Best care money can provide. Caring, kind and considerate vets and techs. MVA has fixed prices pretty high, but you can count on the care being exceptional. Look elsewhere if you are on a budget though.

Well covid hit 2 yrs ago. Like most been without finances. Been keeping our dogs healthy like family. Since my wife worked with a dr. here we went here. But i guess that doesnt matter. One of our dogs became ill called them and they said since we haven't been there in 2yrs they said they wouldnt take us..nice..vet oath?? So punish animal because of other circumstances. So i guess its all about the $$$. We found another vet and they said that was appalling.

My fur babies have been going here for 5 years. The vets are very understanding, caring, and prices are affordable.

Money Hungry, they don't care about your pets wellbeing. On top of that, they've handled COVID very poorly with answering phones (rude staff and obnoxiously long wait times) and getting appointments for sick animals. I've had enough pets get sick and need care from another vet because they couldn't get in or I didn't hear from them for days or be told not to worry about it (example: a cyst that enlarged itself so big that my dog chewed it open- when it was brought to their attention months in advance, and continuously as it got larger but they were quick to say I could come in and pay for another exam, biopsy and antibiotics when I had been in 2 times previously before it ruptured) or pass away from the negligence of this office. Will not be returning

Greece Animal Hospital is wonderful! Every member of the staff I've interacted with has always been kind, empathetic and extremely helpful! My dogs love going to see them!

The veterinary staff from doctors right down to receptionists are the most hardworking professionals I’ve ever seen. Since the pandemic they have been hit with multiple changes. This includes overtime hours, overbooking, rude and frustrated clients all while continuing to care and treat our pets like they were their own. I have never met a more compassionate group in my life that continues regardless of these hurtles to provide a quality of care that is unmatched to most hospitals in this area. I can’t imagine trusting my pets care to anyone else. I thank them in more ways than one for everything they do. So I encourage you when you may feel frustrated with some changes or long wait times, that you understand these people work incredibly hard and care very deeply. They deserve the utmost respect. Keep it up staff at Greece Animal Hospital. My babies and I support you and know your working hard!

They do a great job there

I scheduled an appointment for teeth cleaning for My 2 dog's on april 28th and left a deposit of $116..00 which I was told was optional. The appointment was scheduled fo June. 28. I wasn't informed that it was not refundable , I was told it was optional to leave it ahead of time. Then I find out that it's noon refundable. I was also told that they couldn't give me an any prices. I ended up leaving my initial appointment. Won't give me deposit back even though nothing was explained to me and apparently it's my fault. Today when I called mysteriously told it will start at 600.00 per dog. Didn't tell me too bring in record of vaccines, etc. Were going to charge me for everything. .

When ever my dog is sick they can never get him in the same day, I am always told to call back everyday at 8 am and hope they fit me in, my dog had pink eye for almost a month before they saw him Now he is coughing and spitting up mucus and I was told I have to call back tomorrow and hope they can fit him in

Called today to explain that my mother is having memory issues and that I just discovered that her dog was due for his rabies vaccine last February that my mother forgot to take him. I also told the girl that answered that I saw a postcard on my mother’s counter that he was due for more vaccinations last month that my mother also forgot. I was told the earliest he can get in is October 25! Totally unexceptionable!!!

Excellent Veterinary hospital! Front office staff is pleasant and efficient. The lobby and rooms are very clean. Techs are so incredibly helpful and loving to my Bruno!! Dr. Stanton is excellent!! Not only is she positive, upbeat and genuine she is so incredibly knowledgeable, patient and gave Bruno lots of love! Highly recommended

They have always treated me and my dogs very nicely. Very transparent with the price of extra services and I will continue to come here. If you want quality care for your animals then this is where to go in Rochester.

Outside of an emergency, there's no other vet I trust more with our pets then Greece animal hospital. Gave us so much care and support when we had to take our dog to Cornell for heart issues. Told us everything we needed to know so she could be first in line for the care she needed.

I was very disappointed in the service at Greece Animal Hospital. They told me they were unable to provide any services because my cat wasn't cooperating (they don't allow owners in with the animal) and rescheduled the visit. I called to cancel, called back after holding for 10 minutes, and was told on the second call, "You'll just have to wait" and placed on hold again. Then they refused to refund my $58 mandatory deposit they make you pay before scheduling a visit. Lost my money and received nothing in return.

Clean and well-organized. Takes great care of our dogs, and the employees are kind and very helpful!

Great people that work there.They actually care..I have to put my Best buddy down soon and they are making this process very serious and with alot of empathy.

Organized and knowledgeable. Dr Hubbard identified my dog was over medicated (as we are new to the practice). The difference in his energy level is fantastic!

I was just there January 23, 2021. I had an issue with a little kitten and they got her in quickly. My kitten is doing excellent after 2 days. The staff and at least her doctor was excellent! Little Lulu is happy and doing well! Thank you to the staff and doctor.

Our dog, Banksy actually loves going to the vet. Thank you for your patience, kindness, peanut butter and cheese too. :)

My puppy Chloe was diagnosed with parvo Friday and this staff was nothing but helpful/caring to help me get the right treatment for my baby . I definitely recommend this place . There are very nice and considerate people . Update she is making a traumatic recovery I thank you guys again for all your help.

They took great care of my dog rocky! I didn’t think he was going to come around and he did with the meds and diet they put him on! THANK YOU GUYS

Dr Ferdebar and all the staff at GAH are always wonderful, knowledgeable, and our visits are consistently quick efficient.

Greece animal hospital was so patient and understanding with me. They got me in for an emergency appointment when 11 other places had refused me because my cat hadn't been a previous patient there. They were so kind to me and my sick cat, they were thorough with their exam and diagnoses and treated her effectively. She went from refusing to eat, clean herself, or drink to being her usual happy playful self within two days!
