It’s taken us 4 years and 3 different groomers to finally get the cut we wanted for our Golden! They did a fantastic job and Eleanor is looking forward to the next day there!

Convenient animal boarding reasonably priced and gave us some freedom when we were traveling with our dog. Appreciate that they insisted on full vaccination records. Didn't get a tour of the facilities but it looked like a a down home family operation run by caring pet lovers. Be sure to meet Denali the resident "Big Dog"

I go out of my way to bring my buddy there. They take great care of your pet, post photos so you know they're having fun and you feel your pet is the only one they're taking care of..Only place I'll leave my buddy

This place is the best

We were visiting the area for several weeks with our dogs. We needed to board them a few times and have them groomed during our stay. I chose the Animal Inn of the Berkshires after reading the great reviews. I’m glad I did. My dogs came back happy and tired. In the past when they have been boarded or groomed back home, they never looked happy when we picked them up. I thought that was normal until we picked them up at the Animal Inn. They were super happy each time, wagging their tails and excited. After seeing their responses to being at the Animal Inn, I am looking into a different boarding facility back home. Such a big difference! Shannon is really nice and the entire staff we encountered was very professional. I highly recommend boarding your fur babies with Shannon and her staff at the Animal Inn of the Berkshires. We will certainly be using her services again during any future trips to this area.

I turned to Animal Inn for Doggy Daycare for my beloved pup & could not say enough great things about Shannon & her team there! They were extremely responsive to all my questions, welcomed me to a tour of the premises, & post daily candids of playtime. Highly recommend trusting your furbaby in their hands!

Can not say enough good things about them. Did a wonderful job grooming my schnauzer for her 1st hair cut. They are so nice there and take great care of your pet while there.

Took my dogs to get their nails trimmed. Quick, nails were trimmed nicely. Friendly staff.

We bring our German Shepherd there whenever we go away and also for grooming. He is big and can be a handful and they always do such a great job with him! He's always happy when we drop him off and pick him up so I know they treat him well when he is there. So glad we found the Animal Inn!

They cover dogs kennels so they can’t see out if they are barkers without letting families know they do that. Please dont let your dog be treated like this. I do not recommend this place.

We know our dog can be a handful but he is always met with smiles, love, and the best care. That kind of reassurance makes trips out of town less of a hassle. I won't recommend anyone else!
