Since this was our first time coming here with our pet, we didn’t know how good you truly are. Your care and concern that was displayed by the entire staff towards our pet, was above and beyond our expectations. To receive a message the very next day asking how our pet was, shows that the care and passion for animals goes further than just the appointment.

Westside animal hospital has exceeded all of my expectations & more! Dr Murphy and Dr Rennie always make me feel comfortable. I feel confident that my little Lyla is in the best hands & care! They both take the time to explain things and answer my questions and concerns and I never feel rushed! Jessica was so sweet and took great care of my Lyla . Betty was so nice on the phone and helped me make all of Lyla’s appointments. The Continuity of care is 10/10! I am beyond happy to know I am receiving the BEST Care for my pup :)

a deposit just to be seen….

Horrible experience putting our cat down. Lack of sympathy. My kids were traumatized after how things were handled. Was asked to submit our complaints of service and received no response back. The answer to them for keeping the pets fear free is by heavily sedating them. Would never recommend to anyone.

New cat owner here. The staff has been so good with Charlie and really checks in on him to make sure he's doing well with his yearly shots.

If you bring your animals here, I highly recommend request to see Dr. Bill Murphy instead of Aime Rennie. My dog has very high anxiety and is very anxious and Dr. Murphy was very patient with him and worked with him very well. However, Aime rennie spent two minutes with my dog and said that she could not handle him. He also had a muzzle on. And prior to that when he saw Dr. Murphy, he did not have a muzzle on and Dr. Murphy still worked with him. Dr Aime Rennie spent two minutes with my dog and said that she could not handle him. I highly do not recommend seeing her. However Dr. Murphy is amazing and patient.

I love the Petdesk app they use and the time they take to explain what is going on. I will bring all 4 off my furbabies here! ????

I changed over to Westside right as COVID hit and I still haven't been in the building. I couldn't tell you the care they are giving my dogs because I cant go with them on the appt. I just have to blindly trust them. My one dog can't even get his shots because he has bad anxiety whe going. Even tried a relaxer pill. He need some there with him to keep him calm. I will probably change back to the previous vet since they allow the pet owners in.

Dr. Murphy and the team are very caring. They listen to your concerns and work with you to treat your animal. And Pancake loves the techs here too!

Great doc., and thorough. Dr. Murhhy is the best! Taught me how to find my little dog, Phoebe's pulse and taught me how to look at her dark little gums to see if she was getting enough oxygen! Thank you, Dr. Murphy! You are a blessing!!

Pets are family right? We should treat them as a member of our family right? Then why can't we go in with our non-verbal family member for their visit? Who is going to advocate for them? As new puppy parents, who are also both RNs, we were distraught and shocked that we couldn't go in with our dog for her first ever visit at a vet. I don't doubt that she received proper care but not being allowed to go in with her was very upsetting. It just doesn't make sense that a fully vaccinated, masked adult is not allowed in with an animal. We see these same people at Wegmans, Target, etc. Trying to full understand everything via a phone call from the parking lot with the vet who is inside the building just does not sit right. It would be great if you could review your COVID policy, at least for new puppy-parents. Do all adults need to go in? No, probably not, and I'm sure some would happily stay in the car for concierge service. As new puppy parents, we are not one of those people. We will be finding another vet.

Our vet of 30 years retired and we luckily found your office! Thank you for your kind care of Buddy at a much needed time.

I have been very happy with everything Dr.Murphy and his staff has done with Lexi since transferring her to their care. I wouldn't change a thing!

I appreciate the service which the staff came to the car got our love one and treated them with TLC,then a follow-up on what was going on with a phone e call.Now that was comforting.

I was very impressed! My cat wasn’t scared or upset when she returned from her visit. Staff gave me the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and follow up about her visit. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to talk me through all my concerns and explain all recommendations. I was extra impressed by the next-day follow up text after my cat’s vaccine. I also appreciate the dedication to everyone’s safety during the pandemic! The best experience I’ve ever had with a vet visit.

Dr. Murphy has been my children's pediatrician for 30 yrs. He is the best and his staff are top notch. I trust noone with my kids except for him. I believe his prices are comparable with all vets. From bringing my babies for their 1st kitten visit to having them cross over rainbow bridge, Dr. Murphy and his staff are so caring and compassionate.

Everyone was so nice and wonderful. The process, even with COVID wasn't a pain at all. My little guy is already back to health so I couldn't be happier !

We recently switched to Westside Animal Hospital to seek care for our two dogs. The service has been incredible. When interacting with people in any role at this facility, is clear that your pet's health and safety is at the forefront of the conversation. In fact, when I first called (not yet having registered as a patient), they kindly helped me to find an urgent care for our dog to be seen for a same-day appointment, while taking care of the follow-up at their office later on. That action alone spoke volumes to me in terms of the value their practice places on care. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Rennie always take time to answer questions, thoughtfully consider the specifics of your pets' circumstances, and offer possible paths of action. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling informed. I am beyond impressed by the care that we've received. (And, the birthday cards for our little ones are a fantastic touch!)

We love Westside Animal Hospital because the staff and Dr. Murphy's office are awesome! Dr. Murphy even came outside to talk to us and it was so good seeing him since we haven't been able to due to COVID and we appreciate him taking care of our Marley who also loves Dr. Murphy!

Dr. Murphy and the staff were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain all options and courses of action with me regarding care for my puppy. The personal touch and outstanding customer service is impeccable. I have already recommended the practice to two family members and feel at ease knowing my puppy is in caring capable hands!

This is a predatory clinic just looking to increase profits. I was charged for a service I did not receive. When I called about it I was told they would call me back but they never did. Find another veterinary clinic.

Dr. Murphy is great! He really takes the time to explain things and has always showed he really cares for the animals!
