I went into the office with my nervous 60lb foster dog Pensacola and team was extremely accommodating. The doctor came prepared with whipped cream to distract her during some of the less pleasant parts of the checkup. He addressed all of my concerns and the team helped me connect with the Foster organization to fill in some of the blanks about her medical history.

First time I brought my eight year old EB to SIV. She had a severe ear infection. She was seen by Dr. Joe and his assistant. He gave her a great exam and his assistant explained thoroughly what we should do to keep her ears clean, We didn't wait long and I would use SIV, and one other thing is Dr. Joe called us three days later to check on Sierra.

Dr Joe is a very good DVM. The whole staff is wonderful.

Dr Joe, made my dog suffer on account of hubris, but Dr k. Is a delight. If you book an appointment book with Dr. K, massa, or DrJames. Stay clear of Dr. Joe. Dr Joe made my dog suffer. And that dog is my emotional support animal.... if you have an appointment with him, get a second opinion

Was seen by Dr C.Massa on my visit. She was reasonable and realistic and calmed my fears about pup. The tech and her were both Friendly, funny and compassionate. I Would definitely return for a visit and have recommended to family and Friends.

Good doctors, a caring place for your pet.

I've looked around for different vets to find a place I can trust, be comfortable with & I think I found it. This place has provided me that and will recommend them. A little pricey but overall great service so far.

Dr. Massa and Dr joe have cared for my dog over the last several years, with professionalism and care.

I like this place but parking is a competition

I absolutely love this vet!! So professional and treat their patients like their own pets. Cyrus is the best boy at home, but when it comes to going to the vet he turns into a maniac. Other vets recommend sedated exams, but when I came here they went out of their way to do everything they can to go forward with the visit without sedation and finally treated his ear infection which was amazing. The techs and vets are very sweet and genuine! HIGHLY recommend it here and take all my pets here. Best vet on Staten Island!!

Everyone at this vet office is courteous, caring, respectful and very professional. My dog is feisty but they all treat her lovingly. The doctor call back with test results or to check on my dog especially if it was a sick visit. We are happy with their services. Love the loyalty stamps.????

Excellent staff quick and efficient

Dr. DiGiuseppi took excellent care of my little one. She was in so much pain from her mouth and now is a totally different cat. She loves her brother again and is playing again. Wouldn't go to anyone else. He sincerely cares and calls himself to check up on her

To all fur mommy’s, Dr. Joe at the SI Vet Group is the BEST!!!!! He is so professional and compassionate. My yorkie just had surgery on her eye and Dr. Joe checked up on her every day- even on the weekend! He is so skilled and it shows in his work. Her eye has healed up so beautifully. It looks like nothing even happened! He loves all 3 of my babies. The staff here is so wonderful as well. We feel very comfortable bringing our girls there!

Dr. Kessler and his staff are wonderful! Their veterinary practice is a warm, friendly, and very caring office. Dr. Kessler cares for both my senior dog and my cats. He is a very knowledgeable and caring vet. I trust him with my dog and cat and I highly recommend him and his staff. I appreciate that Dr. Kessler takes the time to call and explain the visit and the results of all tests. He is patient and kind and caring. The vet techs are amazing. I trust them and they are so professional and caring. The people who answer the phone are helpful and professional. We are thrilled with this vet group and highly recommend them.

We've been using Dr. Kessler to take care of our dogs and our cats. He works amazingly well with our senior dog and our cats. We trust his judgement and expertise and professional opinions. We especially appreciate how he takes the time to explain and answer all our questions, especially during COVID when we have to speak to him on the phone. This gives us peace of mind. The vet techs are the best and so is the office staff. They are very helpful, patient, kind, and professional. We are so happy that we found this veterinary practice. We highly recommend them.
