Awesome service for my two pets, very helpful staff while trying to relocate to Hawaii. The vet checked all the necessary regulations and prepared everything we needed to transition smoothly!

The only place in town that took our sick cat in . Unbelievable how all bets are booked until the end. Of the year . She's better now , thank a lot . The vet took her time explaining things .

Very helpful, answered all my questions about my cat in a friendly and polite manner. The techs and Veterinarians handle my pet with such care and compassion. I feel like my cat is in good hands whenever we walk through their doors.

I have been using Stoneridge Animal Hospital for over 8 years. They use to be friendly and affordable. In the last 2 years prices have gone up and they are very unfriendly and not helpful. Recently my dog was ill and I called them at 10 am on a Wednesday, and the lady said a doctor would call me back. I heard nothing back and I called back at 5pm. The same lady said the doctor was in until 7pm and would call me. No Call back. The next day I called another local vet and they said they would see my dog. I called Stoneridge and had them transfer my dogs information to this other vet. The lady on the phone at Stoneridge acted like it didn't even matter. I would not recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

This clinic is horrendous! At some point, they used to care about their clients and their pets; not anymore. This is the same hospital that prescribed my pet special food years ago. Now, they won't fill her food order or renew the prescription because she hasn't been able to be seen this past year (remember, this office was closed, held shorter hours, or only offered curbside office visits for the past 18 months...). This office has no problem prescribing things, only to withhold treatment (FOOD!!!!), the minute they don't see enough of your money. Nobody should ever subject themselves or their pets to such abhorrent, immoral, or unethical behavior. Hard pass.

Ive been going here for years now and theyve done a number of awesome procedures on my cats. When I first came here it was because my cat had an infection and my old vet said it would be 3 weeks to get him in which by that point he wouldve been dead. Stone Ridge took him in the next day and cleaned him up very well. This was 8 years ago. Since then Ive taken an additional 2 cats there now and all of them have received honest top level care. Thank you to all the vets and techs there your work is much appreciated

They're definitely very busy taking care of all of our fur pets! Pandemic protocol had me waiting in the car for an hour and a half through the whole process but that's to be expected. No problems here, just have to be patient and maybe bring a book haha They were honestly wonderful. I was nervous because my dog has a lot of anxiety towards other dogs, as he was attacked by other dogs before we rescued him. They were so great. I let them know about his reactiveness and they made sure to keep him separate which I really appreciated. They definitely know what they're doing though. Even though I couldn't go inside with my dog, it was really comforting knowing they fully listened to what we needed and took care of the babe while getting him up to date on all his shots :)

Brought my 11-year-old baby because he was sick with a path fever labored breathing and not eating for three days. I brought him home in the same condition and heard from the doctor telling me that he heard no cough his breathing was fine he didn’t have a fever. You can’t take care of something or someone if you can’t be there to speak for them my dog does not talk. I’m frustrated it cost me $300 and I was told by a girl at the desk that if I didn’t like the way things were run there I should take him someplace else. And the doctor is the Director so there is no one to complain to Maybe vaccinations are OK but if your pet is sick and you can’t be there with him I say close the doors until you can allow the owner to go in with their pet. It cost me $300 for nothing. Now I have no money to take him someplace else. Places like that should be closed up

We've boarded our dogs here for years, and they always come back happy and healthy!!! The employees are super nice and always take good care of the animals there. Their boarding can include baths, playtime, walks, and the dogs come home with little report cards that are super cute!!!!

It really stinks to leave negative comments about Stone Ridge, since we've had a lot of good experiences here, but we've recently been extremely frustrated with the clinic's lack of care for our dog. We've been bringing our two Great Pyrenees to Stone Ridge for the last 3 years. We were at first completely happy with the hospital- easy to communicate with, excellent staff all around, the whole experience was fantastic. It seems, however, that Stone Ridge has become a victim of their own success... they seem to be busier and busier, and as a result their attention to detail and empathy for our pets has really taken a turn for the worse. Every time I have been there in the last 18 months it's like a mad house, many customers waiting to be helped, employees seem to be stretched very thin. I've worked at places like that, and I know how tough it can be. Anyway, our female Pyrenees recently developed an ear infection. No big deal, she's had one before so we figured it would be an easy call to Stone Ridge to get the medicine.... but when we messaged them about it, their solution was to book her an appointment in May, a full 4 weeks away. I called the next business day to ask if there were any cancellations, and they said no, that I should call every morning at 8am to ask if there are any new cancellations, since the appointments get scooped up so quickly. So this morning, I called at 8:15. Figured I'd give them 15 minutes to get started on their day... but they said I should call exactly at 8am since there's such a frenzy for appointments. It seems like Stone Ridge could have a short list of animals with urgent issues, and simply call a patient on the waiting list if a cancellation comes up. I know this is how my doctor's office operates. To request every customer who has an urgent issue to call in every morning at 8 am to ask for cancellations seems counter productive. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but an ear infection seems like a relatively urgent issue, with a relatively easy solution. When I spoke with someone on the phone this morning, they agreed that the ear infection is likely an urgent issue, and they recommended that I call around to other vet clinics to see if I can find a place to take my dog. I was severely disappointed to hear that Stone Ridge is turning us away in our time of need.

I have used Stoneridge vet for 20 years. One of my dogs ended up with pink eye so I called to get him in. The receptionist who I spoke with was rude, said they couldn’t get him in for 3 weeks, and suggested I call around for another vet office visit. I received a call later (from someone else) who got Buddy in to see a vet in 2 days and treated us with the same compassion they have always given my dogs, both past and present. You can tell that they truly care about what they do, and that means everything when you consider your pets your family. Thank you Stoneridge.
