Five stars and words is not enough to evaluate or describe this clinic I think we humans need doctors have the heart as the vet has and no words to describe the ladies who is assisting here I had unforgettable experience today with my mom’s cat and that’s all I can say

I haven't had a chance to comment for a few weeks but I feel compelled to thank the team at Wayne Hills for restoring our 3yr old pet bunny to full health...! I brought Lizzie in after she started barely eating and drinking. We thought she had a UTI and were unsuccessfully trying some therapies to treat that, but the kindly elderly doctor correctly diagnosed a bacterial infection and prescribed the correct medicine and treatment. I sincerely appreciate the no nonsense - yet competent approach and needless to say bunny is doing fine with a very happy 10 yr old daughter glad to have her pet back. Thank you Team for taking care of Lizzie :-)

I crossed paths with Wayne Hills when I adopted a cat. They are amazingly friendly to my and my cat. I feel at home there, but most importantly, I think my cat does to. A very nice experience and qualified Vets…

My lab Nick was sick and old. Doc took good care of him- he lived happily two more years. Great job

Dr Kentner and his staff are so friendly and very helpful every time I visit! He really cares about animals and it shows.

I bring my cats there very often, the place is always clean, they care so much for animals. The vet is wonderful, Chris and the rest of the staff are terrific. Very reasonable, not out to empty your wallet like most veterinarians....

My dog got hurt and I didn't know what happen to him. I was so stress out that I started to break down. You see my mom gave me my dog and he all that I have left sent she no longer with us. I couldn't see losing the last thing she have gave me. It was hurting me inside. I didn't know that they care for dogs because I was there for a kitten that I'm fostering. So when I went there without an appointment the lady's there help me out so much that I came home crying that I was able to get the help for my baby. Yes my baby he is. I am so grateful for the staff and the doctor. No words can tell anyone the feeling I feel to know that my dog will be okay and soon back to himself. Thank you very much for everything and I am sorry that I just show up without an appointment. He means the word to me.

For over a year I have been unable to get a copy of my dogs x-rays. Now I am told that all medical files have been lost. How does this doctor stay open and treat animals when he has no past medical records to rely on? Medications, treatments, whatever. He's just flying blind and this should be criminal

Dr. Ketner is nice, but should not be practicing as he’s quite elderly and basically man-handled our small dog. What should have been a normal check-up for vaccinations turned out to be a traumatizing experience.

Very nice staff and was a very straightforward experience getting my poor guy neutered. Dropped him off in the AM, picked him up end of day. Gave me full and clear discharge instructions, made it easy. No issues so far, Wendell seems to be doing great!

I brought my rabbit to this hospital for a check-up. There’s an kind old man (not so gentle) who grabbed my rabbit so rough. My rabbit went into shock... twisting arms to cut his nails, just looks around and automatically said it’s fine?? Got charged $50 to get nails done and supposedly checked out by looking around the body

My puppy who is very “adventurous” got into something toxic in the middle of a quarantine and we panicked called the first vet close to us and THE DOCTOR LAUGHED at my husband over the phone. Snooty AF told us to let her sleep it off! Mind you she had a seizure! Thank God for Fairfield Animal Hospital. I’m sure he’s a decent within the hours basic vet but in an emergency you might as well run into traffic!

I am so happy with Wayne hills animal hospital. I took my Zeus to North Jersey animal hospital for his shots and I asked them about a small growth he had. They updated his shots and told me they wanted 1,500.00 to remove the growth and biopsy it. I didn't have that kind of money but asked if they could do a pymnt plan. They refused and said money up front before procedure. My son referred me to Dr. Ketner at Wayne hills animal hospital and he examined my Zeus and said its just a wart and he would remove it while neutering Zeus and all for 400.00 . They did a great job with Zeus and he is recovering at home with me now.

First class people work there.

Called to make an appointment for my 7 week old puppy. The Guy who answered was very Rude and Unprofessional over the Phone. He placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and when I called back he did it again. I called back for a third time, He got real Nasty over the Phone. If this is any indication of what the rest of the staff is like here, I will find another place to care for my Puppy.

Dr. Kenter is an animal person not a people person. He is no nonsense, all about the pet. I think he is excellent. He has reasonable charges so you can afford to treat your pet to the best care. And his assistant is the absolute nicest most competent and compassionate person you could hope for when faced with a sick pet. 5 stars
