Excellent staff, great care for our dog

This place is amazing they really care. My dog has cancer brought him back 2times for follow up Mark didn't charge me. They're prices are substantially lower than a lot of vets and tryst me I've been through a bit over the years. They are very popular so they're is a bit of a wait. But I think it's worth it ????

I cannot say enough good things about Grady's. Dr. Krystine and Dr. Mark are amazing. They are accommodating, compassionate and have always taken the best care of my pets. Whenever I have had an immediate concern with one of my dogs, they have gotten us in for an appointment right away. The office staff is friendly and responsive. So glad to have a vet I can trust and rely on.

Pretty honest is Md Mark, is just that he is way to bussy. So our little dog, get heart complications that could be prevented, if his double heartbeat murmur was treated early avoiding complication today.

Followed our vet, Dr Casey, here after she left a place we've been going to for years. She has been taking care of our dogs for quite some time and she is just outstanding. Staff at Grady is awesome and always a pleasure.

This place was great before the virus. Now they are more concerned with people not coming inside then they are for your pets care or keeping track of payment records. God forbid you walk in! They come out, take your pet, bring it back. Everyone sits in their cars and waits. It’s horrible! Choose another vet because they are unorganized and rude.

When Grady allowed the owners to come in with their pets I had a good experience, that all changed today. The vet tech 'Donna' was carrying my elderly cat (who had just got stitches out from surgery) and was SWINGING the cat carrier. My rescue cat was winning in fear as I ran across the parking lot to take her out of Donna aggressive hands. My cat was fine going into the vet but once I got her back, she had an accident in the carrier and was terrified. Safe to say she will not be going back to 'Grady Animal Hospital' ever again. It was a very upsetting experience.

4 years ago I took my beautiful Bernese mountain dog to this vet. He was supposed to get “fixed”. When my dog was picked up after his surgery. He was still loopy from the anesthesia. It took two people to get him in the car. When I got him home he couldn’t get out of the car my neighbor had to help get him out. He collapsed in my yard. It took me and two people to carry him in the house. I called the vet and told them what was happening and they didn’t care at all. Post surgery my dogs Esophagus closed and he couldn’t eat and became very sick. He went from 110 pounds to 52 pounds when he past. That time period was in a month. They refused to put him to sleep and they fixed him. I still don’t know what they did back there to my dog. A vet tech who works there told me to rehome my dog because they didn’t believe we were taking good care of him when he dying. I had to take him to another vet to be put to sleep. I now own another dog and I would never take him to Grady’s.

Normally, we write positive tells, but for me it is positive. Our pets are our families and they deserve the best way to make sure they see their maker peacefully. Thank Grady for being so heartful with our little boy. My little guy was coming to his end of his life here on earth Grady is the place to grant my little guy peace and the proper goodbye for us parents. Thank you Grady for being there of a very painful experience. My little boy cat went very peacfully. We as parents was allowed to say goodbye with no push to be out of their exam rooms. Wow, it was very peaceful and my little guy went in peace.

Used to be much better with just Dr. Mark. He is truly an Incredible vet and cares about the animals not just making money.

The vets and techs were fantastic. I really miss being in the room during exam to ask the secondary questions like for how long, etc.

How can you call yourself a hospital when you won't see acute issues in a timely manner? My dog (who is a patient there) needed to be seen asap. I was told they couldn't see him for 2-3 weeks. This is shameful and I would never trust them to take care of my dog ever again.

Exceptional people and practice. Dr. Mark is the best, compassionate, communicative, explains options, staff very kind . They helped my Idie and I'll be forever grateful. Good care in all levels.

If I could give a million star rating for this facility I would.. my dog had emergency surgery at Grady to remove bladder stones and neuter… the staff were so kind and attentive. Dr Christine was so thorough and forthcoming with all aspects of the surgery and what to expect and what we need to do going forward which is just as important as the surgery itself. I never felt so comfortable with leaving my big boy in her hands. We have been to other vets but they normally ask for payment before he would be seen. Grady Animal Hospitals #1 priority was to do what they can to avoid a life or death situation. I am so grateful to the doctors and staff for taking such amazing care of my fur baby Sonny… we cannot thank you enough!

