I just moved from out of state. They were able to offer an appointment at my convenience and accept the wellness check coupon for my cat. Showed professional. knowledgable and caring service. Offered choices for futire services. I have found my new vet.

The staff was helpful and very informative about was going to happen the day of the appointment. Overall great experience and would recommend to others to think about trying this clinic for their next pet's check up. The best thing about Creature Comforts Animal Hospital was how helpful and very responsive the staff was.

Excellent clinic, fair prices, kept all the animals up to date on all shots and medicines, and compassionate support for the eventual passing of our senior dog.

Dr. Fairly and all of the staff were very competent and personable to both me and my cat, Harry. Their caring attitude was much appreciated.

Vet care was fine. Very upset that my son was up sold on products that you can get for so much cheaper. They turned the items into “prescriptions” so that they can not be returned. Absolutely absurd, we’ve already canceled our next appointment and will not be returning and will recommend family and friends not to go.

Dr. Duggan was exceptionally kind and gentle with my dot. You could tell she really loves what she does. She explained every procedure and recommended certain tests while explaining what each one was for. The vet was sooo thorough

I brought my beardie Kiwi today for his first vet visit. He was brought in after some concerns about his behavior recently. After everything was discussed, he got xrays and bloodwork done. It turns out not all my housekeeping was perfect, and though we are waiting on answers, Dr. Fairly was amazing and I trust that whatever happens she will treat my baby great. She was informative, without being condecending, and I left with so much information to better care for my pet. She was incredibly well informed and knew her stuff. Would reccommend absolutely.

The office is always so clean. I was never able to find a vet that accepted exotic animals. I will never go to another vet. They always treat the animals with love. And the pricing is always in my price range.

This is the best place for pets. They are careful and caring. They are concerned the safety of the everybody. Safety for themselves, your pet and you. After I bought my cat home after their care there was a real difference in his health. He has a way to go but at least he is on the right path and getting better. Thank you all.

Amazing vet took my parrot Rita to get seen and they was all nice , professional I had my daughter so I couldn’t go in but they took my parrot and did amazing 1st time here and extremely satisfied and happy with this place

Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming, and very educated! Dr. Fairlie explained everything and made my pet and I feel very comfortable. I feel so lucky to have found this vet practice, as I will be bringing my rabbit here for the rest of his life.

This was my first time here, having just moved to the area. The location was convenient and their reviews were excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and caring staff. The gentleness they showed with my cat was very much appreciated. Office staff and doctor were very efficient experienced and knowledgeable.

A quality vet that really cares all in all. They got a little disorganized come Covid but then who didn't. Would use again with any future pets.

I brought my bunny Harley here for an emergency visit when I noticed a cut under my bunny’s tail and that she had been a little sick. When I called, the staff was able to fit her in within a half an hour of when I called. When I got to the vets office, the Dr. made sure I could see everything that was being done and explained everything that she was doing. She made sure my bun was comfortable throughout the visit and gave a very thorough exam. The prices were reasonable and the staff called a few times to check up on Harley and make sure she was doing well. I would recommend this vet to anyone with a bunny and will continue to take Harley to them.

Complete mismanaged and misleading. Unfortunately, they misrepresent themselves and are not truthful.

First & foremost, if you have Budgies as pets, PLEASE take them here at least once a year for a well check! We took our 3 Budgies for 6 yrs regularly to a vet in Wappingers falls to have wings clipped. She never suggested seeing an Avian vet for yrly exams. We became concerned because ourv6 y/o budgie was becoming less active. She recommended us to a Avian Veterinary practice closer to our home. We weren't happy with the lack of communication & felt our babies health might have actually been declining instead of getting better. Perhaps this was a coincidence? Who knows. Although the head Doctor there was very nice, our son whose an M.D suggested getting another evaluation. We were referred to this practice for a second opinion & feel we were BLESSED to find Dr. Barker. We didn't mind the 45 min drive! We found her to be thorough, caring, compassionate, and warm. She patiently listened to my questions & answered each professionally. Her Tech & entire staff are A+. I was grateful to be allowed in with our baby, & felt safe with the covid-19 protocol they respectfully follow! Glad I realized where negative reviews were coming from. Ridiculous!! For the first time in over a week we feel hopeful that we will have some more quality time with Bashert. We also appreciate fees were very affordable. We will be bringing all 3 birds here from now on. Its as if Bashert feels hopeful as well. He's chirping and eating today. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Creature Comforts. Highly recommend!!!!????????.

Total experience was excellent! Very caring and friendly staff. I drove 45 mins to bring our Guinea pig Luna in to be checked out and I have no regrets! Nicole is a very caring and knowledgeable Tech. She is very nice and helpful. I recommend these guys 100% for all your pet care needs! Thank you Knowledgeable and friendliness, the two together was a home run!

Appointment was at 930 waited in parking lot for an hour to then be told i still need to wait to be seen…then unprofessionally sent my pets record and told to go to another facility

Great place to bring you sick animals. Your sick people however, not so much.

I have a 4 month old exoctic animal a kinkajou!they claim to be exoctic vet they are far form that!they over medicated my animal snd then want to put it to sleep the next day say it was very sick she was fine prior to bringing her there!they are no real vet!ni vet should ever wznt to put a baby to sleep especially an exoctic one or any one for that matter they have no f heart!

I have had animals all my life. This vet is the best I've ever been to. Any question or concern answered honestly and a couple things I was corrected to do. No rush. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and the most caring staff. I will never go anywhere else. I trust them immensely

This was my first visit and I really loved it, the staff were all so helpful and Dr. Duggan answered all my questions and although my dog was scared, she did good during the exam. I think in this time, when visiting a vet for the first time it's so important that one person is allowed to accompany the pet, it makes them feel more comfortable and you need to see how your pet reacts to their care givers. took time to make my pet feel comfortable

My cat Bagheera was treated promptly and with great care. The doctor and staff attentively listened to my cares and concerns and answered them. Great place! They listened to my concerns and treated my cat with love.
