Thank you to all of your staff for a positive experience. First time. Was a patient of Totowa Animal Hospital for 12 yrs. Was nervous for me and my girl, Mia. They were kind, listened and understood. The attending Veterinarian (their Sunday only fill-in) was kind and very professional. The rest of my children will be cared for by Packanack Animal Hospital.

They take such good care of our puppy, Bernie. He is always happy to see Dr. Yim.

We absolutely love and appreciate the service we receive at Packanack Animal Hospital. They are amazing with our two huskies and super understanding and accommodating. I went else where when our cat was sick (closer vet because she hates car rides), and regretted it immediately. The care, price, and follow up was nothing close to what we had received consistently over six years. Even with COVID-19, the staff and doctors have maintained professional and caring dispositions. Thank you for the care you give our furry ones!

I just found out my dog got lymes disease and that he was getting blood work and shots and they wouldn't let me (his owner) go in and do anything cause they only let one person in.

Packanack Animal Hospital has done a fabulous job with my pets. They have helped pull a couple of my pets through some very serious health issues. They are caring, knowledgeable and professional!

My vet recently retired from this animal hospital and since she has left the service has been terrible. The medication I had to buy for my dog cost me 3 times the price as to what could be found on the online pharmacy. I got charged 82 dollars for a urine analysis where 5 days went by with no phone call about the results. I had to call and was told oh that means there’s nothing wrong. I paid 80 dollars for a test you think a vet or someone could take thirty seconds to call me to say it was normal. My dog recently experienced 4 days of diarrhea every hour she was incredibly dehydrated I called panicked and was told to call a different hospital or I could go in four days later. I was given an appointment in a BRAND NEW animal hospital who has never treated my dog where I was given antibiotics and other medication to help her. This animal hospital has absolutely lost my trust in decent animal care. I will be switching vets and so will family and friends after my recent treatment.

I have been bringing my dog here for 9 years, since he was 12 weeks old, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The staff and doctors are pleasant, professional, and compassionate. I always feel like they "know" me and my precious pet. We feel like family! Wonderful veterinary care!

The staff is knowledgeable and treated my pup with TLC. Information was provided and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Tho yearly checkups naturally are a bit stressful, every effort is made to keep it to a minimum. PAH is a top-of-the-line facility!! Do not hesitate to bring your pets for all health-related matters!!!

We waited 3 weeks for a Dental extraction for our pet. During the 3 weeks we dropped off a urine sample, and previous blood work. We arrived the Morning of the appt. at 8:15 as instructed, and filled out the necessary paperwork. The staff took the dog inside only to return to the car to tells us that the drill wasn't working Today, and that they would need to schedule us in another 3 weeks. How you don't regularly test the tools of your trade, or do not have a backup piece of equipment is incredible to me. I run a business, and if this is the way I ran it, or serviced my customers I would have been out of business a long time ago. When I spoke to the Dr. she was hardly apologetic. I would never consider using them, or any business for that matter that thinks this level of service is acceptable.

Dr Victoria Dodson is the best! My dog broke his toe during his zoomies (imagine that) and she gave him the best care possible. She is sweet and I can tell she loves the animals she cares for. She always listened to all of my concerns and questions I had about my dog and thoroughly answered everything. Also, the vet assistants are very kind and great with my pup! I have been going to Pacanack for almost 3 years now and the front desk workers have always been sweet, understanding, and helpful. In addition, because my boyfriend is Marine they give him a military discount. I would definitely recommend Packanack Animal Hospital. (Attached are pics of my Olde English Bulldogge, Asylum, after he got his toe splinted when he broke it. They put little hearts on his wrap - adorable!)

Really appreciated the care they took with my dog. They took great care for covid but still spent time outside with me discussing my dogs health. Definitely a good place to bring your best buddy.

I have brought my dog here twice so far and my experience has been great. From the techs who answer the phone & fetch your pup, to the vets - everyone has been helpful, friendly, and professional. Prices for office visits are better than other places I’ve visited. My dog has come out tail wagging, each time!

Our experience was great . Friendly and professional is how I would describe; Everyone was knowledgeable. Maggie was handled by concerned and caring people when she left the car. She returned to us at ease without any stress. We thank you for caring about our Maggie. We have been going here for 20+ years and we would highly recommend.

My dog (for 15 years) came to this site and I always felt supported up until they day we had to put her down. Recently, my youngest son adopted a cat and we have a new puppy and this was the only place we considered. The professionalism of the staff, genuine commitment and the reliable service warranted my return and I would easily recommend this hospital.
