Always great with our Dog.

My baby loves the staff they are all great and I drive a hourbout just enjoy their company and my dog isn't scared with them.

Disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Stamford Banfield is the best! Love this location and the staff is awesome.

We brought our new puppy Mabel to Banfield here in Stamford for the first time. Everything was great. She felt at home, the same way she was in Florida. It is very comforting knowing that we have a great place to bring our dogs with no worries.

Yuor sogs will be very healthy and they are very noce and take good care of your pets

Very disappointed, I’ve been paying their monthly plan for over 10 years, I was satisfied back then, but now it’s getting BAD. No respect for appointments, always with attitude, always excuses for not doing their job properly. All my friends are also complaining about Banfield, it’s not what it used to be. NOT RECOMMENDED

My beagle who is old (12 Years) had a UTI. He also has a long history of expensive procedures that have been done at other Banfield locations. What i loved the most about this particular location as opposed to the Greenburgh, New York location I usually utilize as its very close to my home, is that Dr. Kaplan was up front with me about the situation and suggested the most logical solution to my dogs issue. He was honest about going the most expensive route by doing Ultra Sounds and X-rays for a pet that is his age might not be the most economical route due to his age. He did however provide me with medication which has remarkably made a difference in my pets demeanor.

My dog was anxious and very reactive to every thing. The staff were very understanding and helpful.

The workers and vets are very nice

Great service all the time! The the ladies at the check in station to the Vet Assistant Mandy and checkout station. My price match was honored for one item but not another (I'll followup with Corporate :). I found out that the grooming fees are the same as the other Pet(competitor ????????????). May save me a long trip

Just called and a young lady answered . She wasn't patient to listen to what I was saying. I told her my pet had been vomiting and with diaherrea and shaking all night and that I need a vet to take a look at her. Due to the covid19 situation the bandfiekd near near is closed on weekends and the one in Stanford CT is opening. I understand they must be busy but I even told the girl I can drop her off and pick her up , since this is an emergency my dog is very ill . She said we are busy , call another location in Norwalk and hang up on me.... Very rude and definitely NOT caring

Came in for one simple ear infection and was charged for 100 different unnecessary things. When I asked why certain things needed to be done they were not able to explain. The medication I was given just made my dog worse. When I asked for more help for my dog and for more of an explanation for what was both happening to him and their action plans, they told me they’d call back. They call back 2 weeks later asking about a follow up for the ear infection, completely skipping over when I needed help understanding why they did what they did and why it made my dog worse. (Mind you I called another vet and my dog got better, without all the unnecessary tests - and the other vet agreed they did things just to increase the bill) After speaking with me I proceeded to ask about their actions and medication and was met with rudeness and excuses! Extremely unprofessional !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I took my kitty here for her vaccines and rabies shot. The staffs were nice and friendly. It was easy to make appointments and never had issue getting someone to pick up my call when I had to reschedule once. I love their app too!

The staff always treats my wife and I and our fur babies as family polite and respectful

This is a great place to bring your Pet's, they handle your dog or cats with care ????????‍????????????

As with most vets very expensive

DO NOT bring your animal here. I called to cancel my Wellness Protection Plan because my dog passed away and they would not allow me to do that because she DIED before the plan was up in JANUARY and they "need to get paid." So they said they are going to continue to charge my card MONTHLY UNTIL JANUARY. Charging someone for a dog that is deceased is DISGUSTING and CRUEL. You should be ashamed of yourself. Do not got for the "cheaper" option. Go to a REAL Veterinary Hospital that CARES ABOUT ANIMALS more than putting money in their pockets. My dog deserved better than this place.

8:26 AM on 9/20/2020 This location is supposed to be open but the closed for the evening voicemail just repeats... my dog is in pain and I’ve been trying to get through on the phone since 8 AM. Update 8:36 AM, website and the “closed for the evening” recording both state that they are open at 8 AM today. 8:45 AM, still no luck on the phone.

Love how they take good care of my dog.

I'll give this place 4 stars because they are a great team except for Dr. Kaplan who is a mess and ruined my dogs experience at this place. We started seeing Doctor Sabo but because my dog was so reactive and terrified we could no longer stay as a patient. She handled my dog great and I really liked her but unfortunately my dog would shake as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. I can no longer even take my dog into this petsmart location and I do blame it on his terrible experience with Dr. Kaplan. We currently go to a local 5 star fear free vet who is PERFECT with my dog. No reactive experience whatsoever. If you decide to go here please see Dr. Sabo for your pet needs.

Great staff, clean and knowledgable

Banfield in Stamford is Awsome, the staff are helpful and caring not only to the pets, but the owners as well. I enjoy bringing my Bella there.

Great animal hospital the staff is very knowledgeable. I enjoy bringing my puppy there every time!!!
