Amy's Pet Palace and Dog & Cat Grooming Staten Island, New York

Staff was very professional and patient with all my questions. It was the first time I had to take my cat to get groomed. Went faster than I thought it would be. She came out smelling fresh and looking sharp!

A few weeks ago we took my cockerspaniel to Amy's and they were so patient with him! Cooper was diagnosed with glaucoma this year and had to have his eye removed, replaced with a prosthetic. We were super nervous to bring him to a new groomer as the entire experience makes him nervous, especially after his surgery this year. Amy's reassured us that he was in good hands. Poor Cooper seems to be traumatized from his eye surgery and was very nervous and fidgety during the grooming appointment, but Amy's took extra special care of him and we're so patient with him. For that we cannot thank them enough! Knowing that your baby is in good hands with professionals who are taking care of them and treating them with the utmost care is priceless.

I took my 2 cane corse there for there nails to be cut .. the girls in there are very nice and they did an excellent job such friendly people

Took our new puppy to get a bathe and trim there and Bernadette was fantastic! Very affordable and conveniently located. He came out nice and clean with nails done and all. We will be frequent customers for sure

As a nervous, doting cat-mom, I don't trust many people with the care of my sweet Luna cat. However, @amyspetpalace has shown me once again why I remain a loyal patron when my little girl needs to get groomed. Before this bath, I've taken her a few times for a sanitary shave and a nail clipping. And every time I went there, not only were the staff friendly, but they were also informative of what was done to set my mind at rest. This time I took Luna for the bath, and shave. And I requested they take some pictures of Luna. So thank you Amy's Pet Palace for going above and beyond for your clients and their doting parents. She came out smelling and feeling amazing! And it's been atleast 2 months and Luna is still fresh as ever. ????????‍⬛???? 10/10 would highly recommend Amy's Pet Palace in Annadale for all your pet grooming needs. I posted this on my IG a few months ago when they did this, and forgot to post here until now! Can't wait to go back in a few weeks once her updated rabies vaccine is complete.

This was my dog’s first time grooming appointment ever and she enjoyed it very much. The stuff was great and told us that she behaved very well. Will definitely use the place again

Friendly, professional and Amy is great!. They also work with me on schedule especially in the weekends. No complains here :) A+++ service if you are looking for an excellent place to groom your pet . I have a cat and they do an excellent work with him and he is never stressed out after the grooming. :)) Best place around by far

This was the first time we brought our Boston Terrier, Buster, to Amy's Pet Palace. They were easy to reach, we were able to make an appointment right away, and the ladies who were there took good care of Buster. We will definitely be back!!

I’m extremely happy with Amy’s Pet Palace. I was sending my 6lb Shihtzu, Tallulah there just to have her nails trimmed. Well, Tallulah just went for her first haircut there and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Finally someone who cut her breed specific! She looks gorgeous and will be returning. Elaine is an amazing groomer!

We took our nervous Australian Shepard mix here to get his first grooming and since he’s our first pet we didn’t know what to expect. They were very friendly and helpful and we received great results and Milo loved the experience!

Had the best experience with Jill today for my dog Diego! Had previously went to another groomer and they said he was too anxious to work with and needed sedation. Diego was so comfortable with Jillian, and she really catered to his skin problems. He looks so handsome! Thank you so much ????

Horrible!I'm never taking my dog here ever again.My dog didn't want to enter this building when she goes to get grooming down she is fine.When our dog went inside they told us that it would take an hour and they took less than 20 minutes.Who takes 20 minutes to cut nails,give the dog a bath,trim the ears.They said it would cost $40 and tax for all of it.When we got our dog back they told us it costs $60. They said our dog tired biting them and that is why they costed more.She is the kindest dog in the world she has never tried biting anyone.They started saying excuses maybe because it's a new place,maybe cause of the bad weather and more.When we took her to Bow Wow Wow it was a rainy day and they said that she was perfect and so kind and other places said the same.This is not a good place to bring dogs.I do not recommend this place.

Amy's Pet Palace is a wonderful experience as a first time customer. I had a very matted kitty who needed a rescue hair cut and this place did that and more, the staff is amazing and i will definitely be returning with Luna !

I have a 10 1/2 Shih Tzu named Mia that is part of our family. She brings us such joy and happiness daily. When we needed to find a new groomer, I was so nervous on where to send her. My friend highly recommend Amy’s Pet Palace, and I decided to give it a try! And I’m SO GLAD that I did! Not only is she perfectly groomed, but Elaine met my expectations completely and was so loving and caring with our girl. Usually Mia shakes and gets nervous, but not here! I was even sent a Thank You card thanking us for choosing them for Mia. I highly recommend Amy’s Pet Palace for pet services for anyone’s fur family!

Very happy with my experience from beginning to end. The staff is very nice and accommodating.. I called a few places and they didn’t answer the phone or called back, so I was very happy when Amy’s Pet Palace picked up the phone right away, asked me a few questions and put him on their schedule at my own convenience. My miniature Australian Shepherd was nervous and didn’t want to go in right away, he is 4 years old and it was his first time getting a hair cut and oh boy I’m so happy he did, my family and I love the results, he looks great!! Thank you Amy and staff, Milo will be back!
