Dr Weiss and the entire staff are very kind and helpful. A recent canine dental surgery went very well. We have also boarded our dogs here for over a decade and have been very satisfied.

great vet but prices a bit high

The doctor is amazing . Mallory and Mikayla and Dr Chevel thanks for taking care of my wildebeest Emma . You were so gentle a d sweet to her even when she tried to levitate off the exam table. Need a wonderful Vet? This place is GREAT. Yes it is a bit $$, but all vets are, this ones worth it . Boarding and Grooming is available too!

We were turned away for being 12 minutes late to an appointment. At the end of the day, regardless of the reason, I understand we are responsible for our tardiness, but being turned away seemed a little drastic. This be, however, is not why I am leaving a review. How the manager addressed this situation is. The person who called was very, very rude to my fiancé over the phone and even went as far as hanging up on her. We pleaded to be seen as we were just down the block on the way there, but were told to reschedule. When she asked when we could reschedule, she was hung up on. This would have been our puppy’s first vet appointment, and I really looked forward to building a long time relationship with a veterinarian. Now, we feel like we dodged a bullet because if this how they cater to new puppy parents, I can only imagine the how unpleasant the service must be.

This is by far is the best place to take your pet. Very loving staff and very attentive. Dr. Shevell is a wonderful doctor and is very kind. A truly wonderful experience. The grooming experience was just as wonderful for my cat with some bad matting issues. Thank you to all that work there.

We just recently started seeing Dr. Lanzot and he is hands down the best vet we’ve ever worked with. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain his exam and findings. He didn’t try to push extra testing or unnecessary medication. He just truly cares about our dog Nash and I will continue recommending him to all our friends and family. I’m so happy we found him...and he’s easy on the eyes too ???? You will not be disappointed!!

It's very clean and everyone is always helpful. Sometimes there's a wait for appointments to see a Dr. But it's worth it.

There are good days and bad days for everyone, when you have a bad day own up to it and clean it up.

Honestly hands down the BEST office ever. Gia has been coming here since she was a baby. She will be 8 soon. Every time we walk through those doors, everyone knows Gia. She's always so happy coming to the office to see her FURRIENDS! Maryann, Kathi, Jessica, Jags, Mary and her favorite Dr.... Dr. Shevell !!! Everyone in the staff is amazing and the office is always clean. I will not take my dog anywhere else!!! Thank you all at Manetto Hill Animal Hospital!

This was my first time boarding a dog & I was extremely nervous. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable, the place is clean & the staff is friendly & caring. I never once worried about the care she was getting & had a great weekend. Definitely my go to boarding facility!

Let’s see where do I begin... it all started where we were called and told multiple times that we needed to provide them with proof that they (our cat) had been examined by a vet before they could sedate her which isn’t a problem except we had to get called again within twenty minutes to be told that the vet apparently insists that they have to be examined, and charged, even though we were just told that they accept other vet’s examinations. Not only just that but upon going to pick up our cat, the lady at the desk who is new said she wasn’t sure about what should be simple policy that anyone at the front should know when we asked her if that was a normal policy to require examination for a new pet at the hotel. This place needs to seriously reevaluate itself and make sure its employees know what is going on and what their policies are. And on top of all of that they messed up how we requested to have our cat groomed. Seriously disappointed seeing how we were recommended to come here.

Use them for my personal vet as well as one of our vets for my rescue the staff is so friendly and wonderful vets are thorough and minimal waiting which is always a plus

Not very professional. They reached out to me on indeed to come in for an interview to take a position they needed filled, meanwhile I never even applied to the hospital. I called a week after the interview as a follow-up and in return got an email saying they haven't made a decision yet and would call me as soon as the decision was made. I never got a phone call or email with a decision. I was doing them a favor by giving them an opportunity to fill a spot they needed and they didn't even have the decency to tell me I wasn't needed.

Everyone there is friendly and caring. I have been bringing my pets there for fourteen years.

Dr. Shevell and staff were great. So glad we found them. Would highly recommend them. ????
