I just started taking my cat to HAH after being with another vet in the area for many years. Dr. Angela is Fear Free certified so even though I can not go into the appt. with my new cat, I know they will go at her pace and she will be Fear Free. In my 4 years of experience in the veterinary world I can assure you that all the 1 star reviews do not have any merit. You get what you pay for in this industry and I truly believe that your money is not wasted at this hospital. All the other issues people have with this clinic in regards to them "not being clients" are rules all clinics have and not something to write an angry review about. I'm glad I have found a great place to take my cat.

Very helpful and compassionate with our senior dog.

Very disappointed with them today. Misunderstanding/miscommunication cost me $640 today. It was a great place to take your pets but never again. And 2 months prior our cat had surgery for kidney stones they said they sent stones off to be tested and when we asked what the results of the tests were they told us that the stones were lost in delivery. I'm thinking they never sent stones. Very unprofessional.

Today (Thanksgiving Sunday)Dr Tanya opened the clinic to take care of our Lily. My poor girl has a UTI that came on suddenly which alarmed me. To make a long story Dr Tanya eased my mind gave me antibiotics to give to Lily. You are the most wonderful compassionate( I could go on and on ) vet!!!Thank you so much for taking care of Lily.Huntington Animal Hospital is the best !!!

Great vet. Staff is amazing, very kind and sincere. They have always given me great advice and very knowledgeable of products and medications for your fur babies.

The Huntington staff have always been SO incredibly kind and helpful when it comes to our boy, Oliver. He has a number of conditions that they have always treated exactly as needed, referred us to specialists when necessary, provided us with a wealth of information and are always willing to answer any questions we have. The entire Huntington team truly cares for you and you pet; you get what you pay for when it comes to veterinary services. Would recommend to ANYONE who is looking for to notch care.

I called to get a special food as my clinic was out and they rudely pointed out they do not sell food to non-clients. It's ridiculous as a veterinary technician in the industry for 16 years working at regular practices, OVC and the VEC, this is terrible customer service, not to mention my cat with severe IBD can't get the food that keeps her well. Not very caring of animals in my opinion. If I had to change clinics with my 4 pets based on this phone experience it would be the last place I would choose.

Best care for your animal in town, everyone at Huntington is amazing in the love/care and compassion they show to our furry friends!

I have never experienced such love and attention from people I have never met before. The staff are probably actual Angel's and my dog loves them and behaves for them even when she normally is terrified of strangers. There are no words to express how grateful I am that they are the vet of my little girl. She had surgery last week and not only was the cost more than reasonable, but their kindness was around every corner. When I was terrified because I was having a hard time getting the post-surgery pain meds into her they were friendly, polite, and completely helpful and got me though it. They took all my calls and I swear I could hear the smile they had on on the other end all the while. All this is amplified because I am writing this in the middle of all the Covid restrictions and they STILL are amazing. If you are a crazy dog lover like me who treats your puppies like they are your children, then I highly recommend Huntington Animal Hospital to you. This is what I would call a perfect business. Thank you so much to all the employees, you made the most stressful situation as pleasant as it could be for both of us. ❤

Reception is rude under best of circumstances. Discovered I was overcharged by at least $70! There are better more reasonable vets in St. Catharines. Do you research regarding prices. Highway robbery at this one.

Took our chihuahua in for her annual exam. Great experience, as always! Even with the new COVID protocols, the vet takes the time to speak with you and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend this clinic

We just moved to the area from Hamilton and live right behind this Animal Hospital . This Morning my dog Scout was showing signs of distress and was clear there was something going on ? He was restless , heavy panting etc. I decide to take Scout to Huntington Animal Hospital . Upon arriving I was informed that Scout could not be seen by the Vet and they could not give a referral to the local Emergency Clinic because we were not regular clients of this Vet ? What is wrong with Vets in St.Catharines ?

Been with Huntington since my hubby was taking his cat there (23 plus years!!) From the amazing vets & vet techs to the permanent pets in the office. I feel like they are family, and they understand how to care for our family of furbabies. Our animals always were healthy & somewhat happy to visit ( cats that aren't always to ahem visit) & Addison ( puppy) & Buddy (sweet pom angel now). I only recommend Huntington to any person who asks about a vet. Thank You for always sharing your compasion & care to our fur family.

All the doctors, nurses and reception staff have always been knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. Both our dogs have had surgeries here and had the very best care from everyone involved including aftercare and phone calls to check on how they are doing. They have always made time to squeeze us in for an unscheduled visit when something isn't quite right or discussed issues on the phone if possible. I'd recommend these lovely people to anyone and we're very glad they loom after our Tucker and Ruby so well. Thank you Huntington Animal Hospital.

We were 10 minutes late for an appointment for our dog's annual visit and the receptionist informed us that it was too late and they were booked up for the day. It was a stressful enough visit for our dog, so refusing to see her put additional stress on the situation.

Superiour care given to our animals by Dr. Tanya and her staff. Wouldn't take, or trust our pets in the care of anyone else.

Very knowledgeable staff. Our dog had allergies and Dr. Lowery really has brought him a long way, you would hardly know he has allergies right now..
