I recently lost 2 dogs.The caring and concern that the staff at Companion pet hoapital was amazing.

The staff is always wonderful and helpful! It's stressful to take your pet to the vet and CPH of Carmel makes it so much better. Friendly, accommodating and professional.

The staff here are all so kind snd warm. They’ve helped Dottie so much since we adopted her. She had a lot of health issues that needed to be identified. They’ve done so much to heal her that she looks like a completely new dog! We LOVE coming here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vet!

Awesome! Dr Hope Jankunis got us in the same day after another cat bit our cat. Quick, fast & friendly staff! They even gave us 2 kinds of treats for our cat because he was a good patient.

Let me tell you how great Companion Animal Hospital is. Out German Shepherd is 11 and 1/2 years old, she was scheduled for a visit with another local vet who at this point shall remain nameless, in order to visit the veterinarian we have to give our dog a mild sedative to calm her anxiety. Unfortunately this anxiety medicine really does a number on our dog. I say this just to set the tone for how I ended up at, Companion Animal Hospital. As I mentioned we had made an appointment another local veterinarian's office gave our dog a sedative, arrived at the said veterinarian and was informed that we did not in fact have an appointment, or we missed an appointment or we didn't actually confirm an appointment there were a lot of excuses but ultimately we weren't able to get in to see the veterinarian. Our German Shepherd had a visible sore on her elbow that was infected and this vet at the other animal hospital actually refused to fit us in even though we had an appointment, and then we didn't have an appointment or we couldn't afford the appointment. They had a bunch of excuses, but nonetheless they refused to see us. This is where Companion Animal Hospital comes in. In a last ditch attempt to get our dog in to see a doctor, I called Companion in Fishkill and low and behold they were able to squeeze us in. Not only did they have one appointment available they had two and were able to fit us in immediately. We chose the earlier appointment drove to Carmel to see Dr. Jankus who was wonderful. The office manager Jen was amazing, the vet techs were great. Our pet is still under their care at the moment and awaiting results from a biopsy and a minor procedure. But they have followed up the day of, the day after over the weekend, they were just simply amazing. I highly highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital.

It was my first visit for four puppies, and I was nervous. The staff and the doctor were so very reassuring and they treated the puppies with such care, that I quickly knew the puppies were truly in wonderful hands. From the preregistration on-line paperwork for each puppy, to email confirmation everything was done with such organization that it made the puppies visit run so smoothly. I can't wait to make the next appointments for my adult dogs, because I have faith they will be cared for by a wonderful team of professionals!

My dog gets very nervous when he has to see the vet. But when the vet tech came out to get Benji, he seemed very happy and not nervous at all. The veterinarian called us throughout the process to ask us questions and let us know what was going on. The receptionist was friendly and when all was done Benji came back to us in good spirits. Which to me is a good sign that they did a really good job on him. He’s normally very nervous and seems pretty upset after a vet visit. But not here. So glad I found this vet near our home. We will stick with them!

Noticed my kitty wasn’t feeling well and I’m new to the area so I looked up vets near me and I’m glad I found Companion Pet Hospital! They took me in the same day and were very professional, sweet and took the time to explain what went on (since it’s curb side right now due to covid). Will definitely be coming back!

Nice place, staff excellent. Only issue is that service has changed with no new paw plan to replace with.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Companion and it's employees. You guys always squeeze us in to see the vet, even if it's last minute. Your love and dedication to animals is very evident. I know my pups are always in good hands with you guys. Dr. Jankunas is amazing, I can't say enough good things about her. My pups and I love her.

Wonderful staff, professional, and caring. Our first visit was yesterday. We had to help our elderly cat go to heaven. The doctor and her staff were extremely kind. We will be using them in the future for our other pets.

Caring professionals, from reception, vet techs, and vets. Animal lovers all, they do their best (especially during pandemic) to calm, sooth, and treat the animals brought to them for care. Very pleased, Have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

The staff and Drs are amazing , my pets are treated so well ,I am more than comfortable letting them care for my special fur babies , highly reccomend

Dr. Feldman was excellent but he is rarely there.

The staff couldn't be more enjoyable and they take great care of my baby. Teo, my rescue pitbull, loves paying visits as he loves to give and receive kisses. Most importantly, I trust them to give the best care for my angel. I highly recommend them. If you feel you aren't treated like your vet's most important client, or worried that your pet isn't getting the best possible attention, then I recommend switching over. I mean, I feel I am their most important client... But who's to say you can't be high up on the list too!? Haha.
