Every time they go for a checkup or get a vaccine, they only take five minutes, as if they want you to pay and leave immediately. They won't take the initiative to tell you about your pet, and if you ask them, they will be impatient and have a bad attitude. They will always promote you to buy things and keep you paid.

I have been going to Happy Tails for a few months now for my new kitten, and they are absolutely a genuine and caring place. They take every visit as seriously as possible with the utmost professionalism, while also treating my kitten with the greatest amount of care. Even the cost of visits/care are less than any other clinic I have been to. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone with a pet and they do more then they even need to. I will definitely always come here and suggest that you do as well :)

Love love LOVE Dr Perkins!! She is so caring and has great beside manner. Just found out about this place. I definitely will be going back for many years to come.

First, Thank you so much for moving closer! I use to take Tommy (my doggo) to the Murray location but now I take him to this one because it’s closer to home. Dr. Perkins, you are the only doctor I trust with Tommy. Thank you so much for being very kind and gentle to my senior pup. Thank you once again!

The quality of the service is great! I’m so happy with Dr. Perkins. Also, the staff is amazing, they are polite and friendly. I couldn’t find a better place for my cat.

My dog and I love Dr. Perkins! She is so kind and gentle. I couldn’t imagine having any other doctor take care of my dog. Dr. Perkins is so sweet... always patient and compassionate. She is also very knowledgeable and gives the best care. I used to bring my dog to the Murray Street location, but so glad Happy Tails opened up closer to home. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

I thought the hospital was as good as they said it was, but I was wrong, and I don't want to argue too much, because they think there's going to be trouble and they push you out, which is not what they told me in the first place. I won't go there again.

If your looking for a good vet to take care your baby. Look no more. You have to meet doctor Perkins. She's been my vet for long time. I won't see other vet. Only her she listens to you. Very loving. Very delicate with your baby. She's the best. Doctor Perkins my baby and me love you. r

She is the best by far. She’s not only very professional and an awesome doctor but she cares about you best furry friends as well as their human family. My husband and I don’t trust anyone but Dr. Terri Perkins, DVM ! Thanks for taking care of my fur babies!

My kitties and my parent's doggies have been patients of Dr. Perkins for probably about 20 years now. She is by far the kindest, most caring, most compassionate, most trustworthy, most honest veterinarian out there. I recommend her any …

I just visited Happy Tails with my recently rescued kitty. Dr. Perkins is an incredible veterinarian on every level. She's a wonderful doctor and she is kind, gentle, compassionate and patient. I've been bringing my cats to her for years at the Murray Street location. I'm very happy to see her at this beautiful new clinic. Highly professional staff as well. Congrats Dr. Perkins!
