My English Bulldog hates going to the vet. She didn’t want to leave this one! I had to drag her out. Prices are reasonable and the Russian doctor is very kind! ♥️

Incompetent doc ! Guess he doesn’t know how large is the inside of a dog Sending me to red bank for internal medicine . When my dog is healthy with normal insides (prostate ) ! Stuck paying thousands of dollars on test . Save your money. Unnecessary stress he cost me mentally and monetary . Don’t recommend this place . Doc rushed you out the door quick on handing out the invoice . Save your peace of mind .

Hello, I have had many animals over the years. I can say that I love this place, it is clean, the Dr. And i believe his wife, are very nice warm people. My pets and I feel comfortable using this veterinary office.

Dr Dembitsky was excellent. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me extra, perhaps unnecessary, services ! My dog Emma is doing well under his care!????

Amazing Vet; 10/2019 my beloved cat Robert started showing signs of kidney failure; after spending 4 days at the clinic Robert started to fee and look better but unfortunately it’s a genetic condition that will worsen over time..... I was given a detailed explanation; as well as able to visit everyday while he was in the clinic and see my cat. Aside from Email updates; phone calls and so on the vet showed true love and concern through the entire process. I have 5 pets who are his patients (use to be 6) and I’ve referred all my friends here. Amazing truly amazing experience; I don’t want to forget to mention the front desk staff also went above and beyond helping me tame my emotions and tears as well as explained the food and pricing of everything in a calm and not rushed manner. Thank you truly thank you for everything you guys do!

HIGHLY recommend! All the staff are really pleasant and the Vet/Vet Assistants are genuinely good with my dogs. Plus, I love how easy it is to schedule appointments and that they send text reminders ahead of time!

We found this doctor in 2013 and had been his patients since. Excellent doctor, knowledgable, patient, with true love to animal and empath to pets owners. Very clean office, intelligent and kind staff.

Today was my first time at this vet with my 3 year old corgi and I am so happy I found them! The doctor was amazing and so kind. I asked about getting my dogs teeth cleaned and he recommended an alternative since my dogs teeth were in good condition and just needed some dog toothpaste to get rid of minor plaque he had. Very honest doctor and staff is so pleasant as well. Highly recommend this vet, I know my dog is in good care!!

Had a wonderful experience taking my german shepherd.

HORRIBLE PLACE, ARROGANT VET, STUPID RECEPTIONISTS. I called and asked for a prescription to be filled for my dog, the receptionist told me I had to come and pick the script up because of their policy, they do not give scripts over the phone, fax or email. Okay, so I took the rest of the day off from work to apparently waste gas for nothing. Because when I got there, the receptionist did not have anything on record and was complete dumbfounded. They refused to fill the script without shots and exams that my dog does not need, because my dog doesn't leave the house anymore. I am keeping my dog alive with medication, WITHOUT THIS MEDICATION, MY DOG CAN DIE. Of course for THIS VET MONEY MEANS MORE THAN A DOG'S LIFE. The doctor comes out, and instead of reaching a compromise or trying to please a customer, the VET WAS INSULTING, ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING. The doctor did NOT CARE that my DOG NEEDS THIS prescription, he did NOT CARE that his receptionists gave me the wrong information, his respond "that doesn't matter." There you go. If I could give this place NO STARS... I would.

My experience is that this veterinarian is much more concerned with the bottom line than the animals. I prefer a vet with a human side!

Hylan Animal Hospital has taken very good care of my dog. Doctor Andrey and his staff are caring and compassionate. The office is clean and organised and most important....my dog is happy and healthy after the treatments delivered by Dr. Andrey and his fabulous staff.

Excellent doctor and man. I use this clinic signs 2012, when my first dog died. I am really happy that finally found perfect doctor instead of money maker like before. Thank you, Dr. Andrey!
