They actually really care about animals. They even called me on a Sunday to see how my cat was doing on his med. Great service. Highly recommended

The staff here is simply amazing! Thank you to the receptionist (wish I got her name) & Dr. Crawford, who took such great care of my Bella, since it was her 1st visit here, knowing Bella was very nervous. Even before I got there, I called to find out what was going to be done to Bella & get an estimate for the visit & the receptionist was very thorough, honest & helpful. They are a very caring group of people who are willing to help you & won't force you to do something you don't want done to your pet. Even after hours, Dr. Crawford called me to go over Bella's bloodwork. That goes to show you that your pet's health comes 1st, not the money!! They definitely live up to what I call their motto on their website, "If you're looking for excellent customer service and a trustworthy veterinarian in Ozone Park, Veterinary Care Unlimited is the place to be." I definitely plan on bringing my baby Bella back to this vet. Thank you for all your help Veterinary Care Unlimited...

Very upset went to get my parrot nails cut and ended up spending $100 for nails to be cut. When I made the appt I was not told there’s a $100 fee to bring your parrot in. If I had known that I would have went to Long Island and spent $13 to get her nails cut instead of $100

Today was our first visit. The staff was great. Very respectful and courteous. They met us outside to take our dog in. Had a brief introduction and asked a bunch of questions. Once the Dr examined the dog they called with me with their treatment plan. They were extremely thorough and took time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions. Overall it was a really great experience.

I’ve been here twice with my dog and they have been awesome. From the front desk staff to the Veterinarian . They love pets and there work. Thank you! Edit. After several weeks, service has declined. I placed orders for meds and there’s been a delay. I can understand to extent if they are backed up with meds but no call or response to my email. Also maps shows them as open today (Sunday) but closed to do updates in service. Even if you can’t take in patients due to this, at least reply to emails and calls please.

Their kindness and attentiveness gives this place 10 stars. In my tough times they were very caring and I am grateful. If they can be awesome in the tough times, I'm positive that they will be even greater in the good. To the Staff, thank you so much for being a source of comfort. Love Ray and Shadoe's mom. Happy Holidays' and Happy New Year.

Doctor is very cool, he knows his stuff not only the doc took care of my pet, but also helped it to regain herself back to normal without any medication! Just by talking and holding her. Would definitely come back again!

I had just called in tears and barely able to speak to anyone because I was driving down 75th st and a cat was completely ran over. I ran back home and grabbed gloves and garbage bags so that I could pick up the poor baby. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever seen and I knew I couldn’t leave it in the street to keep getting ran over. I called this Vet since they were the closest place to me and the lady was the sweetest. I was able to bring the cat in and leave it with the Vet to Rest In Peace. Thank you for being so kind, my heart breaks for these animals that keep getting ran over by crazy drivers. RIP Kitty ????????????

I may have finally found my new vet home for my furry rescue male cats. Mr. Tux had an appointment on 10.23.2021. The receptionist was a kind and helpful young woman. The nurse was FANTASTIC. My baby was very nervous due to our car trip there. She was kind, gentle and lovingly took my baby's weight with surprising ease. The veterinarian was EXQUISITE. She gave Mr. Tux a fabulous wellness exam, vaccine and lovingly clipped his nails for me. I think I may have found the new vet safe harbor for my babies, Salem and Mr. Tux.

On September 29th I took my hamster here to get his nails trimmed. The vet dropped him onto the table after he bit her and the vet assistant handled my hamster a bit too roughly I feel. As soon as we came home and I put him back into his cage, he is limping and dragging his back leg. We have now come to find out that below his knee is fractured in 2 places. Not only did the vet insinuate that he mightve broken his foot before we came or even while we were home after his appointment, but they won't even take accountability and admit they messed up and caused his injury. If we had noticed him limping before his appointment, we obviously would have mentioned that before hand. Now we have to hope his leg heals on its own and the very last resort is amputation. My family and I are incredibly angry and heartbroken at how this happened and the lack of accountability. I will never come back here again. This is ridiculous. How does My hamster go in for a nail trim only to come out with a broken leg?!

Veterinary Care unlimited really care about all their client's pets. I have had the best experience every time I take one of my babies to them. Recently I had an emergency with my Indian Ringneck and they attended to him immediately and saved his life! Can't thank them enough. Best place ever for all our pets. Everyone there is friendly and go over and beyond to meet your needs and your pet's needs.

My fur baby was having troubles so I showed up on Christmas Eve Evonne was our nurse she was so amazing! she helped me understand what was going on and what my options were and gave me advice for what to buy to make her more comfortable at home , treated my baby like if she was hers I'm so grateful that I was able to find somewhere to help us with such love and detail.

Vet Care unlimited is the ONLY place I will bring my dog. Dr. Miglorino is the best Vet there is. My girl is a special needs French Bulldog with a ton of medical issues. Dr. Miglorino cares. She does research, explains options and supports us through all of Lexi’s treatments. She doesn’t give up until she finds a solution. Most importantly she listens to all more concerns. She doesn’t rush me or make me feel like I’m being crazy! And she loves my girl as much as I do! I would t go anywhere else.

I love Veterinary Care Unlimited. They treat my dogs like their own. I recently had to leave my 11 year old English bulldog there for a day of testing. He's old, stubborn and used to his own bed and space; however, I knew he was in excellent hands. I mean what other practice would take the time to send you a photo of your little guy to reassure you he was okay (yes, I can be a bit overprotective of him). VCU is real. They are caring. They are kind. They are honest. What more could you want? Thank you everyone at VCU for taking such great care of us all.

I waited two weeks to be fair but Dr. Paoloni and her staff are the absolute worst. I’d say they only care about the money, but they don’t even care about that, since I’d max out every credit card and empty my bank account to keep my dog alive and healthy. I can deal with them making me wait 20 minutes to bring a receipt out, but not risking my dog’s health. A little over a month ago, Dr. Paoloni examined my dog Cocoa, a 5 year old Boston, after her teeth began chattering uncontrollably several times daily, consistent with epilepsy, as I suspected. Obviously all pet owners would be concerned. Her initial recommendation was to test my inoculated dog for canine distemper and run blood work.I won’t question her medical judgment. I know from previous visits that the office staff is careless with lab results and you have to keep calling the office for results. Don’t believe them when they blame their lab - just ask when the results came in if you doubt me. Of course, emotionally, I was a wreck watching my dog suffer without any answers. I called several days in a row for distemper results - office response,: “We’ll call you when they come in.” I told the tech or whoever my dog was the same and to either let me talk to or have Dr. Paoloni call. Response- she’s with patients all day, she’ll call when she’s done (shock- no call from Dr. Paoloni). After still no improvement in my dog’s symptoms or call with results, I call to learn that my dog did not have distemper even though they had the results for two days! Perhaps the most egregious part - I asked the receptionist/vet tech or whoever what’s next because my dog’s symptoms are getting increasingly worse, as my voice was shaking. Response - Dr. Paoloni will call. Shock- still no call from Dr. Paoloni. I learned my dog has epilepsy from a vet that actually cares about their patients and humans that pay for their care. My advice: don’t come here unless it’s for basic vaccines or ask for Dr. Miglorino .
