Valley Animal Hospital Clifton, New York

My pup suffered 2 slipped discs in March 2021 and my vet recommended Valley Animal Hospital for her rehab. We went to Valley for about 6 months and my dog made close to a full recovery. Everyone who works there is so kind, reliable, and hardworking. They always worked with my busy schedule, took care of my dog like she was their own, and did all they could to get her back to her old self. Tim, Kelly, and Dr. Henderson saved my dog's life and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for a rehab facility.

The facilities and support staff here are fantastic. Unfortunately the doctors here do not give equal care. Dr. Thompson is phenomenal and i would give 5 stars. She is our normal vet. However she is currently out for 2 weeks and we had a question about our dogs health. So I called and left a message with the other doctor we had seen here Dr.Mastroieni and never recieved a call back. I tried to get in contact every day for a week and never heard back.

Dr. Henderson is a very caring and understanding doctor who takes the time to listen and accommodate the needs of his patients. He will even communicate with you personally. I have been to several doctors for my dog’s knee injury and have gotten no progress until I met Dr. Henderson. My dog can not bear weight on his left hind leg for almost a year. For 1 month now since Dr Henderson took over his care, he can slowly bear weight on his leg. I wish I brought him earlier, but now I know he is in good hands and will improve and walk again! I had a appointment for my dog for the first time for a check up here. I showed up and because I was not 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork they told me they would not see my dog. They wouldn’t even work with me. The woman on the phone said it was the vet who said they will not see my dog. I would never reschedule or come back ever again. I am devastated they wouldn’t even try to do what they had time for today. That is not the kind of people I want my dog around

My wife and I have taken both our dogs here for different services. For our 14 year old Layla, she was given physiotherapy, running half submerged in water and that really helped her. Reagan, her therapist was so kind to her and the results are wonderful. She gets up the stairs faster than I do and can still jump onto our couch whenever she wants to. Our 2 year old Nellie was treated so lovingly by Dr. Thompson for her regular check ups.

Rude and very incompetent Indiv answering phones this morning. As a customer, I usually get Kiera who is professional and courteous. This thing who I dealt with this morning refused to provide her name and she hung up on me. Very un professional and vet hosp should terminate her.

I tried scheduling an appointment for my cat and they rescheduled TWICE at the very last minute. While I understand things come up and emergencies happen, they have very little regard for the patients and their own time. I was very understanding the first time but the second time I expressed that I did not appreciate being rescheduled (a day before the appointment albeit this was scheduled a week in advance) once again because the “doctor is out”, the receptionist simply said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Her tone did nothing to try to mitigate the issue, therefore, I requested that they remove us from their patient list. She did not apologize and instead responded “ok we’ll deactivate your account” and hung up. I’m very disappointed because this office has amazing reviews but it’s unfortunate that they have such little regard for their patients time and the receptionist are this rude.

This is a fantastic hospital. Clean, friendly, caring, and thorough. Everything was explained to me about my options for rehab. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

We were recommended to Valley from a friend and they have been excellent with our 6 month puppy. There are closer Vet's, but we drive a little farther for quality service.

My dog had his first rehab appointment today. I was SUPER impressed. The therapist, Tim, was wonderful with my dog and gave him so much positive attention and loving care. Fantastic experience. State of the art equipment and technology.

I am so happy that I took my frenchie here, the service was great, the Vet explained in great detail and informative...that was appreciated! I love the fact that the Vet focused on giving the right medication as to just giving whatever. The Vet was also considerate on my French bulldog's age...he was handle with care. I decided to take my frenchie here by word of mouth and I am so happy I made the right decision. Valley Animal Hospital has great service...Thank you!

The staff at Valley Animal Hospital showed the utmost care and compassion when I had to euthanize our senior cat. Everyone was so kind and understanding and Dr. Henderson described the process well. All four of our cats have been treated very well there for 10 years and I will continue to recommend them.

Boarded our 16 year old cat for 10 days and was very happy with the quality of care and responsiveness. Would definitely use them again!

I absolutely love Valley! My family dog, Petunia started coming here as a geriatric fur baby to get aqua therapy. I attended many of the appointments with her and my mother as the staff was incredible. They truly treat the fur babies as their own. I then got my own puppy recently and immediately knew I would want Valley to provide his vet care. George, my fur baby, loves coming to the vet and is always all wiggle butts and kisses to every single staff member there because he loves them so much. Our doctor is Dr. Mastroieni and she is fabulous. She provides amazing care, is always fully present during the appointments, super personal and always makes you feel comfortable no matter how silly my questions might be :). Valley is the best!

Quick and easy while adhering to covid19 protocols. We have going there for years for all of our pups. tithe vet and staff are excellent.

A little bit pricey but care and facility is top notch. Employees always friendly.

Very professional, friendly staff, and the vets are very thorough and very caring. Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes and they always answer their phones!

Had an incredible time at the Vet and we were nervous since we just moved to the area. The team were super professional, kind, and sweet with my 14 year old Italian Greyhound. Dr Thompson is the best! The hours are great too.
