Very nice animals. But I walked out while trying to get crickets because the staff ignored me. Looked at me in the face. Looked away and continued to flirt with each other. Won't come back to this location.

Excellent place clean, much artistic supplies, and craft work, leather, beads, yarn, etc.

PetSmart on Hylan Boulevard much better hate to say

Prob the worst place to go if you need any pet supplies... the shelves are mostly always empty and there are pallets of items all around the store with no one stocking... go else where and save your time.. I always regret walking in here

Found all of my Betta needs

Horrible...online says the stores closes at 9 pm...and I have been coming for the past two weeks on different occasions and they are close at 5 and 6 pm...so frustrating when you need to purchase products you need..and now have to travel across the island!

This store is a mess.

I come here regularly to get stuff for my dog and cat. Once I came in here clueless for my kitten (I never had a kitten before) and the associate helped me out so much with what I needed to get for the kitty! They were all very nice. One thing maybe is there wasnt a big selection of things but its the ‘pandemic’ we need to blame I also work at a place where we have a lot of shortages and dont get everything we used to get so I understand.

Got pallets everywhere cant even get to the catfood never any crickets, and the fish look so sick its not even funny? Where is the aquatic specialist at?

This place. I'm lost for words. It looks like they are closing. All the shelves barely has any food. The sale person was like there's problems with the distribution. Petco you have lost a customer. I will be going to PetSmart or to Chewy

Always good service & well stocked store with all you pets needs

Great store but opening and closing time is different on the website than it is on Google which I think should be addressed in some way. FW fish were healthy. SW fish were nice, but their aquariums need a bit of cleaning and the labels need to be updated because most of those fish were not in stock (Last six pictures were taken about 3 months after the other ones were taken and there isn't much of a difference between the labels and how clean the tanks are). Reptiles and small pets were well taken care of. Overall a good Petco.

Don't have a lot of inventory and it is expensive

Staff was more concerned with talking to each other then assisting. Shelves were empty and I was told if you don't see it, we don't have it. I went to another Petco, very different experience.

I'm always happy shopping at Petco. I love all the different choices for my pets. Plus, the staff is always happy, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful customer service, great price and quality on the item I picked up. Have nothing negative to say other than this particular store isn't close to my home. Other than that, keep up the great work! This store is worth the drive!

We shop there for canned cat food. We have to buy 50-100 different cans as the cat won’t eat the same food. Every time we come, the cat food isles are barricaded with pallets!! I can hardly squeeze in there to grab what I need (I’m 100 lbs). My husband can’t. This is really annoying and frustrating. Can you guys do something about it?

They always have what I need in stock. I never had a need to complain. I love shopping at Petco with my dog & on my last visit to Petco there was a deal if I spend $30, I save $10 and because dog food is so expensive, I really appreciate that offer, Thank you Petco!