I love Grady, I adopted my dog from NY Bully Crew and Grady was able to take care of everything I needed from the start. Never a bad experience here, the staff is great, the doctors are always straightforward and I never leave feeling bad about my pet or the hospital. I moved to queens but still drive all the way out to them because no other place compares.

I've been to the Animal hospital twice for the same dog. Highly recommend the animal hospital. They're professional and compassionate. Dr Regan and staff went above and beyond when it came time to euthanize my 15 year old husky. I truly appreciate that they let me spend as much time as needed before and after the procedure. I received a Paw print and some fur. They explained everything to me clearly and I'm grateful for such nice people. Thank you. And God bless. Addendum:. Since my other two rescue huskies have passed away,. I have rescued another husky her name is suka, she is a husky/Shep mix. Dr Mark and staff have been fantastic to her. I have since told other family members and friends to bring pets to the animal Hospital for primary care.

They helped me understand everything !!! The staff is amazing! very responsive with Great prices not to mention Very kind with great service. I would recommend this to anyone !!! Grady's is worth the drive !

Gave my dog medication charged me 49.00 sells in walmart for 18.00 really visit 60.00 not worth it for me too far. Looking for a vet that doesn't charge an arm and leg. Has the dogs care first and not the money.

Unprofessional stuck up liars. All of them think they're better then you, obviously they have never been told no or you're wrong in their entire life. I don't understand how anyone could deal with these bunch of babies...

Always busy but always helpful! With COVID most times they come to the car to get your animal and always make me feel comfortable handing off my anxious pup. They've cared for a few of my animals over the years and each time they keep me informed, gotten right to the point and kept the prices reasonable.

Great place, and very affordable. Worth the trip.

1 star, if I could give 0 I would. Terrible place, the owners are horrible and don't care about how the place is ran, have attitudes and are unprofessional and not very knowledgeable in what they do. Would not recommend bringing your pet here whatsoever. I asked the receptionist if any of the techs are licensed and none of them are. Have witnessed the owner drunk a lot and he's the head vet... PRO TIP: if you can't get in, complain on Saville moms seems to be the only thing that works because of the wife's insecurity.

I was delighted that I had a vet available in short time notice. I like to say they took very well care of Jasper my beautiful black cat. They even went above and beyond for Jasper. I am new to the the area, they save a trip to the city and the agony to ride the train with Jasper.

The vet is good, but his customer service is bad. I had an appointment at 3:40. Arrived 10 min late. Some guy on the phone told me I had to wait because people who had an app at 4pm called in first. I said that I’m here 10 min later is not a big deal and that those people have to wait because it’s not even their time yet. So what if its 10 min late, big deal. He angrily said he would cancel my appointment altogether. My dog has been biting his paws badly and needed a blood test. Obviously these people do not care about dogs. Very bad, unfair, and disgusting the way they handled me being 10 min late. Of course one dog less is nothing for their business, but just the thought of how heartless they are is disturbing. That guy is also raised his voice at me which shows how unprofessional he was. Never raise your voice at customers!

I am very grateful to the team at Grady Animal Hospital, because they saved the life of my Happy Dog. They were really professional, friendly and take the time to explain what is going on with your pet. Widely recommended. Thank you Grady Animal Hospital. You guys do an excellent job. Amazing, nice, clean and professional. They took us as an emergency right before they closed for the day which helped ease us.

The best vet in the world. I am a successful Registered Nurse. I've worked this whole pandemic. But my hat goes off for anyone who takes good care of animals. The most helpless population. The standard and quality of care they provide is to the highest degree. I will never bring my cat anywhere else. They are efficient, clean, competent, and well priced.
