Brook Farm is phenomenal! They really do treat your pet like their own. They take their time explaining everything and going over results.

Great service for my dog during the virus. They came out and took my dog while I waited, and called me when she was ready to come out.

Thank you to the entire Team at Brookfarm for your kind care of our dog, Reilly. From check in to direct care with the Techs (Emily and Caitlin), and Veternarians, Reilly has been treated with love. We can not thank Dr Kanouse and Dr Clark enough for keeping us informed as we navigate our precious fur baby's unusual case and care. ✴✴✴✴✴

My deepest apologies for being so harsh, just wasn't expecting to get hit pretty hard on the bill and at the same time thinking the worse for my dog, overall I would pay it all over again for the greatest news you gave to us our family, it is with tears of joy that I say thank you and please forgive me.

Dr Kanouse came out and reassured us a pet parents that our beloved pet Sophia would be cared for by him and his staff with care and compassion and put us at ease

Horrible. Over $400 for the same services I’ve literally paid $175 the past 3 years. Routine 15 minute exam and shots….a lot of similar complaints lately and no excuse to jack up prices without notifying loyal customers prior. Don’t just take my word for it. See for yourself with the attached bills. Never again

I use to love brook farm, they saved my moms dogs life 7 years ago when Maureen worked there. I live in the city and I always drive the hour to go to brook farm because I've always loved them. Idk what happened but it seems like all they care about now is money. My dog had a tick Bourne disease they never told me, I went into the pet files and saw it myself and THEN I CALLED THEM TO INFORM THEM. They do nothing to help except help empty your pockets

I have been going to them for 12 years and the last 3 years they have really gone down hill. Every time I bring my dog they say he needs another shot even if they just gave it to him 1 month Prior. They also don’t keep records of the shots they give so they can kept charging you every few month. They are ridiculous they deserve a Zero

Brought Hiccup our kitty in for testing. Dr Clark and staff listened to our concerns and treated Hiccup and us with warmth and professional care! So happy to say our boy is on the mend. Brookfarm has been our veterinary care for many years. We look forward to a continued relationship with them!

My experience at Brook Farm Veterinary Center was wonderful. I wondered how my cat's yearly checkup would be handled in the day of COVID-19. I hadn't been out of my house in 2 1/2 months and I was a bit anxious. Brook Farm staff handled the situation perfectly. When I arrived at my appointment time, I called them from the parking lot. Within 5 minutes a technician in full protective garb came to our car to retrieve our cat and took him into the clinic. We waited in our car and a short time later Dr. Kanouse called to discuss his findings and review our concerns. As always, Dr. Kanouse was professional, thorough and, above all, kind and caring. An office staff member called to tell me the itemized cost of the visit and take my credit card information. Then the same protectively garbed tech brought our cat back to our car. Since our visit, I have received several emails from Brook Farm ensuring our satisfaction with their new "concierge " procedures. A big 'Thank You' to Dr. Kanouse and the exceptional staff at Brook Farm for taking such good care of our pets (dogs, cats and hamsters) over the years.

If it is possible to give this vet a zero I would. Dr. Clark was great however, the nightmare started when I went to check out. I had to wait almost one hour to check out, spent $500 and never received a receipt, was charged twice for something I was suppose to be charged once for. It took two and a half hours to get someone to just answer the phone and she was from an overflow call center and was RUDE as hell. This office needs desperate help in the customer service department. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where at least the phone is answered promptly and $89 for a visit is way overpriced!!!!

No stars should be the rating! Vet exam with Dr. Clark; was changed to Dr. Kanouse who has no bedside manner with patients and their owners. I was not informed of the change. My dog was ill approached by this vet and she was upset at his mannerism. I attempted to soft muzzle her but she was upset and I did not want to stress her more. Dr. Kanouse's suggestion: We can take her outside and wrap her around a pole so she can't move and then I can jab her with vaccine. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! Further, in front of my teenage daughter, he stated "what would you do to a teenager who behaved poorly, train them".. I'm sorry, but I don't "train" my child. I was charged an highly inflated cost for medication for her prior to exam, $52 for pills that could be purchased at PetRX for $5. I requested a refund due to this horrible experience and my appointment being switched. It has yet to be processed and the hospital director claims there was nothing improper about his treatment. Go check the camera and listen to the audio! Dr. Kanouse should not be allowed to practice care on anyone's animals. Further, the practice should be apologizing and issuing refund for customer good will. Needless to say, we won't be returning after 3 years of care.

I went to this vet because I used to use them years ago. My appointment was at 3pm. We ended up waiting in the car for at least an hour and a half before my kittens were taken in for their appointment. The Zoom appointment was 10-12 minutes at the most. Waited another 20-30 minutes for.my kittens to come back out for a total of 2 hours in my car. It's a shame because I really liked the Dr., I dont think I will be going back there and I am looking into another option for petcare.

My dogs have received nothing but exceptional care by Dr. Kanouse, Dr. Clark, and staff. My husband and I know our dogs are truly cared for like their own. You can see the trust my dogs have for the doctors. We would not bring our dogs to any other place. A few months ago we put our dog Blaze to sleep at 13 due to cancer Dr. Kanouse and staff sent us a beautiful sympathy card and also made a donation in Blaze’s name….OUTSTANDING!!! The happiness it bought to our hearts. We have 4 other dogs that we bring to Brook Farm. Don’t let your pets miss out on the loving, exceptional care… bring them to the best place Brook Farm!!!! They are very nice but the price today was nuts! Usually they tell me what everything costs but not today!

I took my pup Cookie there to have her checked out because she was sneezing and snorting a lot. Dr. Kanouse and tech were very good with her. He suggested several things that could be causing Cooki'e's issue and put my mind at ease that it wasn't anything to worry about.

Over the years our dogs have been cared for by several area vets and kennels. We've stuck with Brook Farm now for 10+ years (& our last two dogs). I've always found the medical care to be very good, and the front desk staff is excellent. That being said, they seem to "over engineer" things. Their phone system for example has been a source of great frustration for the last couple of years. You can't ever get them on the phone, calls are outsourced. Unfortunately they've also mistakenly overcharged us on several occasions for services that were not required. The latest frustration? A mandatory $16 "intake bath" during Covid, before they take dogs for boarding.

I’m always so impressed by the service and care we receive for our babies at Brookfarm. Everyone always conducts phone calls, from the start, with such positivity. They have the patience to answer each and every question or concern. If they don’t know the answers, you can be assured someone will call you back with responses. You know when you leave your pets, (a spay in our case), that they will be taken care of like their own family pet. The doctors are also very thorough and they also take their time to address each concern the family has. They do their best to keep us informed throughout the day, up until it’s time for pickup.! THUMBS WAY UP for the Brookfarm team! They are the BEST!
