I've been very pleased with the level of service. Good information is provided with reasonable recommendations. There is a real caring of animals. My visits have been two way conversation where questions are asked and answers are explained.

Don't count on this place during an emergency they will turn you away.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially with my work schedule. Showed kindness and affection towards my Marco. Loved the vet! She didn't push any unnecessary testing or X-rays. Highly recommend!!

We have been with McBride for years. There have been some recent updates and we couldn't be happier. The facility and staff are top notch. Super accommodating!

My most recent visit with Dr. Kim Parkhill was amazing. Dr. Parkhill was thorough, compassionate, and kind. She shared with me that my dog's pancreatic cancer is advancing, and prescribed two medications to increase his comfort. I had plenty of time to ask questions, talk about my concerns, and feel supported in trying to make the best decision for my dog's well-being. Additionally, Dr. Parkhill did not charge me for this visit. I am so touched by her kindness!

I just recently changed my dog Rudi’s vet care to McBride and love the smaller office and personalized care. What a positive , caring environment! My dog was in for dental cleaning and they took loving care of him all day until I could pick him up after work. I highly recommend!

When our 14 year old MaltiPoo developed serious gastro-intestinal symptoms while my wife and I were on a camping trip, we could not get an appointment with a local vet, two emergency vets and her regular vet, where we had a very long standing relationship, we called McBride Animal Hospital and after a brief discussion, they said they would squeeze her in. She was seen immediately upon our arrival and we waited in our truck. Dr. Harper called us and we talked over Molly's exam and the possibilities for her. He may be the kindest vet with whom we've spoken. The entire staff was kind, professional and compassionate. Thank you, McBride Animal Hospital.

We have been customers/patients of McBride for many years, with 3 dogs. In the past we have always been very satisfied with the service and the cost. It felt like a great small home town dr office for our pets. But I'm sad to say that since Dr D retired and the office has been bought out, the prices have skyrocketed, the service an care feels like it has taken a step down. I am sorry to say we will have to find a new vet. First sign was when we were told it would cost almost $1000.00 to have our one dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge and we ended up going to our previous vet and pay only $300.00 for the same services. . The next and final thing that has now forces us to look elsewhere, is another of our dogs needed a skin tag removed. $620.00 for that visit. And no after care explanation or medication sent home explanation. Sorry, but goodbye. Dr. D, WE MISS YOU! I apologize if you feel an Exception was made for us, WE HAD the appointment made forcthis 3 weeks prior. So, no, an Exception was not made.

My Son's dog recently had a mast cell tumor removed by Dr. Parkhill. The surgery was quiet a bit more extensive than thought. Dr. Parkhill was Amazing, She did an excellent job and has Always been there for us, to answer questions and check on Brody. Because of Dr. Parkhill, Brody will have a Wonderful life. The entire staff goes out of there way to help ... And I mean Out Of There Way, Jess is one of the Most Compassionate, Caring People on the Planet. Nicole is an Absolute Love, She spoiled Brody and got Him over being Absolutely terrified. Cindy is great at squeezing us in when our Dogs need to be seen. Thank You All for your Kind, Compassionate Care.

So Dr. Parkhill changed to here from Green Acres so when our dog had a lump on his belly we made an appointment. Everyone was really friendly and Dr. Parkhill explained it wasn’t anything to be concerned about at this point but if it changes size or color to let her know as it would need to be removed. She is one of the best Vets we’ve found. Our last dog was with her due to her treating her for an emergency and we don’t want anyone else to see our current dog or any future dogs. She really cares about the animals and has great bedside manor!

I recently began bringing my dog to McBride, because Dr Parkhill was transferred to that office. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and personable Vet that I have ever taken my dogs to. She listens to my concerns, understands my dogs past history and does not try and push any treatment.

The staff here is fabulous. I called for a very sick stray kitten and after calling 8 different vets, these wonderful people had me bring her right in and called me within 15 minutes of dropping her off to let me know they had solved the issue. They kindly kept her until I was able to return later after my own doctor appointment. My family is now keeping the kitten and this wonderful business has a few new customers with my family and myself. Very very reasonable fees.

Front office staff was nice and efficient, after our doggy's appt. the vet called to give us a review of the appt., she was very, very nice and informative. We feel more than comfortable dropping Cami off when them. she wagged her tail the entire time and was excited for her appt.

Services was excellent! We did not have to wait long at all. Fastest vet appointment that we have experienced! True caring of my dog and the individualized service.

Appointment was right on time. My cat had made a mess in his carrier. They cleaned it up and put new towels in. Dr. Parkhill took the time to answer all my questions. Everything went smooth.

Every person at Mcbride, from the CSR to Dr Parkhill made me and my animals feel so taken care of. I appreciated them taking the time to go over my animal's health thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I truly feel that they had my and my pets best interests at heart! I won't take my pets anywhere else!

I brought my dog their for an infection and was charged over 570.00 without warning. They took her in because of the covid 19. When they were done they called me with the bill.. I would have fell over if I was not sitting in my car. They are super expensive and ALL VETS ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to The Lipski Clinic inside the SPCA. They are very cheap $35.00 compared to $59.00 PER VISIT at McBride and everything is cheaper because they are sponsored by law firm. The difference in pricing is like DAY AND NIGHT. THIS GOES FOR ALL VETS YOU PEOPLE SHOULD STOP RIPPING US OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is always very welcoming and loving of my pup. I feel that they go above and beyond to make sure to give their best recommendations for him the best care for a good price.

The vet is very good, it is the receptionist I have an issue with. My cat had to be taken to the emergency vet on Saturday because he has not eaten or drank since Thursday. The vet gave him a hydration shot, and said if he was still like this on Monday get him into my vet on Monday. He did not show any signs of improving, so I called my vet at 7:30am on Monday. The receptionist was quite rude and non caring, and said maybe they could see him as a drop off Thursday. That would be over a week since my cat has ate or drank. Extremely disappointed that a pet would be treated like this. Disregard this comment was for Kenmore animal hospital.
