This place is the absolute best in Staten island they have even taken my dog in with no appointment they do excellent work and their prices are very reasonable. My dog neko is very relaxed here wouldn't go anywhere else would give it 10 stars but it only allows 5 lol highly highly recommend !!!!

Trust me DON’T go their I took both my dogs and they cut them both bald I can understand why they did to one of them because his hair was tangled but my toy poodle was not her hair was perfect and they cut her bald and plus they hurt both of them.I do not recommend this place it’s terrible they did not do a good job

Don’t go here this is a not a professional place they didn’t make my dog look like my usually grommer who were book couldn’t do it so that’s why I went here don’t recommend here I recommend to go to wow-wow they make my dogs look so nice with their bow and everything

Terrible pet grooming. They do whatever they want. They cut my dogs really bad. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. I recommend Bow Wow wow. The lady said only one of my puppies was matted so she was gonna shave him but she shaved my other non matted dog . This is disgraceful

Don’t go here don’t recommend make u pay mad money just to get a hair cut u don’t want for ur dog and the employees are rude

Been taking my golden-doodle here for 2 years now. We love Dana! My boy is always trimmed to perfection and smells so good when I pick him up. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Wouldn't take my boy elsewhere. He’s always welcomed and loved by everyone at the shop too ????

My dog has such nice hair and her hair never even got tangled and we needed a place we could get her hair done quick for her birthday for some photos and we took her here and they took so many hrs just to cut her bald her hair was so soft and not tangled so I don’t recommend going here it’s terrible they are not professional

I took my toy poodle and my maltipoo here. My toy poodles hair was great not matted. My maltipoos hair was matted and I can accept that. After a long discussion we decided to shave my maltipoo BUT NEVER ONCE did they say they had to shave my poodle. I had decided to take them here because my usual groomers was booked and I wanted my dogs to look nice for their birthday. Never once did I imagine they would completely shave my dogs. They had them for 4 hours just to shave my dogs completely. I would not recommend here. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The picture with the bow on is how my dogs hair usually is and the others is how they left my dog. I imagine they were just too lazy to actually do their job. DONT GO HERE. I almost forgot to mention that they cut my dogs ear??? And they just gave me a 10% discount.

Lovely place. Mom and pop type of operation with friendly service. Would rate higher than 4 stars but not 5. Brought my pooch in unannounced (you can do this) to get her nails trimmed. She is a PITA and they let me accompany. Support this place over Petco and the like.

The groomer was great. I was a bit disappointed when the next morning my dog was scratching at his ear....there was a cotton ball left behind. I liked them and will go back but will definitely address the issue.

Good price on dog pads

I was looking for a dog groomer where I can tell them what I want done to my dog and come back to exactly that. I brought my Daisy , she’s a Coton De Tuléar for the first time. When I tell you how extremely happy I was to see what a beautiful job MaryAnn did. My baby looked gorgeous like a Coton should look like and she smelled beautiful. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and takes her time to make her customers happy. I highly recommend Petsville for grooming. Thank you again. These guys cared about my pet as if it we there own

My dog pretty loud and obnoxious from his Napoleon complex but they still groom him and treat him well. They're also very patient. That's all I need to rate 5 stars.

I have the only keeshond puppy in all of New York City and this place knew exactly how to give him a haircut... perfect grooming five stars all the way .

So irresponsible.. they left my dog's collar loose and she ran in front of a car, when i brought to the owners attention, he said perhaps it was my collar.. did i mention I got the collar from their store.. fact is tht should have tightened the collar. Ugh I will never recommend this place. P.s. the collar didnt break off, it came right off of her...

Was closed before 6 on a day it was to be open till 8 pm. Drove all the way here from Annadale for nothing.
