I wouldn’t even give them one star. Brought our Golden retriever in to be groomed. They left in crate for over an hour and said they couldn’t do grooming because they were concerned with the emotional state of dog. When I Asked what dogs behavior was they told me that the dog was excessively drooling and it was concerning. Leaving a dog crated for that long is bound to bring on anxiety. Shame on them for overbooking and not giving proper care to these poor dogs.

Bought some Guppies, very healthy fish. Tanks were clean, with no dead fish.

It's a PetSmart. There are better local options that are better priced. Not a horrible store just nothing great.

Grooming experience was not good. Brought my dog who has groomed many times no problem at other groomers and the groomer said she was unable to groom him after keeping him for 2.5 hrs. Said he kept lunging at her? Made no sense what so ever and to keep him there for that long w nothing done was the worst part. I still gave her a $20 tip for her tiMe but I wish I had just gone to a more experienced groomer. I would not recommend Pet Smart ever.

Very good and treated my pet very well.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The groomers are efficient and caring. My dog had a positive experience and we’ll return!

I really just love this pet store. Every time I come for my own animal's needs, their animal's in the store always look so well taken care of and happy. They have hides, wheels, tubes, food/water, treats, chews, everything they SHOULD have. They don't seem depressed, like the company/employees actually care about the well being of the animal's they're turning into people's pets. It makes me happy browse the animals here when I come for my own pets. Thank you PetSmart, for not treating your animals like disposable creatures ????

This was a disappointing vist, but it ended up ok. This location needs management on staff, and needs to deal with customer matters, promptly. Jullian in the Banfield Pet Hospital helped out, but I had to let her know that I would file a complaint with corporate office. Hospital is not properly organized in regards to appointments for vets. Grooming my be better, but as for now, I will evaluate my next vet appointment. TY to Dr Ortiz and Jillian for at least providing Ruger, my bestbuddy with his needed shots today.

Everyone is so friendly and my lil'guy just loved his spa day.

Staff has no idea what they’re doing can’t even trim my dogs nails no warnings on their website or anything will not be going back

Employees are so nice and friendly and are always looking to help! The store is clean and animals are well taken care of. Best petsmart I've ever been too.

Las time I went they did not have enough variety.

Forget rude employees... The animal abuse in this store is absolutely ridiculous- I'm sorry but SEVEN bearded dragons in an enclosure that's barely even 10 gallons is insane. There shouldn't even be 1 beardie in that size enclosure. And the worst part is there was an empty, bigger tank right below that they could be kept in.. not too much bigger but better space for 7 of them. Just becausr they are babies doesn't mean they need less space. Just one of those babies alone should have a 20 gallon at the bare minimum. They didn't even have a UVB lamp in there- could have been my timing coming in but I didn't see space for one there. This was only 1 probelm I saw, there was issues with snakes, fish, and even the small animals. Please stop supporting this company

I can almost always find what I need in a short period of time. Cashiers are fast and friendly. Love that I can bring my pet with me. Every employee has been helpful.

21 Aug 21 Are your looking for something your pet needs or might need? Well this is the place to be for all your precious family member needs or doesn't but you want to surprise them. Although I did find a pile of dog leashes and harness in the middle of the floor that I pushed aside so they wouldn't trip anyone. Otherwise I did enjoy my visit looking for puppy toys.

Clean and fully stocked for all your pet needs.

It has a ton of pet stuff obviously. Because it's so similar to Petco, it's hard to point out unique aspects: Curbside They have live animals but I don't support the conditions they are kept in. They have cats kept in small cages up for adoption. Please adopt. I don't know if these cats get any time out of these small boxes. Animals are allowed inside The bathroom is disgusting Masks worn Employees are very nice

The staff has always been very helpful with all of our dogs! I really enjoy visiting when they have Joyful Rescues on site!
