These guys took gear care of my cat & they did everything they could to save her! They were kind & compassionate to me & my husband! This was our first visit, in an ER situation! Highly recommended!

The quality of care has gone down hill. The rotation of vets apparently has reached the bottom of the barrel and forget about getting an appointment. Several years paying for care club and I can’t get in for services pre paid for. Have to visit other vets just for basic care even though PLAN IS PREPAID!

They turned my dog away because I wanted to use a coupon. They left us outside waiting for an hour only to turn us away. Never have I been treated so poorly. Looking for a vet that cares

The quality of this location hasn't just gone down recently, it has been going down for years and is now just outright bad. Not only do they openly overcharge (the techs at the desk admit this when you challenge them on bills compared to other locations), their level of professionalism has just skidded out. My family has been unhappy with them for a couple years now but their location has been advantageous, so we go see them instead of traveling to an emergency hospital. Yesterday they basically feigned ignorance over a clearly treatable issue, claiming that since the doctor on staff hadn't seen the dog before so they were uncomfortable making a diagnosis. Fortunately, we went straight to the Oceanstate hospital and the vet on duty immediately diagnoses the issue and prescribed appropriate medication. In short, feel free to fill medications or vaccines here (at a higher cost than anywhere else) but don't trust your animals health. They just don't care.

Staff is very friendly, they treat my kitty great! Prices are decent, available appoinment timeframes good for working people.

I find it a little bit ridiculous and inconvenient that this place won’t take in new patients because of COVID-19. This is the most convenient place for me to go but yet they are sending me to Milford or somewhere else instead of establishing a relationship with a new customer. Unfortunately even after all of this is done I will not bring my loved one there just because they refused to see us at all when I really needed the help. Instead of not taking in new patients at all you can maybe establish some rules and maybe see only a certain amount of new people a day. I have friends who work in the medical field and in gas stations, now how ridiculous would it be if they were to only serve or see people who have already been seen or people who have already purchased gas in the past and not new ones.

Haven't gone yet but I will. Looks like a fun place and great training place

Took my Doberman Indi here, they checked for UTI 2 times $200 each time told me she didn’t have one . Then got diagnosed with diabetes. Week later after I got insulin she had multiple seizures one day . Called them they told me they couldn’t do anything for me . I had to go to emergency vet to get her stabilized and they told me not only were her charts through the roof , she also had a UTI (that this vet told me she didn’t have two times) which may have caused renal failure . After she passed they never even called to take her for they day for her sliding scale . I don’t recommend this vet at all !

I am highly impressed with VCA. I got a new pup that from a shelter and she got sick soon after. The staff was super knowledgeable and so good with my new puppy. Very friendly place and happy for sure. The entire staff had great service!!!!

When My Rescue Brooklyn got hit by a car VCA was waiting for us. They were wonderful! Now with Brooklyn’s recovery they are still there for us. Plus any specialized therapy and treatments they give us fantastic referrals. Thank you VCA!

Wonderful compassionate staff. Well informed and incredibly helpful. I brought my dog in after he suffered a seizure and the staff was professional and compassionate. They gave me a ton of information and treated me and my dog quickly and with an outpouring of love.

ITS good, good treatment well treat in the dog but sometimes they give you an appointment at a time that the place its already close and if u change your appointment they said that u lost it because it was on the date u wanted to change.

Very welcoming and patience with everyone. No secrets on the bill.
