West Paw pharmacy is the best ever. No one but no can compare. Sam & his entire team are superstars. The customer service is top notch. The delivery men are on time & attentive. Last month Wayne delivered my kids meds & not only was he professional & kind& caring but he wouldn't take a tip because he was running late. This is unheard of. Such a kind & caring person. Very hard to find. I thank you Wayne. And thank you Sam for hiring such an incredible staff.

Very helpful staff, I was having a problem with my dog because he was just eating home food so I went there with my mom. She does not speak English but JP speak Spanish so he made my mom understand that home food is not good for my dog. My dog was not eating anything but home food. So JP recommended us a good option (weruva/chicken) to give to my dog instead the home food. At the beginning we didn’t think that he is gonnna eat it since we tried everything, but finally he is eating again. Is huge relief. I’ll definitely go back to get more.

The staff is super helpful and recommended great things to help my sick cat. I think I was only able to get him to take his meds because of one of the clerks. They have a lot of product but certain things are pricey like carriers and beds. For food and toys though it's great.

This pet pharmacy is an asset to the NYC area. Sam is so amazing and helps get everything you need for your pet. I have a picky ferret and she hated the flavor of her medicine, so they swapped it for another variety I could actually get her to take. Friendly service, quick delivery, happy pets, what’s not to love?

If I could honestly give this place 10 stars I would, especially with a employee like Rich. He took the time out to ask important questions about my dogs age, appetite and how active she was. I bought the suggested Nulo brand which is fairly new to the market being founded in 2009 and don’t regret it. My dog has finally gained some muscle mass and for a senior she is happier than ever for feeding time! THANK YOU RICH AND THANK YOU WESPAW FOR CHANGING MY DOGS LIFE!!!

CARING AND AMAZING PEOPLE. They delivered medicine and when I had a question this evening the pharmacist called me back even close to 11pm to talk. He called me back within 5 minutes! They even include lollipops in their deliveries and are always patient and caring. I trust them because they are dedicated, honest, loving to our pets and that is truly a blessing.

An amazing place with knowledgeable staff. My 4 year old tabby stopped eating because Of changes in my home. Rich Took the time to listen to my story and physically pointed out items that could possibly help. He was spot on, and my baby boy ate all his food like a champ!!! I've used Wespaw Petsfor years, many dog and cats and will continue so. Engraving and tags are the best as is the service.

I needed to get anti seizure medicine for my dog and after having a prescription ready for pickup at a large chain pharmacy I was told the price was $367. At the animal hospital the price was $287. I called Wespaw and spoke to the pharmacist and was told the price was around $90 so I got her medicine there. If you need any medicines for your pet this is the place to go. I highly recommend Wespaw, they are friendly and really care about your pet.

They have a great selection at a decent price. And they obviously love pets by the way they treat my dog when we bring her in. They even recognize that she doesn't always like strangers and lay off when she isn't into them.
