Brought my American bully XL there today for an ear infection. They were quick professional and very nice. I highly recommend.

My two kittens have been vaccinated at Union Animal Hospital. They were just born and UAH helped us to check for their health, this is the best Animal Hospital and veterinarians you can find in this county. A+

It was amazing and the staff was amazing ???? I know people just lie but I didn't have a dog I worked at a local school and had to use the phone and they let me and they were so nice to the customers while I was waiting for my mom to call me back

Such a caring, compassionate office. One of the VERY few that will MAKE room when your pet really needs care sooner rather than later.

They should really notify their clients if they can't see them promptly when they have an appointment

The worst place to take your pet very unprofessional made me wait over an hour to be seen for all of 5 minuets. He was so aggressive with my cat who was sick. Never would go again

Horrible doctors, I brought my dog over so I can get medicine to control his allergies. After a day, it turns out the doctor gave me medicine that caused my dog to have a uti (Urinary tract infection). When I brought my dog back the next day, the other doctor didn’t seem to care about it after i told him what happened to my dog.

Oh my god there was probably one of the best animal hospitals in Union Township right now it's old school service not like the corporate will definitely use them from now along with TLC pet

They took great care of my dog and he felt better that same day.

I was super stressed and worried for my cat who had a ear hematoma. When you call they act super nice on the phone but when you get there , they could care less about any concerns or questions you have . The dr was super rude on the phone , talking over me and did not care about anything except me paying $800 for a surgery. They were quicker to ask for my credit card information then they were to help me understand my cats healing process. The dr proceed to add that he doesn't like my car carrier and I should do more research on another one . My cat carrier is brand new that I purchased the day before going. I would never recommend anyone to this place EVER ! If you care about your animals overall health do not come here for help !!!!!

They are absolutely the nicest people. They’ve taken great care of both of my pets in an emergency and one regular visit, and made sure I felt comfortable and well informed every step of the way. They offer you every option and I never felt pushed to give my pets unnecessary medications or tests.

Extremely unprofessional, if you love your pet you should take them elsewhere! I recommend the people for animals in hillside.

Dr Fuerst is amazing with both of our frenchies. We were referred by someone when moving here and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs besides him. He’s caring and trustworthy all around with your pets.

I like it but I wish I could have had talk with doctor myself. I realized covid makes things difficult. But friendly staff. Maximus has a passionate doctor.

They are amazing. I love them. There is no better place for any pet to come to this Hospital, what would I do without them. They are extremely responsable, clean and organized. I wish as a human to be treated as they treat animals there. I highly recommend it. We have a rescue and Dr First, is always on point with every case we take to him and he helps the animal every step of the way, with compassion and love. . All the Drs in Union and Kenworth are outstanding. Thank you for saving many lives and treat all my furry ones. Love you guys. Today I called office and spoke with a very nasty unprofessional staff member from the hospital name Carla. She was very quirk and refusing to explain and answer questions properly. While I was talking she cut me off and the next thing I heard was music and advertisement. I have never experienced this type of treatment from this office. Everyone is always very professional and caring. I think Carla is in the wrong profession she shines a bad light on the wonderful caring job this office provides.
