettas and he has a salt water tank. I was checking out the bettas and noticed that majority of them had fin rot, which needs to be treated respectfully and carefully, and most of them were living in green water. I asked when the last water change was and was told "a few days ago, probably?". When a betta is not kept in a filtered, heated tank, they need water changes ever other day to keep parameters met. Especially in such tiny cups. Very disappointed in this location.

I came here in urgency for pet food and they say they are closed at 5. Website and online says 8. Unprofessional.

I came in to get neutered, they accidentally euthanized me. But they were polite when I checked out so 3/5 star

Freeze dried raw dog food that is reasonably priced.

They carry many brands of pet products. I like looking at the animals ,fish and reptiles. My pets ♥ Petco.

I love this store, it's always clean and organized. Some of the employees here do lack knowledge about the department they work in or about pets they have for sale or on "display". Thank goodness for google but it sucks if you have questions about a animal that's particular to this store. On the other hand they're very friendly, nice and will help you around the store. Hit or miss I suppose.
