Staff is very well informed, always ready to help, & answer questions. Can't say enough good about them. There are lots of pet supply stores in this area but I always choose Benson's.

We love Benson's. Searched for a dog bed, then we remembered Benson's!! Found a perfect bed. Lots of selections, very good prices!!

They carry a lot of unique food brands that most other "commercial" stores don't have! Great source for raw diets it seems too. They do have frozen food for our reptile/snake friends ????

After tonight’s experience in this store I went home and purchased on line instead. Have been shopping here since you opened but am done. Couldn’t find anyone to assist in store for over 10 minutes literally thought store was empty, then got attitude for trying to find a product that’s again out of stock. Sad , this is why online is taking over. 2/27 Sent an email as requested yesterday. No response yet...Thank you

Excellent selection, customer service and knowledgeable!

I went in here for the first time ever and was in a dilemma with a lizard I had acquired from someone else and I'll tell you what, best experience EVER! 20 minutes after I got home with all my new equipment I saw drastic changes in my lizard and she was soo much happier in no time at all! I went in knowing next to nothing and came out feeling much more comfortable! The woman I spoke with gave me so much information and printed some out so I didn't get too overwhelmed as well as sites to visit to gain more knowledge!! I couldn't possibly be happier with my service ☺ Great job Benson's Staff! Keep being amazing!

Great store with Awesome Employees that have knowledge of their products. If for any reason they are unsure they research it for us. I think the best part is the way the staff is friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and don't come off as your bothering them or they have better things to do. The company has a great style of making it a warm place. After all we go there several times a month for supplies for our fur babies.

Several years ago, you donated over $100 in supplies to a Sonsini/Humane Society fund raiser that I did with my students. Your generosity and kindness prompted me to ONLY shop at your store for most pet supplies, ever since. Additionally, your staff is absolutely wonderful. They treat my dogs like a queen and king when I bring them with me. That means sooooo much to me as my dogs are my babies. They are also so helpful when I need assistance. You guys are the best! Thank you!! ????

Very caring and amazing employees

Not a fan of all of the unsolicited advice when the employee has no idea what they're even talking about and the know it all attitudes are really too much and highly annoying.

Awesome place! Better than Petco! Employees seem educated on animals and plants along with self retaining ecosystems. They have great supplies for your pets in food and enclosures including critter nations and even sell products for raw feeding. Definitely go check things out. Even the beta fish are well taken care of with filters unlike Petco who put them in plastic containers with still water.
