Best Veterinarian experience I ever had

Parking can be tough but the doctors & staff are amazing. I have and continue to recommend them & LIC Veterinary center to everyone I know

Has very good and responsive staff, from the front desk reception, veterinary technicians, and the veterinarians at this Court Square location. When I ask them for additional information, they respond immediately, or check and verify the information before they get back to me. Very clean facilities and efficient operations. They are attentive with my pets and especially patient and adept with my often nervous pets. I have already recommended this clinic, and their sister clinic on Vernon Blvd., to others.

I’m so glad I found this group. Not only did they treat my baby so well, they were also kind to me. They took their time explaining each procedure and why it needed to be done. I can confidently say that I will definitely be back for my dog’s next round of shots and usual checkups. Thanks Court Sq!

Matt and Dr Hasami go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service and care for our Pomeranian puppy. They also lead all administrative tasks to make our humans life easier in the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring medical professional and attentive to detail staff.

We love this vet! I was at the other location in LIC (which was also great), but relocated to Court Square when it opened. Front desk staff is awesome and super friendly. The vets themselves are also great and very knowledgeable. Of course my cats are not the biggest fans of coming here, but this place checks all the boxes for me!

This is by far the best Vet I have ever been to. Their staff are all awesome and friendly. My cat absolutely hates going there (he’s a fighter) but they are so professional and get the job done easily and accurately. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have dogs / cats for the last 15 years. Through out all this time I have taken my dogs/cats to a lot of different places. I have never ever felt so comfortable been at a vet's office. The Vet, nurse and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and amazing with my dog they are very professional. They were able to help me understand the issue my dog had. they offered my dog a treat once they walked into the room then they took a picture of him for his chart after sometime the doctor came and she was extremely gentle but you can tell she was working extremely careful and focused on the aim target. The other vet I took my dog asked me to take him to another vet to have him checked which I did and boy I am glad I did! will bring my puppy here from now on.

You would be very lucky to have these people taking care of your little one. They’re respectful of their professional and they truly care about your pet five stars

Very helpful and friendly staff. I’ve been taking my dog here for over 2 years and always feel safe with the care they provide.

All locations are great. The staff is so responsive and caring. I am a crazy first time dog mom and they are always so patient with me. My dog consistently has stomach issues and so much more. My original vets (BOND) just kept saying he seems fine, so just ride it out. LIC always tries to find a solution to the problem and follows up with you.

My pup is always welcomed with excitement and a great treat. We feel very well taken care of ♥️

Last time I called they said they have neurology, but 1 week later when I filled out their new client form, they said they didn't. I'd hope they can be more professional to understand their own business

Great service, I have brought my dog Hugo in a few times and they have always made him feel welcome and have looked after all his medical needs. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly !

My wife and I feel so comfortable to be taken care of by all of the staff at The Veterinarians at Court Square. Our cat always comes back to us calm and cared for after each visit. Thankful for other who feel the same way for our cat as we do!

These guys are the pros. Well organised, efficient, and can clearly handle pets super well. The whole staff are super capable, such that my rather house-loving-outdoors-hating cat with a bit of a feisty attitude was super calm and well looked after by the team. They diagnosed a potential asthma developing and nipped it in the bud with a course of medication before it really took hold. Super grateful that they did. Would easily recommend.
