We want to let the public know not to hesitate to bring your beloved pets to Pittsford Animal Hospital. They are very professional, dedicated, and caring. My husband and I have been going there for many years for our pet care, as well as some of our close relatives, and never have been disappointed. Reasonable, competitive pricing as well. Thank you for all you do. Corinne, Tom and Grace Kiseleski

Very nice people but unfortunately could not afford their neuter fee for my 3 monthkitten

We have taken our family dog there for, perhaps, a year. They are very popular and they do take animal emergencies. When we have tried to schedule a well-doggie check for our senior, special needs dog, though, we were put off for a week at least before we were given an appointment. It is also very difficult to reach them by phone to make that appointment!

Have been taking our dog there for 15 years. He has always received the best care. He is a little difficult at times and the staff and doctors are so patient with him. We see Dr Ashton as our primary and she is amazing.

Fantastic staff and very positive experience. The tech and doctor were both very good with my anxious kitty.

They were caring, professional and helped our dog when all other animal hospitals were closed.

Irresponsible, despicable, and negligent staff. They refused to give us the prescription food we paid for. Its the only food our dog can process, or else she gets bladder stones and needs another $5000 surgery to remove them. Our dogs checkup was overdue, they accepted the money but would not give us the food. Her condition is lifelong and will not go away, they are aware of this and would not give us food to sustain our dog until her appointment. We explained the situation and we were denied. These people will gladly take our money and let our dog suffer in the process. I have been going to Pittsford Vet for 2 years, this will be my final year

While Pittsford Animal Hospital is not our usual vet, I highly recommend this location if your pet needs "urgent" care (not emergency care). The staff is caring & knowledgeable. They only do what's necessary & don't convince you of authorizing tests or procedures that are not needed. When I took my pup, the doctor called me on the weekend to give her test results. She could have waited until a normal business day but she took the time knowing how worried I was.

I boarded my cat here for a weekend. The techs noticed symptoms of an infection, I received a call to consent to an exam, the infection was confirmed and treatment begun by the time I picked her up. Thank you for your attentive care.

This was the only place we were able to secure an emergency appointment for our dog. The staff was exceptional with their care and compassion. Thank you!

I've taken one of my two English bulldogs to pittsford animal hospital several times when my regular veterinarian at a runicoid animal hospital has not been available. They've always seemed to do a nice job they're very courteous professional and treat my dog very nice. Was certainly recommend them.

Called many places before Pittsford Urgent care. They saw my cat the next day! They asked for detailed information and we're very helpful. We had a diagnosis and treatment in about a half an hour. Nice people, caring, considerate and very thorough. My cat is happy too!

We went here for the first time to get our beloved kitty put to sleep. He had taken a horrible turn and was suffering so much. It was a Saturday and we couldn't get in anywhere. Even the emergency hospitals and home euthanasia services were booked for days. We called this place and explained the situation and even though they were totally slammed, they took pity and let us come in. It was a quick visit of course but everyone was so kind and caring. The vet was fantastic and seemed pretty down to earth. I'm actually writing this review because they sent us a condolence card for our cat and wrote a little note mentioning things we had talked about during the visit. It almost made me tear up just having them listen to us (total strangers they had never dealt with before) and include that little bit of personal detail. If this place wasn't so far from me I would try and switch here for my veterinarian in a heartbeat. Truly wonderful and caring staff.

I have switched vets 3 times due to poor office conditions and rude staff. I love Pittsford Animal Hospital. The staff is amazing and compassionate. They truly love our fur babies

Went in today for urgent care and my pet was seen by Dr Marisa Quinlan and vet tech Jessica. Overall a great experience for me my girl Gynni (dog). They are compassionate and the doctor explains things clearly and fully, They assessed my situation through pics while I was still home and wanted me to bring my girl in even when they were at capacity! Jessica was great at handling Gynni who is a bit nervous with strangers and quickly they became best friends. I was was very nervous doing the curbside with Gynni but it went smoothly. Thank you Animal Urgent care of Pittsford for your awesome service! Gynni thanks you too!

My regular vet sent me here for urgent care as they were out of Saturday appointments and they didn't want us to wait until Monday. The Pittsford Animal Hospital website indicated that our issue could be seen, but when we arrived and tried to check in, we were told that they were only taking critical cases. I'm sure we'll be ok, but driving around with a sick dog for no reason was not great and I wish there had been a way to know that we wouldn't be seen (or even that that was a possibility). I'm sure it's a great vet otherwise.

It takes forever for them to answer the phone. We still can’t go in with our pets. I couldn’t get an appointment even for an emergency during the daytime.

It was 90 outside, my father and I waited for over 2 1/2 hrs for our dog to be looked at for a UTI. We ended up leaving without being seen. There's got to be a better way. Absolutely terrible.

The worst experience. Need a urgent appointment. Held for 30min and the receptor is very unprofessional. If you need better care. Be aware. Avoid this place...

The doctors and staff here are amazing. I was a mess when I brought my rat in for end of life care. The staff here were kind, compassionate and loving. They explained everything to me and allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye. Thank you for giving me and my rat the best care.
